I’m not satisfied that the bank statement does not show sender or recipient name. It’s always a large task to figure out the transactions when book keeping.
Home Screen setting not persistent
Every time the app updates, the Home Screen customization is lost and has to be redone.
Works half the time anymore
I’ve been a TD customer for over 15 years and lately the app has been garbage. I always have connection issues and no it’s not my internet it is 100% the app. I’m seriously considering switching banks.

Many issues with the app lately, for something as important as banking, it’s pretty worrisome when it’s one error/glitch after another. Do better.

More services please like wire transfer outside of Canada. I was in The US and I needed to deposit a check to my USD account, but to no avail. Aside from Interac, perhaps you can include USD related money transfers/deposits. Thanks
Great App Design but Stupid Function
TD is perfectly ok, if I could choose things all over again probably would go somewhere different. The app functionality is great but you’re limited in what you can do with your money.
App Buggy
After the update September 3 the app is very laggy takes a long time to load and some account information is not displayed/prompts user with an Error! for loading.

CAUTION
I was a victim of fraud! Called in, and was told I can stop them from taking money out of my account by paying $35, OR $13 on easy-web!!! SOMEONE IS STEALING FROM ME, emptying my account HOW AM I TO PAY THIS FEE WHEN MY ACCOUNT IS BEING EMPTIED? I’ve been with td FOR 35 years. Canceling them tomorrow! And going with ANYONE ELSE! I’m disgusted with td! “Sorry someone is stealing from you…. Please pay us $35 to ensure no one else empties your account” what the actual heck!!!!!! Do NOT bank with this company!!!!!!!!!

Staff is cooperative and has experience in this area .especially Anna who is knowledgeable and very helpful in TD branch.explain everything in a humble way.
App keeps freezing
I hadnt had this issue until maybe winter/spring, where I am scrolling through to see transactiona and it freezes. It happens in the same spots when I am scrolling so I can't even view beyond a certain point before it pauses again.
Too many errors with app
I have been with TD bank for decades but their app seems to have more errors with time. I have seen people leaving the bank because of this issue. I hope their app can be more consistent and actually work.

Unable to dismiss pop up message and account data is hidden
A popup message can’t be closed, forcing users to force-quit the app entirely. Account details are also showing as masked/hidden. This problem persists until the developer releases another update
Complaint easy line is not getting anybeasier
By the time o get access code The printing area doesn’t show and end up forgetting the code. Why not identify me by my picture? Would that not be enough?

Hello. Pls check your app. In the section on reviewing the transactions- every time i scroll down to see the older post, it automatically jump back to the top “pending” portion. And i cannot scroll all the way down to see other expenses

Great software app application ! Works properly
No Automations Available
Consider what that means. I can move money instantly from my phone at any hour, but I cannot see a list of the recurring transfers I already authorized. I cannot change one. I cannot pause one before a large purchase clears. If I want to know what my own account is scheduled to do next week, the answer is: go find a computer. It gets better. Setting up a pre-authorized transfer is not instant. TD verifies the request manually and asks for 24 hours. In an era of real-time payments, my request to move $200 from chequing to savings every second Friday goes into a queue for a human to look at. Every competitor solved this years ago. A scheduled-transfers screen is not an innovation. It is table stakes — a list, an edit button, a delete button. TD built mobile cheque deposit and then stopped. The automation exists. TD simply will not let me see it.

Updated the ios and now the enterac history page is just frozen. Happens everytime. Cannot access the history

The only thing I will say is that it doesn’t work!! I’m stuck on IOS 15.8.8 and my phone won’t update past it, honestly the only thing with the past month were fixes it makes no sense… APPLE PLEASE FIX

How many can I List???
So many fees!! A fee for anything you do. Moving money from one account to another. A fee for pulling out your own money. A fee for using your bank card. I can’t keep track of all the fees because there’s do many. Do they do anything for you for free. TD will change a policy, but they don’t inform you? They make me sick!
Suddenly inaccurate
I was really enjoying how handy the app was with keeping track of how much was in my account and keeping track of my transactions. But after the last update it’s become very inaccurate and doesn’t list all of the transactions made and even puts them on the wrong day. I’m glad I got the TD MySpend app because it’s still keeping an accurate list of what is being taken out and put in. I will update my review if this gets fixed.
Face ID not working and no option to skip
Weird issue with Face ID. Get a alert that says you can now proceed with logging in, but no option to login actually happens. Just go back to the title screen and get into this endless loop of Face ID followed by error. Message followed by Face ID and no option to manually input your password. Updated to latest iOS so maybe that’s the issue? Not sure but definitely weird and disappointing.

Continually says that login isn’t currently available and it is being worked on. Makes it useless. Used to work well.

Need Daily Reinstall
The app was working well till TD decided to make some changes & now I need to delete & reinstall the app every day, all started when they forced desktop login to be approved through the app. Overall a horrible experience using both the web & the app, surprised no one at TD is seeing the damage being done here by their IT department
