Good Service, Good App, Best Delivery Man. The delivery man so friendly and the delivery is quite fast and delivered with almost exact time. But need to improve more to have a track on delivery that I hardly suggest. You will become the competitive app among all the others. I love your attitude with your delivery man please train your delivery man with that attitude. I love to use your app.

Disappointed
I’ve ordered Pizza set from Pizza company at Prek Leap at 5:22pm. I waited until 6:30pm, I called to the call center they said they will confirm and response to me back. Until 6:56pm, I called again, they said they will confirm again. Then at 7:03pm they called back saying that they don’t have the pizza I want, they ask whether I could change the set. I was really disappointed with the service. They should have called me since my order arrived not 2hours after my order. WTF

The app is getting slower and slower and it not easy to order anything anymore sometime it doesn’t even let me login in and now it taking hour just to process 1 order

Change your notifications sound!
I’m deleting your app. What the hell is that notifications sound? You are selling pizzas, you don’t need an unskippable 15 seconds long ring that goes on and on like an incoming phone call. I’m surprised this went pass approval.

Why so slow??
Your app work super slow, so inconvenience I would’ve been starved to death trying to order food. Update: I haven’t got my pizza yet it’s been 2 hours. Literally dying rn. Worst food delivery app ever. UPDATE: I came to pick the pizza up by myself.

Doesn’t work on iPhone 14pro max
False advertisements sent to my phone for deals that DO NOT exist. 50% off pizza company. Nope… not at my location. 50% off DQ? No… app doesn’t even work to let me order. Freezes up and won’t let me click the back button. 2 strikes. You’re almost out. Guess I’m sticking with foodpanda.
Difficult to contact.
I order pizza and wait for long, and I call them almost 20times but no one pick. Doesn’t recommend.
