Why does a supposedly financial app serve the most vile and vulgar ads?

This platform offer something unique. In regards to the look and the feel. Sort of like TradingView, it will just be consistent and you will know it when you see it.
App has one big failing
I have loved this app for many years — but there is one BIG problem they don’t tell you about: it does NOT support migration to a new phone. So you lose ALL your studies (I had more than 100) AND after you migrate it does not recognise your existing sub (so if you just paid for a year, as I had, it’s money down the drain).

Used to be good, but crashes and all the time now
Iphone 12 ios 18. Crashes whenever the “studies” feature is selected. Possibly the last ios update played a role. And, no technical support whatsoever.
Study on chart
Study done on one chart reflects all the lines and text on next chart study it creates a lot confusion . Please rectify.

Keeps crashing when creating and viewing new tradeboards
Hello Sir/Madam, I have been using your app for some time, however with the latest update the app keeps crashing every time when viewing the newly created tradeboard. Could you please have a look onto that? And I ll change the review star

I’m having trouble saving my listings. I tap “apply” it saves it for about half a day then it goes to the default setting. I’ve been using your great app for years and not a problem then this started about a month ago. Any ideas on a solution? Thanks again

Keeps resetting Global Markets List
Was working perfectly until latest update. Now it keeps resetting the Glibsl markets list to default after I’ve reordered, removed and then applied to revise the list. Please advise.

Very useful app. Has. All indicatots and charting tools and can be used on the phone or tab. Taken away one star as I am not able to sync my lists and studies between my iPad and iPhone. If that was possible then full 5 stars!!

I use this app every day for reference, and for that it is great. However, it has its limitations and chart settings can not always be adjusted. But my main concern is having to tap tap tap to remove adverts before I get in.!!

It's excellent forex , metals , stocks etc . With some minor changes needed very badly because if they don't someone better will do it and this app could get out of fashion . I have drawn their attention many times but it seems they feel no one is better than them so just continuing .

Good but annoying habits
Great app for tracking and analysing securities but the annoying ad every time the app is opened is frustrating as is the frequent ‘hanging’. Have to close down the and restart every time this happens.

Alerts can't be edited
When I make changes to an alert, the change isn't active but its what is in the editor.
