Company’s lie
Unfortunately Faras takes back it’s miles yet lie that the miles still reflecting on their of their end which I confirmed with two different of their staffs and their response were different. From now, I would advise to use the best company of your choice instead of Faras to avoid their inconvenience and incompetence

Cancelling the trips
Your bikers are the most inconvenient across all platforms, they cancel the trips all Willy Nilly, some cancel on the way and some cancel without even leaving where they are, it’s so annoying for ppl that are in a hurry, honestly speaking, id rather pay more for convenience’s sake so I’m moving back to Uber

Charged more than what was initially shown. Moreover the driver arrived at a nearby street, there was no information. When he was directed to the proper place which wasn’t shown on the gps, he refused to move out, he was angry all the way.

Buggy GPS Function
Faras app is buggy with its gps / geolocation function. When you select a pickup or drop off location on the map using a pin, it changes the point and sets it far from the selected point after confirming it. This needs a serious fix because it is a core function of the app and more importantly the service, because its main function depends on finding riders and dropping them off at specific locations indicated on the map. This buggy geolocation function makes it near impossible for drivers to find riders and drop them off at specific locations based on the incorrect gps information.
Cashless
Kindly incorporate the cashless option to change the game to your advantage otherwise many riders claim not to have change and deceivingly extort more from customers . And then most importantly, teach your riders how to use their navigators. Faras riders don’t know Kampala and can’t use their maps

Y’all need to introduce cashless payments or MoMo pay it’s tiring always waiting for 500shs which they never have or fail to have change

Some times your agents accept our request yet they are still far away from us and over delay so we kindly request for our access to cancel such agents as well like the way they have that access

USA phone number problems
A USA phone number is +1 and then 10 numbers. When I tried to register it only acknowledges +1 and then 9 numbers. I can not sign up.
No Uniforms and you don’t care about customer complaints
The Faras Boda riders have no company reflector jackets, so one can’t really identify their rider on arrival. I also believe these uniforms give more confidence to the customer that they are in safe hands and not in the hands of any random rider. Secondly, you don’t really care about customer complaints. A number of customers have complained about attempted robbery by your riders but you don’t address these issues.
No audio during calls
When you have been paired with a rider and they call you, the call is connected, but no audio can be heard from the call though it shows that the call itself is ongoing. Great app otherwise.

Poor navigation
Upgrade your map systems. You can't drop a pin on a location. It makes hard the driver to reach the location. Why waste time talking to a driver on the phone just to locate you while there is a map that can navigate. Please update

It doesn’t have a “set point on map” option?!!
A nice Taxi app, with reasonable prices, it has one issue for me! I can’t set a point on map! If I want to set a location that isn’t a known location i can’t move the arrow to where i want my pick up or drop off to be! That’s really frustrating actually, and also because sometimes i order a taxi for a friend or a family member in a different location of mine and I wouldn’t be able to do it accurately ..please try to fix this problem .
