Use the built-in presets for Boxing, Amateur Boxing, Kickboxing, Muay Thai, BJJ/Grappling, Tabata, HIIT and Circuit Training, or create your own profile for bag work, sparring, conditioning or gym classes.
The timer is designed so you can train without constantly looking at the screen. Voice announcements can tell you the current round, sound alerts keep you on pace, and training music helps you stay motivated through every session.
