Great Match 3 game
I love this game, but they haven’t updated in three years and I really would like to get to the final story already because I can’t progress in Mushroom Garden
Terrible level scale
As you progress in the game, the stage difficulty scales to rng reliant levels. Is it so hard for a publisher to NOT rely on rng based odds?
Bug report
A fine game, but there should be an option to turn of vibration. Also, dialogue is just not playing for me when I reach the dialogue markers on each creature’s request track after the first conversation between Lilac and the sparrow.
You can’t finish :( if that bothers you don’t play
They are literally one or two levels short of being able to finish the game. It says more levels will be coming but it’s been well over 6 months. I spent ages playing just to get inches from the finish line and am not able to complete it.
Impossible levels
Several levels are impossible to beat if you don’t have power ups or boosters. It’s also very difficult to earn coins to purchase these power ups and boosters.
Perfect relaxing game
The ascetics of the game as well as the story telling make it a great game. Incredibly relaxing and calming Hopefully it gets new levels soon !

Later levels impossible
The concept is good but by the time you get to the 4ths garden, it starts to get impossible to do even a regular level without using power ups, spending coins, or using tools. This is supposed to be a “relaxing puzzle game” but the difficulty is stressful at this point and I don’t want to play anymore.
Nice, but..
Game is relaxing. Few things to be noted. I would like each level to bring more seeds as I advance. I get same amount of seeds from level 3 and 303. But the fact that each plant costs more and more seeds makes it impossible. Also some levels are impossible to finish without paying for extra moves or using boosts. I don’t enjoy that as it gives me anxiety. This game shouldn’t be like that. It’s not relaxing, when I can’t get through level and end up using all the moves, boosts and money. I don’t care about graphics so much as others complained. But difficulty on some levels (they aren’t even hard) is very annoying.
No ads — for real!
I find that this game brings a good level of challenge, but is still casual enough to be fun. There are actually no ads, even in the base game. I enjoy the visuals and music, and theme of cute animals rebuilding neglected gardens.
No updates or fixes
Haven’t updated the game in over 2 years. Still stuck with a glitch that prevents me from completing the levels. Stuck in an endless bonus round even though it shows I haven’t completed the zone. Reached out to them and they gave me a standard pre written BS. Don’t waist your time on the knock off candy crush.
Great game but…
I really like this game. I like the challenge and some puzzles are quite hard but never impossible. I reached the end of the last garden and the message said “new gardens soon!” But then I was surprised to see the last update was 2 years ago. Disappointing. I imagined the coders working hard creating new gardens and that’s why the bugs with the animals were not fixed- but this is not so I guess. Please add new gardens and I’d be happy to change my review. Also, it might not be that hard for the coder to fix the bugs in the animal animations. I’m sure if you fix one garden, that would easily be translated to the others.
I must say goodbye
I’ve been playing this game for at least 3-4 years. I’ve been waiting on the promised update for YEARS. I get to the end and swear I’m going to delete it. I’m finally going to do that. While it’s an enjoyable game sometimes, many levels are too difficult to get through and end up being quite costly to complete. That “bonus” level is ridiculous. It is clear that the developers of this game have no plans to update it ever l, so I’m deleting it today.
Been waiting to at least finish an area for a year.
Games great, but about 90% through a garden I’m apparently out of puzzles and stuck doing bonus puzzles until the next update… it’s been a year since the last one. All the bonus puzzles are variations on the same five boards. :/
Love the Game
I just wish you would update the game! I’ve completed all the levels and I’m on the bonus levels and can’t complete the garden I’m in cause I can’t earn anymore of the seeds
Only a handful of levels repeat
Once you finish all the levels, only a handful of levels repeat as “bonus” levels. Once every 50 or so levels, a random one is available. Then it’s back to the same handful over and over.
Fun, relaxing, stuck
The game hasn’t updated in over 2 years. I have 40/41 achievements and that last one should have cleared ages ago, so the completion-ist in me is very frustrated.
Dead game running
This is a fun game. There are a number of bugs that make things harder than they need to be. However, the game is dead in the water now. No updates since Zynga (yes, THAT Zynga) took over support. No surprise, really. They continue to make money from a game that costs them nothing. I’d love to believe that there will be an update some day, but realistically this game has long been on life support. Apple should force games like this that require regular updates to be removed if there’s no developer activity for a year.
Abandoned game
I've played through all of the available levels, and I believe the developers have abandoned the game. It gets problematic towards the last level, and then it won't let you complete the level. Until this point, it was enjoyable.
Love with only one request
I have a blast playing this game! It’s relaxing and easy to do while baby is asleep in my arms. I love that there is no in game purchases to get ahead. The only wish I have is to get more seeds especially if we are playing hard and super hard levels. Other than that 5 stars is the most I can give.
Used to be fun
This game was super fun, but they stopped updating it, so you can never finish. With the last update i keep getting the same few puzzles over and over. Really bummed they wrecked a very cute game!
Coulda been 5stars
Love this game but the designers didn’t finish it so the last garden cannot be completed which is frustrating and disappointing. Just give us a few more puzzles to finish the garden and we’ll stop grousing. Or if we could buy seeds with coins. That’s another way you could let us finish. The “bonus” levels only rotate among a few previous puzzles. It would also be nice if there were more in circulation for us who are still playing in bonus world.

I love this game, but I’m rating it a 2 to get some attention. It hasn’t been updated in 2 years, so let’s goooo! Haha, please give it the update it needs so I can finish all of the levels!
Not happy
Would love a new garden released. I was right in the middle of playing the current garden and it stops with still levels to play. I Now I’m getting a message that says more to come or something like that. Now you can only play bonus levels. It has been many months since the last garden was released. If for now the bonus levels are all you can play until y’all release the next garden, at least let us be able to earn more than 10 gold leaves.
Addictive little game
Love this game it's surprisingly engaging and fun. I love all the animals, enjoyed the positive uplifting conversations between them and learned about various plants and animals in different environments too (from a veggie garden, to the desert, an orchid garden, zen garden, mushroom forest, etc). Each level was fun with unique puzzles to solve. Highly recommend if you have some time to kill or just want to take your mind off things.
Unfinished
I have been waiting over a year just to finish the current garden. I totally get finishing the game, but to end it before the section you are on is complete is infuriating beyond words.
More updates please?
Great game, but without any updates for a while now I get the impression they’re not going to be developing more levels? It’s disappointing cuz I have been chomping at the bit for more progress especially with how things get left hanging mid-garden
Insane that this is paid access
Decent match 3 puzzler that was very obviously designed to make you want to buy premium currency or watch ads to finish levels, but ended up on apple arcade so instead is just kinda tedious. The bigger issue is that the levels (and therefore your ability to progress through the gardens) ends right in the middle of the last garden. Maybe the most frustrating thing I've ever experienced in an ios game.
Not enough levels to finish
There are not enough levels to satisfy all of the requests for the final garden. When I asked I was told both there is no plan to update and that I should look for more gardens that they would release when they had all the levels.
Amazing game
I accidentally spilled water on my MacBook about a year ago and finally 3 days ago I was able to finally buy a new Mac and all I could think about was playing this game! My wife and I absolutely love this game and I hope they update it again I hope the developer hasn’t forgotten about it
Game abruptly ends
Ridiculous! Game ends without being able to complete the last garden. What a waste of time
Great! But one problem
I like the game and everything but there is one problem.First, when I end a garden it takes me to bonus levels.And bonus levels drive me crazy, during bonus levels you only get yellow coins not the seeds you use to buy flower to make progress. Also, I’m at the mushroom forest level and the bonus stages have been WAY TOO LONG.And another thing that’s wrong is that when the bonus levels started my stages started back at one for some reason. All in all, gardening tails is a really great game about matching objects and with little flaws.
Final Frustration
UPDATE: A year later, and still no new levels or updates of any kind. Just the stupid “Bonus Mode.” Lowering score from three stars to two stars. Original Review: Clearly I’m not alone in my frustration. I like this game quite a bit, and as recently as a week ago, my review would have been quite different, and probably 5 stars. You don’t have to read between the lines (of plantings) to know there’s a real problem when you get to the end of this game. It leaves you hanging mid-garden, which also means that you’re in the middle of a chapter in the story. Not only is there no way to move forward, the so-called bonus levels are likely more of a drain on your resources, while the prizes are MUCH worse than the regular levels — you only get 10 gold, and NO SEEDS! If you play several games a day, you’ll likely run out of gold before the developers post another update. This is not the way an Apple Arcade game should end. Can someone remind the devs (and the people at Apple who approve Arcade games) that our subscription fees mean that we’re paying for the game when we play it? This is not a free/freemium/P2W games site.
Update never???
I love this game! It would get an easy 5 star rating if it didn’t end in the MIDDLE of the last level with no way to finish the game. We’ve been promised an update and levels FOREVER. All I get now is “bonus” levels with no way to finish at least the level I’m on. If an update with at least a way to finish the last level I will happily change my rating and review. I LOVE THIS GAME but the ending is extremely disappointing.

Update or leave Arcade
Tired of being nice. Understand that circumstances have kept updates in limbo, but this is a worthy unique game loved by many that deserves to live on. I will continue playing bonus games in hopes of renewed attention.
Impossible to finish the game
Very cute and entertaining take on the genre! The art is lovely. Note that the levels run out in the middle of the last garden and it’s impossible to earn coins through bonus levels. This would have been an easy fix before abandoning the game, so it’s a bit disappointing.
Storyline stops working = boring
The game is fun for few levels but then the animal storyline stops working. You get to a point on the progress bar where there’s a “chat” icon but nothing happens. I wrote to customer service and they clearly had no idea what I was talking about. Meh. Uninstall.
Unfinished Game, No Updates in a Year
I played through all the levels, and it was fun! But you get to the last level and you run out of playable content that lets you earn the seeds you need to actually complete the final mushroom garden. It lets you play bonus rounds where you can only earn a few coins, so if you want to keep playing, you can. You just never get to move forward in the final garden, so the storyline remains incomplete. The last update was a year ago, so I’m guessing the dev has abandoned this game. Too bad. It was a fun, casual game.
Peaceful and Fun
I enjoy the tranquility of this game. The music is very relaxing. I also really like how the game does not pressure you into spending money on coins. Likewise, I enjoy having unlimited lives to compete levels. Overall, I really enjoy this game!

A lovely, relaxing game with delightful stories. But, as with almost all Apple Arcade games, the developers have gone missing.

I was loving this game. Then I reached level 345. It’s not playable. There are no matches, but it doesn’t shuffle. I’m stuck. Deleting the game and looking for something else. 😢
Good until…
I was really enjoying this game until I have now maxed out the levels and now unable to earn anymore seeds to finish the garden. I’m now on Bonus level 76 and still no sight of new levels. Have you stopped updating the app? I love how you have true facts about each item, flower, tree and wildlife that you earn on here. Might be a little better if I could choose where to place it myself but it’s kept me happy until now. I downloaded this from Apple Arcade because I needed something to keep my mind occupied that didn’t cost me anymore money but I only like certain types of games. I would give a 5* but until there is an opportunity to finally finish the garden I’m on it’s staying as 3*
Very sad about this game…. It ends in the middle of a garden
I have appreciated the beautiful graphics of this game and found the tile-matching relaxing. I was disappointed to see it just end in the middle of the mushroom garden with our little friends still not quite clear on how to use mushrooms safely. I’m worried about them! I know this is how real life is… your bosses put you in a mushroom garden and then one day things end and you have to stop working on your project . LOL. I hope someone is able to develop further for this game. Now I’ll go looking for a new one… sniff.

Fable of current socio-economic issues worldwide
I really hope people get the nuances behind the character development. Every character is basically unlikeable but in a quite realistic way. If people can’t see the disappointment behind the false hope that the game’s ideology promises then they need to go back to school. Please pay attention to how boosters work as these will not always follow the rules when used in conjunction so you will essentially be ripped off of moves. A great metaphor for pyramid schemes but also current employment. Stop fantasising about your bucket list trip to Ibiza, it’s not going to happen so learn how to think instead.
