I want that feature back!
I have been using the app on my iPhone for quite a long time. So far the experience was almost flawless but the latest update (version 8.8.0) has taken away the remark field from the default entry page thereby diminishing the experience. Please restore it.

Hello CashBook Team, I recently switched from Android to iPhone and really like using CashBook. However, I noticed that some very useful features available on Android are missing on iOS. 1. When selecting a date, the Android app shows a full calendar with the day (Monday, Tuesday, etc.). On iPhone, the day is not visible, which makes it difficult to identify the correct date. 2. In the amount field, the Android app provides calculator functions (+, -, ×, ÷), allowing quick calculations before entering an amount. On iPhone, only the numeric keypad is available. These features are very helpful for daily bookkeeping. Please consider adding them to the iPhone version in a future update. There is no calculator support if we want to do calculation for any entry.

Good App, Important Feature Missing
Ye app cash aur credit manage karne ke liye kaafi useful hai aur maine iska ek saal ka subscription bhi le rakha hai. Lekin ek important feature abhi tak missing hai. Customers ka total outstanding credit ek jagah upar dikhna chahiye. Main har update mein is option ko check karta hoon, lekin jab ye nahi hota to kaafi mayusi hoti hai. Dusri similar apps mein ye feature kaafi time se available hai. Agar future updates mein ye option add nahi hota, to mujhe ye app use karna chhodna pad sakta hai. Developers se request hai ki is improvement par dhyan dein.

Basic Features Should Be Free
Earlier CashBook was a very good app. It was very useful for simple cash-in and cash-out entries. But now they are asking to buy a subscription even for making basic entries. This is not suitable for small business owners. At least the basic features should remain free, otherwise people will definitely start using other apps. ——————————————————-—————————- Thank you for your response. I understand that there are backend costs, but the 100-entry limit feels too low for regular use. Therefore, please consider increasing the free limit. I have been using your application for the past 5 years, so I am comfortable with it. However, due to this limitation, I am forced to switch to another app, which is not as comfortable for me. Unfortunately, I may have to stop using your app and move to another one.

Subscription price too high!!!
I’ve been using this app for over 3 years and really like it. Since it became paid, it’s been difficult for small users like me who manage only one business with 3–4 users. The jump from Starter to Essentials is too big, and paying ₹399/month is quite high for us. Because of that, I haven’t been able to use the app for the past month. It would be great if you could add a mid plan, maybe around ₹199/month for 1 business and up to 4 users. Or a one time purchase option. Just a suggestion from a loyal user. Thanks!

Additional Feature Request
I want to be able to give items multiple categories. Exp, bread could be listed as “Food” and “Bread”. This would allow me to see my spending as a whole on food as well as individual food items, allowing for even better control.
Favourite but going to Uninstall
This was my favourite app, i am using it from past 2 years for my home uses. But sadly, now i am going to uninstall it because it’s now premium
Failure in the new update
The App was so good so far. An update came two three days before. As soon as I updated the app the app got crashed. Can’t even enter any detail. The columns get disappeared. Please fix this soon. TIA

I am using this app from last 3 years, Now they launched subscription, Which is completely okay, But subscription fees is too much, I have one book with 2 members, And asking me for ₹399/ month, Means I have to pay around ₹4800 in a year, In India, A OTT platform costs around ₹1500-₹2000 for a year, Netflix is cheaper than you, And you think you deserve ₹4800 rupees just for adding data entries

User friendly
CashBook has helped my business a lot. They keep developing new ways to make it user friendly and I must confess it’s one of the best. My only challenge with it is that it takes a longer time to load when one have a lot of records for like 3 months.
