Subwallet is a scam
Stay away from this garbage. I wouldn’t piss on this scam if it was on fire.
Wallet in active development
They have issues every other week. With something, but their support on discord is helpful and this wallet has huge potential if they can solve all the minor issues everyone keeps experiencing.
All transactions fail
I can not do anything anymore in this app because all transactions fail. No matter if its sending crypto or claim staking rewards, it always fails. Why?
Bug
I am experiencing issues, the iOS app it’s frozen I can do nothing not update my balance, when I try to refresh get freeze. Is there any problem. It used to work perfectly before last version. Do I need to do something?
Works Good
I used it for staking VARA. All seems fine.
Only use if you want to lose your crypto
Only use sub wallet if you want them to lose your crypto. I’ve had crypto and NFT’s in my sub wallet for multiple years. Today I went to check it, and they have all miraculously disappeared. When I first went into the app, it only showed one of my crypto balances and then upon exiting and coming back now there is nothing in my account. I would not trust this app with anything it’s a joke.

Why No 2FA Security Option?
Needs 2FA (Two Factor Authentication) security feature when signing in as extra layer of protection. Would be nice to use a Security Key 2FA option.
Update to my Friday review
On my iPhone 2nd gen I changed Settings >>> Display & Brightness >>> Display Zoom from Large to Default. Screen display is no longer in issue for me in Subwallet.

Good wallet
The ecosystem is ever expanding and not any wallet has everything in it.Its hard to navigate,not necessarily the wallets fault. But would be nice to swap any coin under the dot ecosystem,like ibc. Someday right?

I wanted to go back and give it 5 stars bc of how quickly the app people responded and their willingness to help. Thank you! Great customer service! :-) bugs and glitches happen, but good customer service is hard to come by anymore. Thank you guys!! :-)

Issue with quest
I came here from Coinbase trying to do the quests. I don’t know if the issue is with this app or Coinbase, but I followed the instructions and still cannot finish the quest to earn vara.

Im trying to send my vara to a different wallet and it is saying unable to get balanca pleae re enable network. Ive done this tons of times and still cant send my vara. Really irritating.

It's a scam
I staked Astar coins and Vara coins on this wallet. The wallet will not allow me to unstake my coins. I am experienced in crypto and have tried everything. Putting coins in this wallet is like flushing them down the toilet. They are probably just keeping everybody's crypto.

It created 2 icons on my phone when removed one it removed the two icons and I had to download the app again but I had to create new account and lost all my coins😡

Total Garbage. If you enjoy spending countless hours searching thru an app to figure out how to accomplish something that should be simple and easy to find out about. Then this app is for you . Not to mention when you break down and contact support to resolve your issue . You get an email explaining they can’t help , but watch the attached video to learn how. You click on video and it’s just a 5 second clip with no volume. Apps like this are generally like this for a reason. The less we know and can find out the more they can take advantage . Very shady. Straight trash!!!!

When I used on EVM wallet, and tried to connect to DeFi like as Ether.fi. I got often “fail to add connection” that made me hard time. It’s so frustrating because other wallets were smoothly and successfully connected, except SubWallet. I don’t know what a reason either. It’s kinda myth.
Using this Wallet is like going to the dentist.
I’ve used over 20 wallets, and this is by far the worst! It's cumbersome, even for the most experienced user. It's not user-friendly or intuitive at all. There are tons of glitches as well. Good luck trying to send. There's always a glitch whenever I press send to put in the address; it goes to the home screen. Anyway, I only use this wallet when it's the absolute last resort.

This is how a good app shall work, developers address the bugs and work quickly in the updates. Keep up the good work
Cannot Unlock and Vara Tokens in Subwallet
I did a Coinbase activity to earn Vara. I sent Vara to Subwallet and staked 150 tokens. I think I got them unstaked but they remain locked after a few weeks. The stake, unstake, and unlock processes are impossible for me to find without Googling outside sources. Even then it is all unclear. It isn’t a lot of money but it’s the principle. It’s like giving me the key to a car with a hidden ignition. If I can’t get it figured out soon, I’ll just cut my small loss and uninstall the app. If crypto is ever going to be the norm (and I don’t think it will for reasons exactly like this) it can’t be rocket science for the average user.

If you did all stages of quest according to the instructions, u wont have any problem with withdrawing all your funds from wallet. If you have any problem support is always there to help you out.
App is a scam.
All of a sudden my tokens are gone, nothing showing yet it was staked and I’m in daily and it hasn’t even been long enough since my last log in to unstake yet balances zero and history empty. Don’t use this trash coinbase shouldn’t reccomend
