Just don't
Starting to think this is a scam, can't connect the translator to the phone and so many adds just to try and go onto the "Connect Device" and User Manual "Precautions" "Common Problems" in Spanish on English side! Not worth it

Fallas graves

Not APPLE health compatible
The watch is beautiful however it won’t translate the data to Apple health. For example I’m using the app “step up” to do a walking challenge and my steps won’t compute to that app because this app is not compatible with with Apple health which is the program used for Apple users to track our steps and transfers that information to other apps we may use. But wear fit pro may need to update that feature. So we can use any app and it will calculate. Now I have to carry around my phone if I want the App “step up” to register my steps. My watch says I have way more steps than my phone for obvious reasons. But if I’m being honest I got this watch so I can keep track as I’m in a group on this app “step up” and now I can’t use the watch to track. I can only use my phone. Which I was trying to avoid

The app is very slow and l must see a ad every single time .why ? Because I just want to the watch face and when I updated the app the firmware is broken and I enter the app then it puts me out of the app this is ridiculous please fix this app and fix the bugs
Needs some work
Every time I close the app it shows me a notification that says app can’t sync. Also it uses the microphone when I leave the app. I think they should add more apps so the watch can have more drug or they can add a browser like google.

FRUSTRATED
This “Smartwatch” should be called “Dumbwatch” I’m beyond frustrated and misled as a consumer on how easy it was to connect. The apps you want to use, always make you scan QR code. Then from there, it is worse. The color of the watch has already faded and that’a with the cover on. Unhappy customer.
Time format issue
Please fix 12 hour format
Not user friendly
App is full of advertisements. Weather is not synchronising. No modern useful watch face. Useless application.

Watch face
Please add HK9 Pro Max plus watch face in this app
Once great, now absolutely garbage!
I have using this app for over 5 years with various smart devices. When I first started using it, it was one of the best apps not from one of the big three watch manufacturers. Today it is bloated with ads that won’t let you get to app and some of the simple features like notifications don’t work correctly. Please correct simple app features, but first find a better way to drive your revenue because you are killing a once great app! Someone needs to come up with a great universal watch app that works with all independent smart devices.
Unable to set time format
Please fix it soon
Function/ adss
Application interface not good , so many annoying adds coming again and again. Weather showing fake in the watch, need to correct this issue. Need edit option in AOD watch faces. Step tracking fake or inaccurate. Please add more edit option in customize watch face option.
