I like the new UI. It’s much improved.
Log out frequently
Every time I want to use it already log out. I try many passwords and have to recreate new passwords. So I stop using it.

ACCOUNT ALWAYS LOGOUT BY NO REASON
It that a bug or what ? Maybe about a week without using brown app my account will automatic logout of the app.

Poor app, poor customer service.
Poor design on the B1G1 promotion. and I went to the counter to make order, they told me to select self pick up. i want to get 1 free 1 drinks, like technically it should be one selection, and you got two drinks automatically if you have such a promotion. it doesn’t make sense that you require us to select the drinks two times. and i already arrived the counter, why the receptionist required me to have self pick up? while the QR at table is also not scannable. such a lazy receptionist and poor service. So even the customers arrive the counter, you still require us to use app. Completely unsatisfied.
Why not round up the point?
The app was okay, but one thing that I hate the most is point system. Why can’t you round up the point example 2.95$ but got 2 points instead? Why can’t be 3? Don’t be failed like KOi
New Features
New looks are quite interesting, good to see Brown moving to technology trend in engaging with customer’s need. Despite the technical issues, I hope It Can Be Done very soon.
This app is inefficient
This app is honestly the most frustrating thing ever. If you already decided to lets your customers use your app please make a convenient one. It keeps logging me out for no reason and showed my pw was incorrect even I literally just changed my pw for this ridiculous service. What the point of changing my password if your system doesn’t recognize it anyway? This happen too often and it’s very annoying.
Surprisingly bad for a chain this big
The app is riddled with bugs and always a different issue. Currently it takes me to ABA to top up, but no prompt to put in my passcode. Random ‘back’ buttons placed on different parts of a page. No clear explanation of how to collect rewards and poor English throughout. Kind of seems the whole app was designed by some interns. Will be using the card instead, moving forward.
Like ur team not care with order through app
Branch 51 walk pass my table several times because no table stamp or invoice on table Branch toul tompong, I was sitting at ground flloer with them.. at 4 pm it isn’t much busy I waited for 8 minutes n no one accepted my order.. so I have to cancel and left Wont go this branch again

Massive downgrade, incredibly unreliable
Overall: the app sucks, it doesn’t do one thing well at all. I try to give constructive feedback by pointing all the things that don’t work below so please fix them. I think the current issues can all be fixed. The direction of the app isnt bad but its current state is. The UX: The only thing it’s good for is in-store payment. Even that, it still sucks because if your balance is low and want to top up, you need to do it from ABA or other banks’ apps. Delivery and pick up functions are so unreliable. To see the status, you need to come out and go to transaction history which is located in a very weird place. Order customisation is upsetting compared to the older version. Choosing sugar level is a mess. Everything is just not intuitive. It freezes all the time. The app is very unreliable in almost every aspect. The UI: I don’t really care. Just make sure the above get fixed.
Hire an IT team please
App always crashes, website doesn’t work, can’t even add my Brown card…. Please take this seriously and fix these issues immediately!

The staff and the app all are balanced in making Brown going down. Wanted to support local brand but local brand full of disappointment.

You have to spend $100 to even get anything back. It’s a drink and a cake on your birthday, however on your birthday you don’t even get it. Save you time and money and don’t even bother with the app.
