Get rid of the “buzzing” notification
Great app, great community. Will update my rating if you get rid of the stupid notification that pops up every time to show there’s “buzzing” things. Notifications should only be for “activity”.
Good App for Community
Been using this app for years so I enjoy it. I have learned lots from others going through the exact same stuff. Would give it 5 stars if the ads didn’t auto play with sound. Lots of us use this app at night and when it’s quiet as we’re scrolling then all of a sudden sound starts playing from an ad it’s super annoying. If there was a way to shut off autoplay I’d love to hear it. I also don’t feel a need for the new “Buzzing” section or the notifications for that section. That’s also annoying to get notifications for.
Too much worrying
I like everything about this app except that I get notified about people posting questions on the “community” part (even when I have every single notification turned off for my email and phone.) I would rather have the option to hide the community part completely because I don’t need to see women posting about symptoms and others telling them it might be an ectopic pregnancy or something else scary like that when they aren’t even doctors. That doesn’t truly help support people in this sensitive stage of their lives, especially in their first pregnancy. I’d rather have the option in settings to hide the community chat completely because I don’t need to see other people’s medical assessments of pregnancy symptoms. Also the things they say are “free gifts” aren’t actually free because you have to buy other things to “earn” the gift. That’s not free.
Please fix the breast feeding timer!!
WTE has been super helpful throughout my entire pregnancy however now that bub has arrived, it’s not so great at tracking my breast feeding 🙁 Dev Team, can you please please please fix the issue? I’ll go in and start the feed, go and do something else on my phone and go back to the app and it says there is an error, please enter manually…. As a tired mum, I wasn’t tracking this elsewhere to enter manually…
Best pregnancy tracking app!
I’ve tried them all, and this is by far the best pregnancy tracking app. Each week’s summary of baby’s development and mama’s changing body is incredibly helpful in understanding what’s going on. It also provides a lot of useful information for pregnancy and birth, so it will help you feel more prepared.
Everything is an upsell
Or a subscription, or asking for more data. I immediately got emails from third party companies. It’s a big ad platform. Felt insecure with my data.
Over all useful/helpful
I used this from the very beginning of my pregnancy to my baby being over a year old. I found the articles helpful and the forum for moms to be helpful as well. My only complaint is that there are some nasty moms on here and the means of communication are not very well monitored. I was the victim of it and I saw it on other mom’s posts.
Too many ads and product placements
The overall design of this app just felt very unorganized.

I love the information from the app but mommies should always consult their doctors and midwives because I read up a symptom here and I chilled, only to find out it’s more than what the app had written. An app can make you either feel very anxious or too relaxed .

Rampant misinformation
I really wanted to use the message board feature for advice and community after I had my baby but it is so full of anti vaccine morons making post after post of dangerous misinformation that it just wasn’t worth it anymore

scammers in the community posts
I enjoy this app, however there are so many scammers in the community posts. As a coder myself, I don’t understand why the developers haven’t done anything to stop them. It’s not hard.

I enjoyed using this app to track my pregnancy The weekly updates were really useful I’ve liked using it to track feeds and nappies for my baby to however the breastfeeding timer often has an error which requires manually entering the information which is a pain

Discussion boards
Discussion boards are filled with aggressive bullying and moderators allow it. Sad adult women abuse people in what should be respectful community. The community is mostly Americans.

Great for pregnancy
Loved this app during pregnancy! But it would constantly glitch at night (when I had the least patience) when trying to track after baby was born so I had to download a different app ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ that’s why I gave it 4 stars

Inaccurate sleep/feeding advice
The pregnancy side of the app seemed good, but so much of the sleep and feeding advice, suggesting a baby shouldn’t need night feeds from 4 months old, that’s just dangerous & outdated advice. The app is also very pro sleep training/cry it out.
Fantastic free app- glitchy though
This app is fantastic for tracking pregnancy and for tracking your baby after birth. The only problem is, the app freezes often and you have to force quit and re-open. If the app bought out an update to fix this,it would have got 5 stars.
