Buggy mess
Incredibly buggy, doesn’t work 90% of the time, I try to open something and it’s greyed out with a buffering logo. The app won’t accept my information. Even the website doesn’t work well. Really disappointed in the process of using this to buy a home.

This app was very helpful and replaced like four different apps that I would be using. It’s a very good app to have and use on your phone to help out.

Superapp?! lol
It’s embarrassing to call yourself a superapp when you just bolt on wellness features onto the side of a mortgage app. That’s….not what a superapp is.

Over verification
App works fine, but what is the point of remember me with face recognition to log into the app. Send a code, face again, log in. Click my loan and wants me to enter email and password only to send me another code. If I do facial recognition and verify things, future logins should….log me in without doing all that over again.

This is a scam company
They will try to dodge your calls, there messaging system will not work even when entered properly and they’re online website won’t work for absolutely no reason, I’m guessing to make you default on your loan and use it s proof to put a lien against your property, beware do not go with this company, ran by scammers.

Absolute worst app for mortgage
This app is the worst. It doesn’t handle your mortgage. It links out to a web app and requires another sign on by their servicing company. It is not an easy flowing app for information. As soon as mortgage rates change I will refinance and never look back.
Loading Problem
The app itself is good but I always seem to be having trouble loading my loan account . At first I thought it was me and my service reception but it just doesn’t want to load or sometimes it will say something along the lines of “no current loan or account”. When I in fact do have one. It is starting to get concerning if I want to view my balance and can’t

Unprofessional Behavior From Jonas Bryer
If anyone was to work with him please advise his lack of communication and un professionalism. Went on vacation while handling my loan without anyone being aware and gave ZERO updates to realtors or agents Doesn’t return call or texts and have yet to have and progress on my loan. Will bounce you from person to person and can never get through to him. Please steer away from this mortgage advisor if you actually want to get things done.
