It makes you reset your password all the time then when it texts you code it disappears too fast and sometimes doesn’t let you copy it. Needs some updating for sure.

B&H has an easily accessed website, so when a buddy bought a new lens for Astro Photography, I looked up the details to see if I also “ need” one!
Very buggy please fix
When browsing selection on dslr, it ended up in error, when searching specific dslr, such as Nikon D5, it yields multiple results, when clicking on details, it goes to a blank page
Problem with the Ap
I get an error when I try to view DSLRs in the Ap, the message reads something like "data not available" in a red banner at the top of the screen. I'm using an iPhone 12, the Ap was installed from Apple's Ap store. I've checked for updates and didn't find any.

It’s very easy to navigate the website.
Filters impossible to use
Trying to search for specific products is impossible. Every time you open the filters tab it all resets. You have to click the filters in a certain order or else the whole app crashes. I feel like it wasn’t like this in the past. God forbid you switch to another app and switch back.
Great app but on problem
It’s great just like the website but on the app pictures don’t load in for me. It’s a minor thing but it’s enough to push me to just use the website sadly
Broken
I'm not sure what happened with this app or its backend but i get a lot of errors when attempting to browse by drilling down into categories, making this app useless to me. I hope they can get it back on its feet
Issue
The current app has an issue in displaying lists of Nikon Z lenses. An error message appears in red stating an error in format.

Tracking link broken
Your link to tracking info on the orders page never leads to a FedEx page with info, always to an error page. It’s insane how long this issue has been a part of the app

Used to be the best but not anymore
This used to be the gold standard for online shopping apps but it’s plagued now with errors when searching for full frame cameras or dslr lenses with an error message displaying when the search filter is applied.

Great for overseas purchases
Hbxhan issue with ‘instock’ but actually out of stock senario. And there back order time frames are accurate too. Only issue is that for overseas purchases there isn’t a way to avoid customs charges. If B&H could declare lower prices to help avoid extortionate customs taxes they would literally be king retailer of the world!!! So I have to limit my purchases, & cannot purchase big ticket items from them as i would them lose the saving from ha ing to pay taxes.... Otherwise, great in every other regard
Flawed
It doesn’t erase items in wish list. I need to constantly prove that I’m a human. And there are many other small errors that irritates you.
Need some rework
Just letting you know that address updates are not going through on the app. Please fix it. The app is great in all other respects, but this is a real serious issue.

Bot verification is terrible
The strict bot/human verification function makes this app impossible to use. Filling out address information took 15 minutes because it would pop up every time I clicked on the next section. It’s frustrating and very disappointing.
Where did my widget go?!
This is a great app and my favourite place to shop for camera gear, but where did my widget go?! I loved being able to have a quick peak at the day's flash deals...now I can't so easily. It worked perfectly too so why remove it? I want it back!
I keep getting captcha pop-ups when using the app
I have never experienced that with any other apps before but every 2-3min I get captcha pop up that ask me to verify that I’m a human. It’s very annoying and most of the time it crashes the app a few seconds after. I’m using an iPhone 11 and I never experience that kind of issue with other apps. Thank you :)

No matter how many times you say, you don’t wanna leave a review it’s gonna hound you. It doesn’t matter how much stuff you buy it’s gonna hound you.. this company’s idea of good publicity is hounding the people that spent tens of thousands of dollars at their store for the view that no one is gonna read. Sound like good customer service to you?

One-star bait-and-switch that left me furious
I found this camera case listed at $39. Great deal, right? Tried to buy it. “Our system is down, please try again later.” Okay, fine. Tried again. Same message. And again. And again. Twenty-plus attempts later I finally gave up, assuming it was some temporary glitch. Next day I come back. The system is magically working… and the price is now $84. Nearly double. This isn’t a “system outage.” This is the oldest trick in the book: dangle a too-good-to-be-true price, lock the checkout so people can’t complete the purchase, then quietly jack the price back up once the “glitch” is fixed. I wasted time, energy, and goodwill for nothing. B&H used to be a place you could trust. Experiences like this make me seriously question that. If they’re willing to play games over a $39 case, what else are they doing? Extremely disappointed. Will be shopping elsewhere.

How hard is it to have a working website that integrates with an app? I’m over here trying to buy a lens.
Almost as good as the website
A very good app, almost as good as being on the website. Only thing I don't like is when switching between apps on the phone, when I go back to the B&H app I'm put back to the start, I lose where I was and what I was looking at. A bit annoying, but overall a very good app.
Would like it to stay on the page I was looking at if I go to another app and come back
If you leave the app even briefly and then come back it pretty much takes you back to the homepage instead of just leaving it on the item you were looking at, meaning you have to go back to the search page and find what you were looking at every time
Favorite toy store.
You know you’re going to get what you ordered. If used it’s going to be nicer than described. It’s going to show up well packed and on time. Love these guys.
No longer loads products
Used to be great, now it won’t load product pages or product images and just slow. Tried reinstall on iPhone, no difference.
