They are so boring, the new players are crazy sometimes. They allow some things and not others. This game is just lame.

Bonjour depuis que j’ai télécharger la dernière mise à jour 86.0 le jeu bug énormément l’es messages s’écrivent au ralenti j’ai des sortent de freeze d’image ou je peut plus rien faire et où je dois fermer l’appli et la réouvrir c’est vraiment très gênant et presque injouable svp si vous pouvez réglez ce problème

The nostalgia is always great. I grew up around Habbo. It was a good chat site for me when I was a teen. I decided I’d revisit it again just for old times to see what’s going on. How about is as it is pretty much dead. And the moderation team moves the goal posts. As of the posting now on July 26, 2026. I can for sure say that the moderation team is almost nonexistent. Within 10 minutes on the site I came across a dude talking about about beating women and killing them in mating them with dogs simply because their religion said they could and you know what the staff team did not only did they not ban this person they proceeded to mute and kick anybody that went against him for violent role-play

I love it
It’s really fun I like the games and rooms it has in the begging it is hard to navigate but once you get used to it’s fun … it’s underrated for sure and I like how coins you purchase actually has good stuff to offer
Customer service sucks
I love the nostalgia but the customer service sucks and you feel very ignored when they have major in app issues and even the verification for the account or email change are impossible… it sucks u spent so much money on this game to end up this disappointed.

Randomly locks my phone up
For whatever reason, at random times, clicking messages or opening navigator etc, it freezes and completely locks up my phone where I can’t even swipe up and close the app. Basically makes my phone useless for 30-60 seconds until it unfreezes.

I enjoy Habbo a lot! It’s really cool, I get to talk to so many people from all around the world. If people complain about it being a “pay to win” type of game oh well, every software has a start and needs funds to continue running aka basically get a job! Coins are at a good price and you even get to have HC club at a good price PLUS they give you monthly coins for being a HC member. I’ve been playing since 2008 and I always enjoyed everything about it. No complaints! Continue doing a great job Habbo!!!

hotel hideaway is much better
I get this may be nostalgic but the game is almost unplayable because you have to pay real money to obtain things or “work” an in game “job” which is honestly just too serious and complicated for a game. The only thing I do like about this game is the lack of annoying minors that’s where hotel hideaway fails they aren’t strict enough about the 17+ rule.

Habbo customer support is the absolute WORST in the world for the kinda popularity of the company (im serious! Im not joking at all!) that’s been around for like 20 years or more so far?!?!?! Sulake need to sell their whole thing to meta the company with 1000x better customer support if they don’t want to do their job for their customers who had been contributing a lot of money to them already… Like if theres other company who made an avatar chat room pretty similar to Habbo with CUSTOMER SUPPORT- HABBO would get out of business so quick even tho they are big time currently. ALL CUZ OF CUSTOMER SUPPORT - & SULAKE STILL DONT CARE!!!

I can’t hear my mega jukebox music
No sound effects in the app other than ca-ching and duck noises when you buy furni. Animation glitches all around. I’m almost certain that I spent at least 10 coins on wall paper and flooring items that were used and just disappeared with no cosmetic change to the room it was applied to whatsoever. I spent 20 coins on the mega jukebox and all the current music that is available. I can hear everything perfectly fine on the PC app. I’m just not sure why you all are requiring all of this in-game purchasing only to fall short of giving the consumer the experience that they paid for. Please fix these horrendous issues pronto. I’ve been a long time fan of Habbo Hotel and have been a member since 2007. I have been silently waiting in the shadows wondering when the mobile app change/update would arrive, but it does not seems as though there has been much progress.

Lots of chill people to meet in this game
The game is great, customer service is good and the game is also very active with little games inside too. The little games inside although they’re very full they are fun to play when its your turn and they are really creative. There’s little agencies too. Credits are affordable and the HC is worth it for the price.
So confused and apparently nothing to do in game except buy things?
I tried this game after seeing them on Token Trove. I have no clue what to do or why I want to do anything in the app. I can switch to my place and walk around it or I can switch to what looks like a town but I can’t interact with it because I’m greeted with pop-ups to purchase bundles that I can’t get to go away. So all I get from the app is the option to walk around my place and buy things. If there’s any more to this app it’s completely lost on me. The instructions starting were terrible so that’s all I’ve gotten from this app so far.

Glitches
Everytime I go to build a room on my mobile this game will glitch and I can’t do anything I’ll have to close app and restart it. It’s insanely frustrating especially when you’re already taking so much time to build the room. Also PC version is really small even when zoomed in it’s bigger on my iPhone than my computer to read furni.
Make a vertical mode

The game itself can be fun but the moderation system is overly sensitive. Players are getting banned for using harmless words or saying things that aren’t offensive in context. The banning system feels outdated and inconsistent, and it’s starting to push loyal players away. If the developers want to keep their community active and happy, they really need to review and update their moderation policies. Right now, it’s more frustrating than fun. I would give it 0 stars if i could
Sinnvolle Verbesserung der alten App gegenüber.
Die neue App ist von der Performance und von dem UI Interface eine spürbare und sinnvolle Verbesserung. Anzumerken wäre noch dass man wenn man den Verifizierung Code aus der Email kopiert nicht einfügen kann,bitte beheben. Zudem funktioniert in der App bei manchen Sachen dass Doppeltippen nicht zb wenn man manche teleporter benutzen.

Schade die App mit dem neuen Client ist schrecklich, wieso kann man dort nicht mehr Habbos Anerkennung schenken in Form von Loben? Wieso kann ich mein Jahre altes Tier nicht mehr kraulen? Wieso ist die Ducket Limit bei 3000? Manche Möbel sind unanklickbar auf meinem IPhone 12 Pro ich klicke als Beispiel ein Pokal an und es reagiert darauf ein Sofa in der anderen Ecke. Noch ein Thema: Ich finde es ziemlich schade das ihr keine vernünftige Werbung betreibt Habbo hat definitiv immer noch Potenzial uns fehlen langsam die Spieler damit Habbo auch belebt bleibt, ihr ruht euch nun auf euren Erfolg aus und lasst die Habbo Hotels einfach langsam zum Ende kommen, betreibt vernünftig Werbung ladet YouTuber ein spielt spiele mit denen Twitch Streamer im Habbo Theater F&A danach ein Event starten.. das würde so viel Aufschwung geben. Ich finde es schade wie ihr Habbo einfach sich selbst überlassen wird und niemand etwas dagegen tut. Viele ich Wörter aber ich spiele Habbo seit 2009 und ich weiß definitiv wo von ich hier schreibe.

I’ve reach out to customer service multiple times. I’ve had my account since I was in middle school they sent me an email to come back and I made a few 9 dollar purchases and they “traded locked” my account for suspicious purchases. The craziest part is if you’re concerned with suspicious purchases I sent them all the information that they originally requested and I still couldn’t get them to help me. Honestly if you’re truly concerned about suspicious purchases why allow me to still make purchases and not trade? Zero sense. Would not recommend you wasting your money.
