I rarely shop for everyday clothes in any other way. Clothes are good quality and good value and delivered quickly without any hassle

Next day delivery is brilliant but overinflated prices
Next day delivery is brilliant but a lot of the prices for the non Next items are overinflated and items can be bought elsewhere but obviously not with the convenience of the Next next day delivery.
Stylish clothes
Have bought clothes from Next for years, I love their variety of materials, patterns and styles always a little bit different. Will continue to keep buying.
Too much kids stuff
All the app does is shove kids clothes down your throat. I don’t have kids and would like to be able to switch this off.

I love the quality of next prices are sometimes a bit on higher side and the good options are always sold out but I like shopping from Them never disappointed
Login is very buggy
The amount of times I get an error “oops, something went wrong” when trying to navigate to my account / log in again.. it’s an unbelievably frustrating and unreliable experience. It takes repeat attempts of killing the app before it finally works again.

I’ve always had such lovely clothes, shoes and home products. Throughly pleased with all enjoyable shopping.
How ridiculous
I actually love Next but I had a voucher that said order in store or online to use voucher. I ordered something for the exact amount of the voucher online and asked next to transfer it across!!! The answer was NO i had to cancel the item and reorder it online again. Why could this small admin task not be done by the advisor? It wasn’t a quick job for me either as it then wanted to charge me another delivery charge that i then asked the advisor to refund, which she agreed to but then kept me on the phone while this was done. Unecessary

Next has so much choice the order comes very quickly and returning in the store is hassle free .
App needs attention
The app often freezes and or you lose your shopping cart. It’s very frustrating.
Error page on signing in
Every time I try to sign in on the app I get an error page. Only when I close this page do I get taken to the page I was trying to access. This has been an ongoing problem for over a year and I have reported it a few times. But nothing is ever done about it. So many problems on the app. The main website is much better

Love the NEXT
I’ve been buying clothes from Next for so long that I don’t even remember how many years it’s been. I used to shop there for my children and myself, and now for myself, my children, and my grandchildren as well. I really love the huge variety of brands and styles, and I have to say that lately their customer service has become even better
Payment issue
Once I reach to the payment stage , I am not able to move ahead with the payment , any other payment solution you can recommend?
Never delivers next day
I have been using Next delivery since it launched nearly 40 years ago. They used to fulfil their next day delivery service every time. Now it is always at least 3-4 days, thanks to Evri. They need to stop the ‘next day delivery’ marketing. It’s a lie.

Wipes basket
Not great. It wipes your basket and Next Ireland always has a rubbish filter for eg sizes available and this is still bad on the app
Good with room for improvement
The app has some frustrating usability issues. Once you enter the shopping cart, you can’t return to where you were browsing and have to start over. After placing an order, there are no links to the purchased items, which makes reordering inconvenient. Also, one time it happened, an item disappeared from the cart during checkout without any explanation, making it impossible to complete the purchase.

Constantly giving options of out of stock even when you use the filter very frustrating!

Love Next but not their app
Slow, lots of products unavailable but you learn that only after adding them into the basket, need to sign in too frequently
Non available items
Love Next and the app but why do you have items available when shopping, like a dress or bedsheets, allow them be put in the basket and then when you go to pay it says theres an issue and redirects you. You have to go on the website then to see which item is the problem. But it won’t stop me from spending money! Love Next!

I love next the quality and the quickness of items delivered is exceptional, I’ve had from clothes range bedding and most recently bedroom furniture which I’m super happy with
Favourites disappearing
I had items saved in my favourites for Christmas presents for weeks and they all disappeared. I then spent ages finding them and adding them all again. An hour later they were gone. Signing in makes no difference. What a waste of time. It used to be a great app but what is the point in favourites that only last an hour?
Excellent app it’s a shame about out of stock display
If there is one think Next could look at fixing it’s excluding by out of stock items by size and item. It is beyond frustrating when you are looking for something and you think you can get it and then it’s out of stock. Please fix

Unfortunately the app is not updated. While so many items appear in stock, once added to the cart, it appears to be out of stock! Wasted a lot of my time!
