Very good
Exceptional
Not good
In Osaka they gave me a bread and didn’t let me in the lounge, at Barajas Madrid you can’t get in with a standby bording pass , I have a lot of money at HSBC and that isn’t nice, also at Mexico City at terminal 2 they only give you two drinks that include coke , and small, very small tapita , you should keep an eye on those details
Lo doy a 4 estrellas de 5 estrellas por:
Te consulto que yo busqué de un “TRASLADO PRIVADO” en Mastercard AirPort, NO SIRVA PARA CHILE. 😢
Unable yo create account
It has been impossible to create an account to use the benefit. Very disappointing
Good app, but the new loading screen is annoying
The app works well and does what it promises — finding lounges and accessing your digital card is easy and practical. But after the last update, they added this unnecessary white loading screen with a spinning symbol right after you open the app. Honestly, it just frustrates the user, especially when all you want is quick access to your lounge information. Depending on your internet speed, this screen can stay there for several seconds. Please consider removing it or optimizing the loading process — MC Airport is all about convenience, and this goes against that idea.

Salones vip
Cobros o no
