Worthless
I have had this app on my phone for 2 years. It is never right, it’s a joke. I finally just deleted it all together. If it rains it rains
Weather app
The new update prevents you from seeing the current radar it’s either 10 minutes behind in the past or five minutes ahead in the future. The whole point of a radar is to see what’s going on in the moment and you can’t do that with this app. KATV and KARK have the exact same set up, so you’re gonna have the same problem with both of them.
Review
Up to date Accurate
New bugs
Can't remove cities or update local preferences since the last update
This work
So good
Don’t get
If you need to see the latest sever weather info you’ll have to wait for ads. I understand they have to pay for it but not when bad storms are on top of you. JMO
Reliable app
I use this app frequently and it does a good job. Functions well and forecast is accurate. My only concern has been that the video forecast is sometimes days old, not updated.
Does not work in bad weather
Love the app but if signal is a little low 2 bars give it up. You will need the weather channel app.
Cannot remove locations
There is supposed to be a menu which comes up to allow you to delete a loc. But it merely pops straight up and immediately down. Therefore you can not remove the location. On latest IOS version and current version of this app.
Living in Arkansas
We just Love this station and the people! Thank Y’all for all the great work.
Not needed
You don’t need this, only tune into katv station as not only does Barry Brandt ruin people’s weekends with terrible forecasts but they make sure they break in to major national programming for storm alerts that could easily flash on-screen but that people could tune to another local station if you really wanted to breaking storm alerts. Bout instead you get this idiot blathering on with the same repetitive facts/tips people have heard 1000 times just he Barry Brandt can hear himself talk. This station is a joke!
Best weather app on iPhone good work guys
Nice
Freezes up often
Sometimes when you bring up this app and you touch like daily, it’ll just go back to the screen . Playing the radar it often freezes.. it takes a long time to load.

Fixed something that wasn’t broken
No radar and crashes when I needed it so I deleted it, there are many other more simple ones.
An alert system that works well for me !
I feel safe with this app knowing that I’ll always be notified of severe weather issues
Not quite right today
This morning the weather in Mountain View, AR is 43 degrees and rainy. Also, the weather in Pearl, MS is 43 degrees and rainy. AND the weather in Santa Monica, CA is 43 degrees and rainy. The weather maps change, but the weather info does not. This has happened a couple of times previously.
GREAT APP
Great app gives me accurate weather updates and very easy to use
Permanently lost this viewer
I’m done with Sinclair for not permitting to air shows that are against Repukes.
Weather
I love the way this app keeps me posted on weather
Works when you don’t need it
App only works when the sun is shining. Writing this in a tornado warning

Living out in the country it’s about the only way we can find out what weather what’s going on around us thank you very much
Radar messed up
Your radar is not working correctly. It has shown my location with no rain while it’s raining hard and also my location raining heavily while not a drop in the last few days.
Good App
I switched from a national weather app when I discovered the KATV gives more accurate data. I live in a rural area. That is all. Peace
Not happy with the radar
I’ve been relying on local weather but the radar has been off. It’s not showing me what the weather is really like for the past two months. I’ve been having to go the the weather channel app for a more accurate radar.
Hardly any advertising
Hardly a
Transphobic articles
I will no longer support KATV after they have been posting misleading and transphobic articles. They do this to get more likes and comments on their posts but it is false journalism and they have lost my trust completely.
Thanks for being here for us
We so appreciate you sharing the the weather forecast we know we can depend on you. Thanks agai n
Old was better
Doesn’t always load or loads slowly. Weather reader always opens to “past”. I would like to see a little of past ( where storm came from) and then where it is going in the future. I also keep getting notifications or alerts but when I open app it doesn’t show me the notification. I definitely liked the old app better. Can’t afford to not have this app slow or not work in weather emergency but I don’t trust this version to work!!! I’ve deleted and reinstalled it several times but still not working like it should.
