Sucks
There are several games like this but this is by far the worse. You have to tap something several times to get the slow nurse to do the task. Being a time mgmt game that is a major problem. You run out of time so I can’t beat the level. And the diamonds are worthless cause u have to have a lot in order to use them but the only give u 2 at a time, forcing u to buy them. What a scam. HARD PASS
Is there ever going to be more levels?
There seems to be no new hospital levels and the stars in gathering are not going towards anything. Game seems to be at a stand still. Only updates are for purchases. Will there be new levels?!?

Game keeps freezing, not responding and losing lives, bought coins and game froze… been playing for some time, game is great just needs some adjusting… otherwise I’d rate a 4-5 stars…
MUST spend money to get anywhere
Really fun game BUT impossible- literally impossible to win levels as you get ahead. You’d have to play the same level 40 times to even get enough coins to get ONE upgrade, and that wont let you win the level. No balance between how much you earn per level and how expensive upgrades are. Basically, they want you to buy the diamonds- dont fall for it. It’s a waste your time kind of game so play for fun, but you’ll see a thousand pop ups for purchases. No use doing it because they won’t last you either.

Need to be able to skip levels
This is my favorite game! Buttt I wish there was a way to stay on the more challenging levels or even skip to them in new clinics. Some levels are so hard that it’s a fluke when you win without any of the help aids and would be fun to just keep trying to make it happen again. But to win the hardest level in a clinic only to open the game again and find yourself at baseline 0 in a new clinic is so insufferable at times. Please make it so you can go back to a previous challenging level while letting your kids play through the “easy levels” in a new clinic until it’s good enough for yourself.

The game play is fun and entertaining overall, but be prepared to pay and pay often. There is no way to progress if you’re not paying regularly. Sometimes the game play doesn’t work as it should, but that would be minor if I was able to advance without spending more and more money. Great idea, but I would be more likely to pay if the game didn’t insist upon it.

No me gusta que forzosamente tienes que gastar dinero porque si no, no avanzas y hay partidas bastante dificiles de pasar por el tiempo que otorgan y aun asi no avanzas, y si haces tiempo extra para poderlo pasar muchas veces no te cuentan los puntos que has hecho en ese tiempo extra y poder seguir adelante, tienen que mejorar eso porque el juego si vale la pena.
I love this game!
I love this game! It’s very fun and has different challenges for each level or hospital. If I had one complaint.. the upgrades are SO expensive compared to how much I make during the levels. I’m not able/willing to pay real money in this game so I rely on the ads to earn extra rewards, however the rewards are so small and don’t make a dent in an upgrade. Other than that, the gameplay is fun and the graphics are great as well!

I’m so tired of this type of game that are fun until you get to a certain point and then you can’t get through the next stage unless you spend money. I spent $100.00 playing one of these games and that is too much money for me! I could buy a whole game for that amount of money and play it whenever I want! This is just robbery and I won’t do that again! You can find another sucker to play your money pit! Also, when I click on something it usually takes 2 or 3 tries which slows me down and causes me to lose time! Because of this you need to give a person more time to collect objects!

Hello. I love this came first and foremost. However I am now on level 584 but haven’t had any new tasks since Aloha health center. I have 63 stars and no tasks to use them. Although I love this game, it’s kind of frustrating that I can’t progress. Is there anything that could be done or when do you guys expect to have more tasks? Thank you.

Everyone I try to purchase power ups, it charges me 22$ instead of 5 $
Game
The game seems to go too fast for me to beat the level. I’m someone with learning disabilities so I work at a slower pace. Also, every time I tap on the icon of what the patient needs from the shelves, I always seem to tap the wrong item when I am trying to initiate the right item. I would like to see more unlimited lives. It gives me more chances to mess up and still try again and again, without losing lives. It’s a long wait for those lives to fill up again.

I only have the freeze time power up. Just downloaded 3 or 4 days ago. I played 21 levels of the first hospital, so I guessing they are not locked still. Great game, I really enjoyed playing. Will there be an update soon and will it fix it?

Money grab game.
This is a pay to play game. If you don’t invest real money to buy in game currency to upgrade items and people you will be stuck on the same level for a long time!!! There are also so many side games and collecting stickers that really don’t need to be part of the game (filler) the time limit is also a little short for younger players (6yr old) who don’t have the time management skills quite yet nor their coordination down. Clicking on items is frustrating as it picks the item next to it or not at all which takes time away. If you run out of time the amount they want you to spend to continue the game or lose progress is outrages. Money hungry much? Stopped playing at level 50.

The is game is designed to have you fail. Even if you spend money the coins you earn is not enough to get you through a level. Even though the game is super cute and fun, it’s very short lived. There just gets a point where there’s nothing you can do to progress

Too many purchases required
I don’t mind making some in app purchases to support the developers, but don’t want to play anymore when there are levels that are impossible to win without making purchases. Ultimately at the end of the day, you’re losing out on a longer term player and losing money when they walk away and uninstall the game
Money Pit
This game was beatable early on but it’s gotten to be a money pit. I have enough upgrades that it should be beatable but it’s impossible without spending a fortunate in jewels to get extra time. All I get from the company when posting these reviews is an e-mail saying I can beat it if I try.

New Hospital Update PLEASE!
I love this game! It’s an adorable, fun, yet challenging game. Yeah I get mad at it when I lose, but it’s a game, people. Will there a new hospital update anytime soon?
RIDICULOUS LONG ADS DON’T DOWNLOAD
While the game is fun, the developers have chosen to run 2+ minute ads in order to get power ups. That damned King ad is my final straw. You have to X out of it 4-5 times before you get the reward. It is simply NOT worth being aggravated any longer

Love it, so fun! I do get stuck often but eventually i pass the level so satisfying. Wish for more lives tho!

App closes after 1minute of opening. Most times can not even play one episode.
Impossible without going broke
This game used to be fun but somewhere along the line, it’s become impossible even after spending hundreds of dollars to level up. I currently have all doctors 2 levels higher than what the game suggests AND all items maxed out to their highest earning potential, plus I’ve bought automatic beds and I still fall short by something stupid like 8 coins. It makes no sense. Then you watch a video to gain an extra 10 seconds and magically, you’re now able to complete the level. It’s either than or spend $4 every time. Fix the game mechanics for those of us who’ve already put in the time and money.

Should I still be playing!? Will there be more hospitals? This is my daily go to game. I like the variety of levels. Some more challenging then others. I really like collecting stamps. Will there be new costumes for Halloween? Just love this game.
Impossible
The game was fun up until you reach a certain level…it’s impossible to get past them without being forced to pay out of pocket. I’ve read other reviews and they pretty much are the same. Deleted!

This is a good game but unfortunately I don’t like how when you touch something to give to patient or do something with patient the game acts like you didn’t tap anything and then you have to turn around and tap it again while she just standing there and then all of a sudden you lose your level. I have played before and deleted the game because of that now it’s doing it again. It’s so funny it only does that when you get kinda far in the game or far in the game almost like the game is cheating to get you to spend money on coins and diamonds. The game developer really needs to fix this flaw asap. It’s 2025 let’s get it right game developers. Thanks
The game is rigged
When you first begin playing the game, its honestly very fun. However, once you get several completed boards under your belt, the levels becomes impossible to complete without “extras.”It’s like the developers are doing some type of bait and switch. It’s frustrating :-(.

You will be forced to pay money if you want to progress in this game. The amount of coins earned each level is not enough to do the upgrades required to make progress. I would not recommend this game to anyone unless you just feel like waiting money.
High purchase cost
I love this game but do find you need to make too many purchases to continue on through the levels.
Not enough time to beat levels
They give you very little time to beat a level. I can have all doctors updated and the machines can have all their coins but you still can’t beat a level. Maybe one level but then it’s impossible to keep going without buying gems and that’s wrong. Games should be fun without having to spend money to pass it. With that being said I’ve stopped playing it as much because it’s just too hard and I refuse to pay for gems. So I suggest instead of giving one minute to pass you can atleast give two minutes. Give people a chance to pass some levels especially when all their doctors are updated and coins for machines.
Favorite Very Pricey Game
Even with all of the purchases, it is impossible to complete the last two clinics without additional purchases. I know it’s a money trap, but the game is fun. It takes well over 200,000 coins to complete one clinic.

The game is great. Good concept, good flow. I just wish there was an easier way to win without purchases. Also, being able to go back and get stars on levels you missed would be good.
Only fun if you spend money
I actually enjoy this game but it’s really impossible to play without spending money on it. It gets to the point where if you can buy the upgrades you can’t even get past the level and you’re pretty just stuck there unless you spend money.
