La descrizione della struttura non è veritiera. Si è pulita, ma non dista 700 metri dal mare, ma molto di più e non è provvista di aria condizionata in tutte le stanze, ma solo in 1 su 3, inoltre non c’è possibilità di chiudere le persiane, dunque alle 5 entrava già il sole ed eravamo tutti svegli… in vacanza… nemmeno fossimo dovuti andare a lavorare!!!
TV Streaming Problem
The manager and staff were very polite and helpful. It is not there fault your entertainment in the rooms ie streaming service does not work.

AI has destroyed customer service
Great app to search for a hotel, but avoid biking through it. Any minor issue becomes a nightmare because the AI assisted customer service is very very dumb

App Failure
I booked a room via booking.com and it prompted me that the booking had failed. Paid again and got a bundle of emails informing me i had two rooms now booked. Eventually got their contact number and had to wait 25min to be answered. I wasn't rude and offered up both confirmation numbers. Unhelpful and just hung up on me. Id avoid using them again and if you do get a prompt to say booking is unsuccessful, check your emails for half an hour. Not a great way to do any sort of business. In response to the developer, I called ur customer service department as per above. Not happy to help, just rude and disrespectful.

L'app permette la prenotazione di strutture totalmente inagibili, sporche e con gravi carenze igienico-sanitarie. Inoltre, all'arrivo vengono rifiutati i pagamenti con carta di credito promessi. L'assistenza clienti deve tutelare maggiormente i viaggiatori ed essere più rapida nel concedere i rimborsi in casi di grave emergenza.

Their customer service is a joke. Easy to fall for scam offers and the customer service does everything to make you give up complaints, refunds etc. Worst experience in dealing with travelling apps.

Booking.com do not help there customers in any way the customer service is a disgrace just like the company avoid at all costs don’t encourage booking.com they don’t get refund when you’re entitled to it they just rip the customer off avoid like the plague booking.com are worth zero stars booking.com tell you to get in touch with customer service to help But they don’t they let hotels mislead the customers

The website is very good, issues with a freezing page
There are issues with the booking page this is freezing so often and I need to close the page to restart it, this is very annoying. i had to restarted this 5 times to be able to finalise a reservation

Too confusing app
Instead of just leaving each individual booking they group them into picture, which trying to deal with a stay it’ very confusing

Property had a strong smell of smoke, not like the pictures displayed, Noisy 2 train lines going through the night and a rubbish dump site - 7.30am trucks - we had to leave after 1 night DO NOT BOOK
