Fitness Has Never Felt So Good
I bought my reformer from Your Reformer and this app is my ride or die. I feel like I’m in a swanky Pilates studio paying a fortune but I’m in my home paying $21 a month. Win win.
So disappointing
Nothing works properly. Or if it does it breaks. The functionalist is terrible. Searching a nightmare. It’s cheap, and you get what you pay for I guess. Having spend $3,000 on a reformer though, I expected more.
Good with potential
The app isn’t very user friendly. The challenge pages aren’t set up right, it should be easier to work through them or add them to the calendar by dragging and dropping.
Video errors
Constantly getting video error! Super frustrating!
Free trial is necessary
Hi! So I downloaded this and it looks nice and content rich! But I wanted to check some of the pilates content before subscription to make sure it meets my expectations. unfortunately noo free trial. I hoped at least if I could watch like max 10 minutes of videos so I can decide if it's for me.
Medical professionals classes sets this app apart
I use the medical professionals classes almost exclusively on this app, both reformer and mat based, and they have helped me through a lot of chronic pain and improving strength and stamina safely. Thankyou!
App just stops working
Loved this app and the workouts, however after about a month or two all the sudden only about 5% of the videos will load. Most just spin then keep saying there’s an error. When I try to report an issue in the app that option also won’t load…everything else does but not that one. Very frustrating paying for an fitness app where you can’t watch the fitness videos
App was easy to use, one thing could make it 5 stars
Please list the accessories required for each workout in the description of the video, so we can have them ready to go. I have to pause my workout and grab accessories mid video.
Keeps freezing
Love the workouts but extremely frustrating when it’s constantly freezing interrupting a workout.
Needs music
The classes are good - but compared to other exercise apps . Could be so so much better with the ability to run alongside Spotify or if there was better music .
Daily work out
I love all the workouts and have noticed my body sculpting in a great way. Thank you for having so many options to work out
Monthly fee stated wrong
I signed up because it said $12.99/mo but after I signed up it said $20.99, so I canceled. WTH?
Cannot deal with constant freezing
I recently got my reformer and have enjoyed a handful of work outs but the constant freezing is unbearable!! At first I persevered but today I gave up and switched to something on YouTube. Such a shame because the instructors are sooooo good. Please fix this!!!!
Some Videos stop & start
Some Videos stop & start (no not my wifi/data). Can be very frustrating mid workout.
YR programs.
Love these programs. So much fun and so challenging.
Stop charging me!!
There is no ‘HELP’ section or an email to contact admin. My cancellation is pending since December and I have been charged again 🤡 how to get a hold of you guys please?
Always glitches
Constantly glitches which is annoying, Definitely not my internet
Great classes but freezes constantly
I love the classes on this app, but it can get extremely frustrating when the video freezes every few minutes for up to 30 seconds. Really interrupts the flow and I often can’t get to the end because it’s too annoying.
Total knee replacement
This is fantastic for rehab after total knee replacement , Jess is fantastic ,just need to adjust to suit double knee replacement otherwise it has helped me so much ,so happy I found this app
Poor
For a subscription to not allow content to the videos, with all of the other content out there - this feels super slimy. If zero stars was an option I’d select that.
Love the choices
I have been using the On Demands for nearly a year and I absolutely love the diversity in videos offered, and depending how I’m feeling. I could do a slower beginner class on heavy springs, or for more of a cardio class, or even something more targeted. I love this app ❤️
Chromecast doesn’t show up on videos
Chrome cast feature does not work so cannot watch on TV
Love Your Reformer!
I purchased my reformer to have at home due to a previous back injury. With the cost of Pilates reformer classes being so expensive I wanted my own machine to use in the comfort of my own home. Delivery and assembly of my machine was quick and efficient but the best thing is being part of the YR community. Having access to the app gives me the confidence that I’m being supported while using my machine at home. The monthly subscription fee is very affordable and even after 3yrs of being a member I’m not going anywhere!
Audio issues
The ability to listen to your own music is really clunky. I love the idea and would love to do this but still need to hear the instructor. I spent 20 minutes trying to disconnect my music audio and play the normal instructor audio but I still couldn’t hear the instructor, think this needs some work.
Ahmazing
Best exercise app I’ve used. And there has been a lot over the years. I love the variety of classes, the instructors, it’s just perfect!!! I don’t miss being in a studio at all. This has everything I need and more. 10 out of 5
Can’t cast from iPhone
The AirPlay button is there when you open the app and disappears after you play first video. It says to Allow Local Network, but even after that’s enabled it didn’t work!
Love it… some improvements will make it perfect.
Absolutely worth the monthly subscription. The teachers are great and classes are varied from beginner to killer! Beginner classes are great as the instructors are mindful to get you acquainted with the reformer with good instructions on how to manoeuvre around the reformer, slowly. There are also Pilates mat classes that are great for a change but still challenging. Love it!
Video glitches
Have done 3 classes on the new app and consistently having the app pause throughout the class for upwards of 10 seconds before starting again. Not an issue I encountered on old app and not anything to do with my internet as have plan with plenty of bandwidth.
Easy to use
So easy to use, finding classes perfect for me.
Freezes throughout workouts
The teachers are great but the app developers need to work on the freezing. It is consistent where a 17 minute workout took over 25 minutes because of it. I didn’t have this issue with the old version of the app so it’s very frustrating and should be something bug triage picked up.
