Unlink ABA
How do I link my ABA, this is insane and not legal. If I don’t get a clear response back on how to remove my bank account I will report you to Apple for violating their service agreement.

false advertisement
i use wownow mainly for transportation and ive been using for a very long time already but it never occurred to me until now that their pricing is false advertisement. they claim the transportation for tuktuk is 20%-30% off their original price but it never is 20% nor 30% when i do they calculate, that’s false advertising. please fix and dont lie to your costumers. if its UP TO ….. that yes put that instead, don’t mislead your consumers.

Rating for Drivers
Your new function, which is the TukTuk or EV cars, should have the rating for drivers because some drivers, who I have encountered with, drive so fast, which is really dangerous on the route.
Slow
Slow Oder 1h 🥲
Late delivery
I ordered a drink and it took an hour and a half to arrive the drink was completely melted

Service is wonderful
Lacking of management
Too slow
Terrible Customer Service & Delivery Drivers
Food drivers goes around the city before delivering your foods. They are always late and wownow don’t offer anything for foods being delivered very late unlike other food apps.
非常好用的外卖app
app使用体验很好 不止有外卖还有打车服务 也有中文 游客也可以无门槛使用😄
垃圾app
垃圾死了
bug
in ordering a specific meal, the “customize” option isn’t working; it can keep adding on in number, but can’t deduct. i wanna try ordering 2 but can’t change it back to 1.
大象app崩溃了
我的大象突然没有打车界面了，点击账单也一直在转圈，卸载重新装之后一直在登录界面转圈，我想知道怎么解决。
Good app
Good food
No customer support
Worst customer support and service. Driver later for more than 90 minute
Good delivery, bad service
Delivery drivers were all competent and timely, but app itself is horrendous. I put in a promo code and voucher, but it auto removed my promo code and wouldn’t cancel my order. Whenever it refunds online payment it takes a half to whole day too. All error notifications were in Chinese so I couldn’t understand what tf was going on either. The two stars is for consideration of the good delivery, but the app itself is terrible and I wouldn’t recommend it.
Delivery very slow 😅😅
Delivery very slow, it’s usually over 1 hour.

Overrated delivery app in the business
With the poor customer service and refund policy, I could say this company is completely a scam. Moreover, the duration of delivery is outrageous I’ve waited my foods for more than an hour and I couldn’t cancel the order. I can’t reach out to the customer service as well. They don’t have live chat agents or bot. The only way to reach out the agents is dialing the phone number which is always cutoffs. WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER!! AVOID THIS!!!!
