PDF Report Not Generating on iPhone
I am facing an issue with the DigiKhata app on my iPhone while generating customer reports. If a customer has a small number of entries, the report is generated successfully as a PDF. However, when a customer’s report contains more than approximately 15–20 pages, the app hangs during PDF generation and the report is not generated. This issue seems to occur specifically with larger reports. Please investigate the PDF generation limit/performance issue on the iPhone app and provide a solution or update. This feature is very important for managing and sharing customer account statements. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thank you.
Invester section added
Assalamualaikum, I have been using DGKTA for almost two years for my businesses. It has been working perfectly, but there is one feature that I feel is missing: an Investor Section. It would be really helpful if an Investor Section could be added to the system.
Backup Issue after getting paid services
I’m using DigiKhata since long, I was very much satisfied. Since I got paid services, I’m unable to backup my data. Backup on iCloud is backing up, but DigiKhata backup has some issue. Plz resolve

Poor Customer Support & Unresolved Subscription Issue
The app itself may be useful, but customer service is extremely poor. When customers are paying for subscriptions, they expect timely support and issue resolution. Unfortunately, it feels like the support team is not monitoring or responding to customer queries at all.
No Tap to Pay on IOS
very disappointing … its a request that please enable the tap to pay option for iPhone users. !!!!!!!

I have iphone and im old user of digi khata when i buy my new iphone so i shifted my digi account from android to iphone now in iphone when i create some entries for suppliers i enternd many items so digi khata show only one item and remaing item have removed from supplier im so consufed and become angry with digi khata what i do so my digi khata play smothly thanks

Multiple device login issue
I am using DigiKhata and facing a multiple device access lock issue. My previous phone is no longer with me, and I am unable to log out from other devices. Also, I cannot subscribe because no relevant option is showing. Please guide me on how to resolve this issue

App version 8.3.0 problem
1. Unable to download previously added images. 2. The same business is showing more than two accounts. Means the same account has been cloned multiple times. 3. Always showing backup not successful. Even after clicking on backup it keeps loading but backup doesn't happen. 🙏 I have been keeping my business accounts through these apps for a long time please fix it fast.

If you have paid version then still you will face different glitches , main issue is backup transaction will update after many hours worst experience. I have paid version.

I’ve been using your app so for my experience is goin good. I’d suggest to add online assistance tab to your app that can make it attractive. I’d also suggest to add different currencies to it. Like i wanted to change PKR to USD but didn’t find that option. Thanks.
Bug fix
It’s good app. But it start creating problem specially with supplier section. Purchase and payment same go to gave. No adding or subtracting. Apple phone and version 9 is updated recently
