Not binding/not saving data
As stated above. Highly disappointed and dissatisfied. It won’t do all the things it’s been touted to do. Never again.
Works perfectly well
A lot of people needs to read and understand not just read timidly, for me the watch and apps works perfectly well for me and I change the wallpapers to any of my choice. Please upload more Quality wallpapers. For those of you that still can’t connect or use it just contact me I will teach you a little secret of how it works perfectly
Not binding/not saving data
Okay worst watch investment as of yet, watch will not bind to my iPhone 14, and when it does it losses connection within a minute. I have reloaded, shut down and did all recommended fixes to no avail, it will not save my profile information wether I have an account or sign in with my Apple ID. Can’t change screens to custom. BP and HR is never close to actual to include in the Same blood pressure reading over and over. Not even close to cuff readings, again I have done all the recommended things to make work right!!! Either watch or app and possibly both are totally defective. Ps I bought a second watch and the problem is the same. Waste of money

Does not measure glucose
I bought this watch to measure glucose as I’ve seen during purchase but when I received the watch, it does not measure glucose. That’s why I am giving two star rating.

Very hard to use
Tried multiple times to connect my watch to my iPhone 11, to no avail. Keep getting the message “device not connected”. I’m also being bumped off the app every time I try to open it. I’m not happy.

12 hour time
I can’t seem to find a way to change it to 12 hours from the 24 hour time
Precisam melhorar
Your app
Every time I try to use it, it says device is disconnected, which is not true

Buy with caution
This is the worst watch I have ever owned . It does not pair with my phone or IPad and if it does it does not download any info to this app. Also I contacted support about the glucose reading DOESNT work and was told they were having trouble with it. NO WONDER THIS IS SO CHEAP ,TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY.
Mejorable
Fix
I have everything synced so I get notifications and I still can’t get them to come through the watch this needs to be fixed
Smart uhh
Need some improvements, says watch works for glucose readings but doesn’t so false advertisement. Call support they tell you to setup watch thru app do that and still no icon for glucose reading. Other than that it’s a good watch for price
Vibration
My device have been continuously vibrating non stop don’t know what to do it to stop really pissing me off
Binding failed
I can’t seem to bind it keeps saying failed all the time have restarted my watch continuously but still not connecting
\(^_^)/
The watch is kind of good, even tho I can’t see my messages, I’m glad I bought it because it has been very useful
Watch will not bind
Please help me I have been trying for days and days! Can’t read instructions on this page. Not enough information on manual.
Time format
The only thing I don’t like about this watch is the 24hr time format. 12hr isn’t an option
It’s working great
Some of you people keep saying bad stuff about the product, while you never used it, well for you haters, Go learn how to use the app properly, And stop fooling around .
When i choose dial management it always says “ please check internet connection “
Please update the app so i can log in and change the wallpaper because it always says please check internet connection when ever I click on any option
Works great!
It’s was hard hard at first to set up for me because I’m not great with new technology lol but once I got it set up with the app it’s great
This is for kids
Most of the watch faces are for kids , there is no AM/PM option .
Bom
…
So I bought this watch yesterday but I keep on trying to connect it but it doesn’t work what do I do?
Time
Watch does not go to 12 hour to 24 hour format so they need to fix this.

No internet connection
Nice watch but very useless. It doesn’t connect to my phone, keeps asking for internet connection.

How do you add more apps
I like the watch but I can’t figure out how to add more apps to the watch! So that’s a drawback for me! Once you put the watch in English everything should be converted to English as well as metric to inches and feet and etc. The different dail settings are only in Asian I understand the watch is Asian made but if you want to attract a broader audience then the watch should reflect the area in which it is being sold!
Issue
There is no option for setting the time format to 12 hours badly needed and no am pm setting. Watches main fact is time and this watch dont have it but other things is going well.
