air France lounge boston
We had to use this lounge as the BA lounge was undergoing refurbishment so we needed to use our Priority pass lounge access instead. When we got there we were told that Priority passes access was only available at Boston until 1.30pm. This does not seem to be a good policy given our flight to LHR was at 7.30. They eventually let us in as an air France flight had been cancelled so they were letting those passengers stay longer but if that lounge is only available until 1.30 there should be an additional lounge for Priority Pass passengers to use after this time. They also said we would have to leave after 90 minutes!

Service is great - app - not so much
The service PP offers is quite good. App performance is not so. Why it needs to reload available lounge locations each time I use the app ? It takes forever when on roaming

Either due to over capacity, or the stewards lack of knowledge about priority pass, it’s in impossible to enter a lounge at any airport. I attempted to enter 3 different lounges-2 were over capacity and would not accept walk ins, and one refused to honor priority pass. Do not pay for this.

バリ デンパサール空港のラウンジを昨日利用しました。 フロントスタッフは、とても親切で良かったのですが💦 中の利用者の方々のマナーが少しダメだった気がする。 使っていないシートを荷物置きにして横で1人2シートとって横になっている。人がいたり💦 飛行機までの時間 少しの水分補給と座る場所を求めていただけなのですが😓 雑踏の様な風景に💦少し驚きました。 これなら、ファミリー対応の様な4人がけの席ではなく ワンシートずつ区切って作ってくださる方が利用しやすい気がします。

Frustrating experience
My experience with this lounge access program has been extremely disappointing. It appears that long wait times are being used to discourage pass holders from accessing the lounge. During my visit to the Boston location, there were clearly many empty seats and tables visible inside, yet I was told there was a lengthy wait before entry. If lounges are consistently operating beyond capacity, additional lounge locations should be added, or membership sales should be limited to a level that can reasonably be accommodated. Selling access while making it difficult for members to actually use the benefit creates a frustrating customer experience. The Boston location, in particular, has been the worst experience I’ve had. Based on my experience, this lounge access program does not deliver the level of service or value that members are led to expect.

no me gusta que pidan solo entrar maximo 3hrs antes del despegue lo que deja a solo 2hrs y no te dan la opcion de entrar a la hora que quieras y que ahi cuenten tus tres hrs. Falta de glamour ya que esto es premium no deben restringirnos entrar sino a como vaya llegando el cliente y cuente sus 3hrs por entrada

Good and easy flow of transactions.
Limited lounges and very limited time
Last time we TRIED to use Priority lounge we were not allowed in until 2.5 hours before BOARDING TIME. Well assuming they board 30 to 45 minutes before departure and if you need to get to anther terminal (30 minuted) because they have such limited lounges you could really only use the lounge for an hour and 15 minutes. This is MUCH SHORTER than they advertise!

Bristol and Copenhagen
The last few times we have traveled between Bristol and Copenhagen we have been refused to use the lounge both in Bristol and Copenhagen. Either lounge closed early or was fully booked. In Bristol we could pay an extra £15 to be let in which telks us they were not fully booked. Just wanted to make extra money. We now consider cancelling our membership as not worth it if we have to pay an extra fee for a small cup of coffee and a quiet sitting area.
Quality of food
Most North American lounges does not have any kind of healthy options for food. It is high fat high salt high cholesterol. Breakfast it’s always scrambled eggs some type of fatty bacon sausage, but no cucumbers, tomatoes, couscous, quinoa, or something else what you get with international lounges.

Forcing me to use new app, which doesn’t work for me
I have my membership through Capital One Venture X, if that matters. Basically this app is is telling me to go to their new “plus” app and won’t let me use this app anymore. I downloaded the new app which then tells me my membership is not yet ready for the plus app and to back to the old app (this app). But this app won’t let me use it and just displays the screen to go to the new app. So which is it?!?!
