Needs to be more upfront and accurate with investment details
Downy include service fees in the total calculation breakdown. When you check how much you spent category as a separate deduction. You have to manually keep track of that amount on the side to show his much you are really up or down.. it says in in the green but with all the service fees in still really in the red.. it needs to be a line item in the calculation before I’d consider this a real investment app.

No customer service
Can’t access customer service and app is pathetic
Good, but storage fees went up 67% in ‘26
I would normally give OneGold 4-stars but the recent 67% increase storage fees is just not acceptable. Trying to reach OneGold Support through the app is useless as Cloudflare stops the request and assumes investors are “bots”. Serious Investors are noticing and talking about the changes in OneGold and no longer recommend using them. Very disappointing.

If you want physical gold then get it when you buy it. They charge you quarterly to store it for you but if you decide you want the gold you have to pay the inflated price for it. Never again.

If you like high premiums waiting to redeem your metal 60-90 days after you put money into this app and customer service that will not be helpful and they will pretty much just say welp that sucks. This app is for you! Came here from someone who recommended it and it’s been nothing but a pain every sense. If you put in 4000 while golds at 5000 and then falls to 4000 you can’t redeem it because you only ever had 4/5 of a oz. Which is wild because they don’t even hold gold for you they just hold your cash on a vault and when you place an order they go out and buy it.
Slow to transfer funds back
Redemption is very very SLOW about 5 days for an ACH. When compared to the other Gold App I use the which was almost instant that is a huge concern. Overall, the only thing these app providers have is our trust. Holding our money long after we have requested it is a huge red flag.
Easy to use
The app is very easy in terms buying it almost feel like a game or something but the reason that led me to give it four stars is because of the fees first of all, they are relatively high and also the redeeming ability is limiting since it gives u items to trade with the money u have. U cannot redeem the exact amount u have

HIDDEN FEES! Garbage app!
They charge you $5 a month MINIMUM. I bought $135 worth of metal and ended up gaining $55 of profit. While OneGold was charging $5 “for storage” every month without telling me!!! So I ended up LOSING MONEY DUE TO THEIR BACKGROUND SNEAKY CHARGES!! Even though I made good investments and my gold went up in value.

Hello please how can you be of help I started using this app 2months back and I apply all necessary info then deposit $300 to trade with Now I’m about to withdraw my loss which is $200 and the app isn’t opening again😞😢 I felt disappointed coz my money is gone Please how may you help me

The referral option doesn’t work. And the agreement page doesn’t open. Feels like this application is fake.
Ok-but…
I installed the app and it works fine- I invested a tiny $ amount, to see how it would go. Years later I am still 20% down! Never once did it go to, or above, what I spent! I do not recommend buying gold ir using the app, even though it works fine.

They are Ripping you off
The difference between sell and buy price in this app is about 2.5% so they charge you about 1.25% for each trade. FYI the normal charge from other apps is about 0.5% So they overcharge you by 0.75% extra to make it more “convenient” to do the trades. Also transferring money out is a nightmare. It took them 3 days to release the money as they “process” takes lots of time.

Worst app ever, robs you by charging a fee at purchase and then stealing by not giving you the amount. Your metal is worth at your sale time. You can’t say I have $20 worth of silver but then sell it and only give me $18 for the sale after you charged me $1.99 fee to buy it.

Redemption
Redemption time frame is too long. Once funds have cleared, you should be able to redeem. The price of metal can change so much in 60 days you might as well put funds in a savings account and purchase metals on a bullion website.
Terrible customer service
Insanely not the proper platform handled me with total disrespect. I will never use one gold again. Almost impossible to pull my money out
