I posted on 18 December that watch wouldn’t sync til 4pm U.K.- since then there has been a small update, delighted to say that watch now syncs perfectly at anytime. Now the software & watch do everything I need - well done developers!
Watch and app don’t sync
I just received this watch, charged it, but the info from the watch does not sync to the app. Then and when trying to use the measurement function while in the app, it does not turn on the watch to test. B.p., pulse, etc. nothing syncs to the main page which shows measurements nand additional data. I just don t understand. My $10 watch works better.

В принципе и без регистрации работает отлично, но хотелось бы пользоваться полноценно. Обратная связь так же выдает ошибку и отправить обращение также невозможно. Took for even to install correctly, plus connection to Bluetooth. Doesn’t have a function to change time from military to American. If you don’t have to use, better off!
It’s a Fine Watch
Can someone please help me fix the time on this thing?? I have connected the watch to my phone using this app, but the time on my watch is still wrong. I cant NOT figure out how to change the time on the app. Please fix this feature!!

Uggghhhh.
I got this with my insurance stipend and hated the ads off the bat, then the device broke after a week. It says it is water resistant, it is not. The charge port broke very quickly. The device and the app are absolute garbage. I strongly suspect it is mining data for the Chinese government too.
Could easily be improved
The app, as a whole, works quite well. However, there is a simple addition that would greatly improve its usefulness, as far as I’m concerned. I find the ability to monitor blood pressure in real time helpful. It would be much more so if the results over the time of monitoring could be displayed as a graph and also stored for further reference. At the moment, you can only take advantage of the real time monitoring by continuously viewing the screen, which is not always convenient. A graph would be really helpful and surely would not be difficult to implement.

Agree. Instructions does not help and is so tiny to read. I got this one thinking it’s easier for my husband to use but it’s not as of yet! Did anyone figure how to change time and date? I can’t figure it. Thanks

Battery life
This was bought for me as a gift it’s a nice little watch with a changing face the health part about it is ok does what it has to do BUT the battery life is rubbish it only holds a charge for less than 24 hours
Crashing
Since the latest update for iPhone this app just loads then immediately shuts down. I like using the app but this is now preventing me from doing so. HELP please.

This thing is junk. First time I took off the band to charge it, it broke. Now it cannot be charged. Pure junk

Crashes after three days
App works fine for three days then won’t connect and looses some of the functions only option is to delete and reinstall the app I have done this four times so far and won’t be doing it again unless I know problem is fixed. And why are adverts popping up really annoying

The recent update seems to have prevented downloading the dial settings 😧
Smart watch
I found a cheaper watch and works with the app and I love the way the different clock faces work you have to long press on it to change it and then you get the face you want I have mine on the normal face I love the way it tells you the temperature as well but my favourite thing is the way you can control your music on your phone
Worst app ever
Don’t waste your money. The app has constant ads you can’t bypass so you can’t access your data. And when you can actually see any data you’ll find the watch disconnects from your phone at least a couple times per day. You always need to reconnect.

Playing up
I’m not sure if it’s been hacked but I had a mass of adverts come up, now it loads then goes straight off again. There’s No option to update that I can find. Great when it works though 👍
Gorgeous but needs more refining
I loved the watch. Very comfortable and beautiful. When scrolling you can’t go up/down/sideway. You scroll up. That’s it. When u select your choice, you long press it, can be a little bit fiddly. I love all the apps , but overall it wasn’t the right for me. Great for young people like teens though. Well done to the developer but you still need to tweak it to make it more functional and easy to use. Loving the charger, different!

Well I got a watch for Christmas and when I connected it I wasn’t getting notifications from WhatsApp and other apps my name is actually azzy but it’s not working for the nickname
Difficult
To difficult for elderly people to setup. Also, constantly getting buy this, get that, games, etc.

I started of with WearFit app 1 but then seen there was a new version so downloaded it. The process was a bit completed to get the watch to go one to the other app but released you have to go on phone settings / Bluetooth and forget the watch one there and then go and restart it on the new app.
I9 watch
The app keeps closing approx 3 seconds after opening. Reset phone power off/on no different. Only just started after an update this week. Switched back to earlier version Wearfit. Is working for now and less adverts.
Basic but nice
Tracks sleep quite well but no way of deleting sleep data that is wrong (Mine came off when I was sleeping). No way of asking for tech support as it’s in Chinese. Also it only tracks BP, HR and fatigue level when you ask it to. A fun watch but it depends why you’re getting it.
