Update ruined radar
This app used to be great but the update has ruined the radar options.
Fix the 24 hour futurecast feature
Everything works great. I’ve just noticed the last month or so, the 24 hour futurecast only shows radar up to a certain point and then lags. My app is up to date and it doesn’t matter if I’m on WiFi or using phone data. It does it anyway. Please fix.
Is there any way to remove the ads? Horrible experience
The app would be great if it weren’t for the draining ads. They overheat my phone and absolutely destroy the app functionality. I can barely use the app because of all the pop ups. I use this to keep safe during storms, but I can’t even keep up with anything with all the ads. I’m desperate enough to want a ‘get rid of ads’ option.

The accuracy of the weather forecast on this app is good, but the whole app is covered in fraudulent, scam ads.
The best app ever
This is the best app ever on my phone I love how y’all prepared for storms like tornadoes and severe thunderstorms, which we just had them on Monday and Tuesday not very much on Monday but a lot on Tuesday, please make more videos. I really wanna see what’s happening and I live in Memphis so yeah

Notifications
The app is fine. It’s exactly like the competition’s app which is good also. It’s the amount of talking on a weather alert that both annoys and amuses me. We don’t need to hear every time “This is Chief Meteorologist blah”. Time could be of the essence with these weather alerts. Imagine having an ego so large you have to let your viewers hear your name and title when a tornado could be seconds away from blowing them away. The competition just states the alert which is all we need or want to hear.
Alerts don’t work!!!!
Since the last update, I do not get any verbal notifications. Also, when you go to turn alerts on the map none of them show up. There’s a lag even though the app is connected to the Internet just needs to be fixed. I’ve used this app for more than 10 years and now it’s barely functional.

Why can the “24 hour” radar only go halfway on the bar before the radar stops

I’ve never seen a station get such a hard on when it’s raining 150 miles from Memphis!! Don’t Mississippi and Arkansas have weather stations? Ron you bought your wife those new boobs are they not covering her bad breath or does it smell that bad south of her waist line? Cause you get a hard on when it thunders and don’t let us what we pay for! So something with what you paid for on Joyce
Radar needs improvement
The old radar system was a lot more user friendly and easier to understand new update is not good

This app can be good but it can also be a pile of peanut butter dog licking maggot chewing piece of kitty litter because it comes in handy but it also does it at the wrong time so it’s mid and that’s why I gave it three stars.

Black screen only!
I open your app and the radar is a black screen with only the location dot and supplement pieces with no map. It’s been doing this for some time. I’ve had your weather app since I got a smartphone many years ago, but no longer!
Best to worst
This app was my favorite travel app. Not only for weather wherever I was at, but especially for the Traffic part of the app. The Traffic part now ONLY works for Memphis - no more checking the roads for where I’m at, where I’m going, or for my daughters traveling on the road. For this loss of functionality, giving it 2 stars.

Apps needs improving
I really like The Action News 5 weather app. But open the satellite map is not updating. Also, often the app will not work on my phone or my smart tv. The videos are not updating in a timely manner either. There needs to be some sort of update to fix these bugs.

Your weather app has been an important part of my daily information source. So many days lately, your weather radar map shows NO weather at all over the US. That’s why I have had to depend on other sources for my weather fix.

I’ve use this app for years and I loved it. The last three or four weeks I can’t get the radar to work properly it flashes on and off. They seem to be having some problems with it.

Bad App
This weather app used to be great, now it’s trash.. it’s never consistent and doesn’t give you a clear forecast. It has gotten my hay wet more than what I like, so I don’t recommend it at all!

Why don’t weather people look outside before they forecast current conditions. Sun shining yet forecast is clouding & rain. So frustrating!

Poor service
After an automatic update, the system will not run the radar loop. I have to back out, close it, reopen and relaunch each time. I have tried to delete and reload it, but it still doesn’t work. I used the weather channel app, it has the same radar, just not able to set notifications and color on it.
