The application is overall better than average, however, from (a bad) experience I’d like it if users had access to change or edit their personal information (Edit Profile) such as, email or username through the application.

How did this make it to App Store?!
Not user-friendly. You cannot use your bubbles to get drink on the app. I know, why does the app exist if it can't do that? Moreover, you have to use their Wifi when you use the APP. Yes, you heard me, not your cell data. It takes you to their website every time.
Failure error
I like the app for the first time but later can not open the app anymore after not using for a while and show up failure error you guys most fixed this issue immediately
Crappy and dumb at a new level
What you see the most is “something went wrong”. One thing you can’t do is ordering with your bubbles. You have to use their Wi-Fi so you can use the internet, not your own data. Pay a REAL programmer to redo the APP!!!
Crash
It keeps crashing when open sometimes.
Unable to Login
Put money inside the account and now I cannot spend it since the App never able to login! What a cheat...
Crush App
When edit user information it will crush the app (iOS). can't edit any information.
should go to fix this app
i don kno why, this app always get error, cant use, it often crashed by itself.
Menu Brown sugar
Mình tải app rồi nhưng sao không thấy menu tên là Brown sugar ,mà hôm qua mình mua trà sữa Koi ở tiệm , mình hỏi ,người ta nói có nhưng mình ko thấy nên coi lại giùm mình nhé! Thanks
