Your app is perfectly fine for Billing if in some case if it is possible, kindly add this feature a small chat section area for a group with assigning task to do for the entire team in automation
Regarding customer support
The customer support has become extremely disappointing. It is now almost entirely AI-based, making it very difficult to connect with a human support representative. Customers have to repeat the same issue multiple times, which wastes a significant amount of time. In urgent situations, this kind of support is simply not reliable. I would rather use a service that offers prompt access to human customer support, as it provides a much better experience and resolves issues more efficiently.
Glitch
In this app item is not set in proper sequence during make voucher
Message in SMS and message throughout APP name!! It is worst.
When we make a bill the customer receive a SMS and in SMS have mentioned only billing amount, I think SMS must have final amount also. Same when we enter receive amount then customer not received total dues amount. 1. Consumer always receive the message and WhatsApp though MYbillbook name. I got problem when one customer buy a product from different different wender and is all vendors using my bill book then all sms and whatsapp message received by customer in one window and that is very confusing for customers and as well as sellers. Many times create confusion and I don’t suggest to use mybillbook because of this reason. I purchased mybillbook then why sms and whatsapp thour name of mybillbook why not from my number? When my Lisence end from mybillbook I will shift to other App.

Not working as expected
I purchased 1-year license based on their sales team assurance. After using it I realized there are so many missing features such as barcode printing which is one of the most important requirement for me. Their support team has no clue about the issue and I have to live with it for a year. They called me few days before expiration of my license and I shared them feedback but still no improvement. Not recommended at all. Another issue is with their reports which does not provide the required information.
Bulk bill download
The app is good but there should be a option fir download bulk duplication bills for self records but there is not option for bulk download duplicates download i have to manually go to every bill and download it if i want duplicate bill i will 200-300 bill of every month howcan I download duplicate bill 200-300 bills one by one for my records becoz the original record goes with the customer for my physical record how can i download duplicate bulk bills
Back end support
Do buy guys no one will help if this app is not working properly no back end support is provided to customer
Sales order option
Pls add an option of sales order so that orders can be added and report of order with details can be generated

Excellent software! Just a suggestion: please add an option to change further details such as mrp per item when modifying the item before invoice formation, as Mrp or other details often change from time to time. Otherwise perfect!

Bugs , not able to open any of invoices, for past many days and they have not resolved the issue , stuck .

Very disappointing experience with MyBillBook. Before purchasing the software, their sales team kept calling every few days asking me to buy their plan. After several follow-ups, I finally took the demo and purchased a subscription. At that time, I was clearly promised that proper training would be provided the very next day. However, after purchasing the plan, the response from their team completely stopped. Till today, I have not received proper training or guidance on how to use the software. For a business owner, billing software is a critical tool, and lack of support creates serious inconvenience. I was also given a contact person, Mr. Nitesh Shukla (76783-57154), but he never answers calls. This is extremely frustrating when you are trying to set up a system for your business. It feels like their team is very active until you purchase the plan, but once the payment is done, customer support becomes very poor.
