Really like Old Navy but they need more Mirrors in the store
There’s only about 2 mirrors in The whole store unless you go all the way to the back to the dressing room. Some people come in real quick to find something and don’t have time to try it on and would just like to see it in the mirror & purchase! A full length mirror, every few aisles would be great! Think you might sell more too!
Terrible
The return process down not work on the app. You get to the how would you like to return it , but it doesn’t give you any options. So after going through the whole first process. I just went back to the web version. Tried and true.

I have worn Old Navy shirts for women as many years as I can remember but all you cater to is young tiny & I'm trying to find actual shirts that are full size in turquoise NOT CROPPED BABY SHIRTS

Says it’s available in CANADA. The Canadian website prompts you to download the app, yet when you login, it doesn’t recognize you as a Canadian, will not show your history or rewards, only will allow for USD shipping and billing addresses. They were SO behind the eight ball in terms of apps and Ecom and now they can’t even get this right. Get your act together Old Navy!
Can’t see item prices at checkout anymore
Really wish you could still see the individual items priced out at check out! You used to be able to see the price of each item after discounts were applied before final check out..for last several months can’t see that anymore and it’s very frustrating! Why do things have to always change and get rid of helpful things!?

I got this app and liked it. I found it had no way to access size charts though. Also when I went to place an order I couldn't. It is for American users only, not Canadian. I will be deleting this app.
Credit card login
It would be more convenient if I could use my Face ID to log into the credit card app.

Love it to check prices and see all the pictures of all the models. I don’t like when I’m scanning an item I have to scroll down to press a button to look at the listing for the actual price

The point to use this was to shop through the app. That portion seems to be broken.. 😞
Old Navy Website Needs Improvement
I absolutely love Old Navy and shopping in the stores, but the website really needs to be updated. It’s easy to search, but it’s frustrating trying to actually find what you’re looking for. So many times I search for an item, only to find that it’s unavailable or I can’t locate it even though it appears in the search results. I would love to see the website improved because Old Navy is one of my favorite stores, and a better online shopping experience would make it so much easier to shop!

Tired of them toying with plus sized shoppers
Really tired of the way ON is treating its plus sized shoppers. I hated that I only have the option to buy clothes from them in the app after their rollbacks, but whatever. But now their social media team is acting so weird and fatphobic (after spending so much time trying to earn us as customers, mind you)?? It’s really gross and upsetting. I’ll rejoin the app if they do better but I don’t think that’s happening any time soon
Shipment tracking
It would be great for users to be able to track their orders once they’re shipped.
Needs to be fixed
The app does not work when you open the "shop" portion. Which kind of defeats the whole purpose of the app.... Just a blank white screen and nothing loads
In-store vs online
I wish ON would account for middle and high school kids and the need for polo/khakis/uniform necessities when stocking their in-store products for “back to school”. Adult sizes are needed for them as much as elementary kids.

So easy to use and browse through clothes for both kids! And so easy to check out and love that I can ship it or pick it up same day if ordered in the morning!

Great but a bit slow
Easy to use! Very clear and straightforward. Only flaw is that sometimes it’s a bit laggy and the app crashes every now and then.
Not functioning
I loved this app and purchased a lot of clothing...it stopped loading out of the blue and I haven't been able to look at anything for weeks! :(

Old Navy said their app was available for Canada now so I tried it. It still wont accept a Canadian shipping address so I guess that was a lie. Get yourself together ON.

I love this app! Easy way to browse thr clothes and the snap appy thing is fun. I usually dont get coupons but i like the fashion inspiration things. i just dont like the dictionary thing and the compliment thing.
Hit and miss
Rarely given savings in the snap part. And many times the shop section just comes up with a blank white screen. Annoying. But when it works it is pretty good.

I love the online shopping. The snap part of the app only works every once in a while. Plus I only tend to win the games but no savings on products.
