I love this
It makes me feel closer to god
Cancellation
This app does not have clear instructions on how to cancel subscriptions, I’ve written to app support with no response and they’re still withdrawing funds from my account! It’s very disappointing that a person has to go through so much trouble to cancel subscriptions that they never intended to subscribe to!
Different settings
Love the app and think very highly of it. Wish we could change the voices or have customizable settings
Where is KJV
All your other apps feature the King James Version but this one doesn’t seem to it just seems to me that people sometimes misinterpret the other versions of the bible that have been edited to be more “easily understandable”
Reading speed
Wish I could slowdown the reading speed, otherwise I would rate the app 5stars.
Bedtime Bible
This Bedtime Bible is a life changer it helped me reconnect with god and get better sleep with it i had no problems sleeping and it helped me get to bed on time I definitely recommend this bible!
Cost money
Why don’t you note ahead of time that only 7 days are free then Theres a charge. Very misleading
Best teen Christian App
I use Bedtime Bible every morning and night!! When I’m stressed and have anxiety about something, this helps with it! Not only does it do Bible Chapters in the Old and New Testament, when it’s night time and you’re going to bed, it plays peaceful sounds when you’re going to bed! For example, I use the thunder storm sounds, and it plays all night long!! One flaw about that though it kind of drains your battery, but only if you have a slow charger!! It teaches the lessons in the chapters as well!! Want to strengthen your faith with God?? Use Bedtime Bible!!
Always Money😴💤
You should NEVER PAY to hear-read God’s Word
Needs voice options
Definitely needs a soft female voice added. Maybe have different voice options.
Bible version
Great app! I just wish I could change the version of the Bible that it reads from
I don’t like getting “shanked”
I signed upm for this app, and tried to download it nothing but problems. So I wrote the app developer and req a cancellation which I got! Problem was AFTER the cancellation they tried to CHARGE MY ACCOUNT…AFTER CONFIRMING CANCELLATION! Really…? That’s how you do business? Not exactly honest me thinks
Easy way to learn
If you want to learn about the bible in an easy clear way this is one app that will keep you on track. I also love the soothing sounds after will put you to sleep. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because you can’t change the voice or speed of the audio or go back and repeat a chapter
Access to the Bible should be free…
You shouldn’t have to pay a monthly fee to read the Bible and build your relationship with God, I was very disappointed with this.
Wish there was an option to modify.
I fight insomnia and bought this to help my busy mind focus elsewhere (God’s word!) so I can calm it to sleep. The app’s tempo and narration are great but I do have two complaints. Because it takes awhile to go to sleep, I have the number of chapters set at 17 (I know…that’s a lot…welcome to my world). But if a book of the Bible is short, it doesn’t move on to the next book. So, if I’m in Philippians, it’s not going to move on to Colossians etc. So I generally have to stay in OT. My other issue is that, once the predetermined chapters are read, there’s a female voice that comes on to recap the last chapter and say a prayer. The change of voice, more often than not, wakes me up…defeating the purpose. Super annoying. I wish there was a way to opt out of that feature. Since the app offer a noisemaker option for after the scripture reading and prayer, the app is obviously intended for sleeping. Maybe they will see this review and help with these issues. I will mention that I like to download and then go to airplane mode…so that’s something to consider for potentially tweaking app to get the correct # of chapters to download beyond one book at a time.
AMAZING
this app brought me closer to Christ.
Not happy
I tried it once and was not satisfied. Cancelled the subscription and they charged me for a year. My normal for trying anything is one month.
LOVE, however..
I absolutely love this app. I Love listening to the Bible and the customized sounds to sleep too at the end is amazing. However, can you think about an update where you’re able to change the speed of how fast it’s reading. Speed up and a slow down option. Just something to think about in the future!
Kinda misleading
I was hoping more for stories and reflections broken down, instead it’s just a monotone reading of entire chapters. And constantly pushing for a subscription when the YouVersion and YouTube offer the same and more for free
Matthew 20
Great message 🙌
Disappointed
Read it was free. Well free for 30 days. I deleted.
Amazing App, Just two suggestions…
I love this app very much and highly recommend it to help believers set regular routines of Scripture reading. I only have two requests for the app developers… First, can you please support more versions of the Bible like ESV? Second, I love love LOVE the white noise sleep feature after the prayer but can you add a sleep timer so it automatically turns of after a set amount of time? I want to fall asleep to it, but don’t want my phone running all night. Thank you!
Readings
Need to be able to slow the playback speed.
A Blessing
This app is wonderful! The voices are so relaxing and the thunder sounds are my favorite! It truly has made me want to hear the word of our GOD on a daily basis!! I also love to listen while I follow along in my bible, it makes me understand on a deeper level❣️❣️
Failed to download
We use this app every night to listen to a Bible reading . But it keeps failing to download . Fix pls!
The best
I love this idea and I think you should love it as much as me
Having to pay
You can no longer pray for people or use chat without paying for it.
Best app ever
So nice when ur tired this app reads the bible to you. I love it and send it to everyone. God bless you all 🙏
STOP
Don’t like it.
Accent
Please make an option for accent. It puts me off when I hear “wadrrs” instead of “waters”.
Love this app
Great App to get Gods Word in each day.
Bible is wonderful but
If there is not a voice selection or speed control, I can’t, won’t listen and comprehend. Voice is annoying. Speaks very fast. Nothing about the voice is calming or relaxing.
This app is incredible!
This has helped me sleep at night better. It has made hearing the Bible help me understand it better. And I’m building a greater connection with God.
Book of Matthew
Horrible. It’s an AI generated reader. Content is digital. Overly repetitive. I’m looking for something enlightening and genuine. Conversational. This is not that at all.
Perfect Bible App!
I love this app so much. It’s perfect for bedtime, on the road, or anytime!
Nope
All it does is read the bible to you there are no stories
