I found this app to be super easy to understand and work with. I am a newbie at buying gold but wanted to get some actual physical wealth. This app works crazy well! I am happy!
Disturbing ads
Checking the price of gold today and up at the top banner were sexually subjective ads and one was of an underage girl who looked to be 10 years old. This is so sick!!!

This USED TO BE the best app for price, not since the last update
I LOVED this app... but with the last update I lost all the saved charts, it does not refresh unless I close and reopen it EVERY time, and it's slower too. I even uninstalled it and reinstalled it!!! Absolutley 10 steps backwards!!! I almost never use this app anymore... I went from multiple times a day to less than once a week usage. I hope you revert it back to the previous version. You had an AMAZING product before!!!
Page size
I’ve been using this app for years all of a sudden the size of the page is huge and scrambled I think it’s because of the ads which are super annoying not sure. Would like to keep using but….
The best app for gold price
Update: the problem is fixed. I can see the price in my currency now. Thanks This app has been my go to app to check the price of gold for very long time. But with the latest update, the currency for the country where I live was removed. And only 3 currency options. Which I really don’t like, I was able to see the price from the app in my currency, Can you please fix this issue?
Pornographic advertisement
I don’t normally write reviews but thought this was worth the review. For some reason whenever opening the app there are always pornographers advertisements. It is honestly evil and wrong to use gold as a means to push sexual explicitly to the audience. This kind of stuff can entice the wrong soul and ruin marriages and corrupt the hearts of youth trying to make wise investments. I highly suggest this to be changed for the global audience that uses this application on their phone.
It's a favorite
You can use any number of various apps to check spot prices but what makes this one enjoyable are the strange little articles that the guy writes. He lives I'm his own little world; a world which I enjoy reading from time to time.
New update is worse
Many bugs with the new update, in addition to a 1980s look. Frustratingly, it keeps forgetting your saved graphs. This USED to be a great go-to app.
Have to uninstall and reinstall often
I often have to uninstall the app and reinstall it so that it will work. If this did not happen it would be a 5 star app. Great when it does work.

All of a sudden there is a line of Temu ads coming on my app. I have deleted.

Version 2.11 currency conversion removed for Canada
It was handy (I live in Canada) not Australia or UK or USA. Bring back Canadian exchange rate option please!

Bad to worse
This app used to be ok to keep an eye on gold and silver but in the recent years the updates have not been good. The biggest problem is that every update resets your customized chart views back to factory defaults. Now the charts are a lot smaller in order to make room for the larger unwanted, inappropriate ads of nearly naked women. You can turn your phone sideways to get a larger view of the chart. However there are still the unwanted, unsolicited, unprofessional obscene ads of nearly naked woman. I rank this app at the bottom along side with cheap games for children. This app has sold out to cheap sex appeal. It’s too uncomfortable to use the app in public or around family due to the cheap ads that exploit and devalue women.

Have used this for a few years now and WAS very reliable. Can not bring up anything at all for 24+ hours!!!

What I wanted!
I've been going to Gold Price dot org for years so I jumped on this app. And it's exactly what I expected and wanted. A quick chart for gold and silver spot prices, and commentaries by Franklin Saunders! It's made for iPhone, so if you're using an iPad hit the 2x button lower right, and it will be big enough to read. 5 Stars! It works like its supposed to, without pesky ads.

App gets stuck on a big yellow screen and goes mo further does not work.

Needs updated for Retina iPad and iPhone. So it's a poor graph.

Works ok but DON'T TAKE THIS GUYS ADVICE ON ANYTHING! It's kind of amazing how ridiculously bad his forecasts are. You'd be much better off doing the opposite of anything he says.

iOS 14 just caught this app trying to steal my clipboard data. I launched this app and IMMEDIATELY, iOS 14 reported that this app got my clipboard data. 😡🤬 Delete this app!!
ALMOST 5 stars...
I always liked iGold but it got too pricy to buy for all my devices plus it's hard to recommend when there are others out there that are free. This app is ALMOST PERFECT. I'd say it was perfect if it would work offline. What I mean is that it would display the previous information until it went online again and could get current information. If you're not in wifi coverage or have a data plan then you open it and is blank. iGold keeps your prvious information viewable even offline. I live in an area with spotty data coverage so if I want to check how much an ounce of gold was the last time I saw it I want to be able to do that and not have to wait until I get back to better coverage or wifi.
No news updates.
Average app, no trends or news, needs moving averages at a minimum.

My graphs take to hits to update in my iPhone but the graphs are great. News is old and outdated. Please update. iPhone 4s

Can use some changes, such as a way to reorder graphs, and maybe some extras. Kitco is also a good app for gold. Ads aren't too annoying, and the news and reports are great. Overall, love it.

It was good, but for some reason it's now unstable. It can go for sometimes up to 10sec without crashing. But I do like the currency and graph options.

Ugly and ad filled
Immediately uninstalled. Advertisements drain battery and dominate the screen. Ugly interface. Not iOS integrated, strange interface. I’ll go to the website instead this app offers zero advantages.
