App needs serious update for iPhone users
The app is not working properly on iPhone. Arabic text is broken and unreadable, emojis do not display correctly, and heart rate is not real-time. Recent updates did not fix these issues. Also, weak integration with Apple Health and poor performance overall. Please improve iOS compatibility and provide firmware updates for the smartwatch.
Ringtone request
I want to change the ringtone of the watch it has a really annoying sound plz add this feature

Consider adding font size control
I kind of want changing font size for watch. Others are ok considering the price. Just one, watch language change back to English everytime I open app.

Watch doesn’t connect
This useless watch is a total embarrassing asf the painful part is that the idiot that design the app can’t even fix the problem all this while. What a waste even though you don’t deserve that 1 star but there’s no way. If you can’t continue anymore meet some expert developers maybe they can help you idiot

Weather up PLEASE!
Please update weather to reflect Fahrenheit temperatures. Also, I can’t receive messages from my phone.
Great
Great app
Update
Please update the iPhone as well. Bluetooth keeps disconnecting and reconnecting, and it doesn't pair properly with the watch.
Weather not update to current location
Just got the watch, good quality and everything seems to work great but only the weather function doesn’t work. It still shows Beijing as the location of weather forecast.
Watch needs an update
The watch is very nice quality looks just like Apple Watch but I think it needs improvement and an update the app and the watch don’t have much features and it’s kind of laggy at times I think they should give it an update for messages to revive notifications from more apps not just the options they have on there
how to change weather from Celsius to Fahrenheit
You can’t change to C to F on the app!
I need FereFit I don’t have it
Well I can’t get on my phone because I have parent Guardian
Doesn’t connect. Can’t even find the watch. Waste of money.
I regret buying this watch. The app (FereFit) doesn’t work properly at all. It only finds “Smartwatch Call” and never detects the actual watch itself. I tried everything; resetting the watch, reinstalling the app, rebooting my phone, but nothing worked. It used to connect before, now it doesn’t even show up. The connection constantly drops even when it does work. Total disappointment. Fix your app and firmware. This thing is useless if it can’t even sync with the phone.
Apps Works Okay
App is working okay, weather just will not update
Update app
The temperature cannot be changed to F and it’s set to Beijing, which is not helpful and the custom face cannot be “customized” to show other features such as steps, watch battery life, heart rate. You have to select one of their faces available if you want these things to show on your watch face.
Weather and messages
The phone synced but the weather still showed Beijing, could you take a look at the coding? The messages did not show up on the screen and even I did not receive any notification regarding Snapchat and so on.
