- Customer support wait times are long
Maravilloso
Muy económico
Junk app
No matter how we tried to pull in the passes we bought an unknown error occurred. Tried multiple times over 2 weeks right up into our trip. Junk!
Reservaciones
Confusing
The app is clunky, confusing, and limited. It immediately sends you to the website to purchase or research the various options. It may be good once you have your attractions but not prior to it.
Must see
The best travel app hands down
Not at all friendly
I had to ask for a refund because my trip was canceled because if emergency reason They didn’t refund a penny for 5 people group
Non Intuitive
Not the best app. Tickets times are wrong, although the app tells you they are wrong. Why not just fix the problem. The wording for the ticket types is inconsistent. It makes you switch back and forth from the app to the various websites. Confirmation codes are slow to arrive via email.
Won’t let me cancel a reservation.
Sent me to a chat agent with a 75 minute wait….
Atlanta CityPASS rocks
The one stop convenience of city pass has made our trip so much more peaceful and enjoyable
Can’t figure out how to reserve ticket at Space Needle
Currently, I’m not happy. I just bought my city pass, but can’t figure out how to reserve a ticket at the space needle. I’ll keep trying. This is my first time trying the city pass
It lasts only 9 days
They want you to go to 5 attractions on the same day when monday to friday are you busy, and you have to male reservations for most of them
Crashes
Tip: log out and sign back in to view reservation and past experience details. App crashes frequently in Chicago and need to restart my login due to the app losing all details. Fortunately the reservations are still saved
Excelente app
Muy buena
Verify email NEVER works
I cannot use the app because the verify email code never works?!?
Apple Wallet Function Not Working
It’s useless without this if you need to access your tickets offline. Please fix!!!
Overall good, having an app bug though
Overall I like it, but I’m currently having an issue where when I click on “map and directions”, the app crashes. Why did I write a review instead of contacting support? The process of contacting support was too much work (as it often is). Regarding the city pass itself, I definitely thought it was worth it
Wonderful!
A Must for first time visitors to Atlanta, Georgia. The city pass consists of main attractions, save money. you would pay a lot more if you don't have the city pass.
Awful customer service
I lost an entire day of my 3-day trip because of poor customer service. There are better alternative pass apps I used and it was a mistake trying the citypass for this trip. I will never do this again.
App stopped working when I needed it
I like CityPASS. It offered a good value. But, when I needed to use the pass, the app was unavailable for 2 hours. The screen was just white. I reset my phone. Connected to wifi. Nothing seemed to work. You should take screenshots of your tickets to ensure you can use them in case the app is down like it was for me. Update (8/12/24); Dev responded that Azure, their cloud provider, had outages during this time. I appreciate the comment as I felt stuck in a city without options. It’s understandable that their cloud provider was down. Perhaps you could add something to Apple wallet or something offline if you haven’t already for people unable to connect to your site. Either way, enjoyed the pass, and was VERY glad I took pictures of the tickets prior to being able to connect to the app.
So much fun!
I’ve used this City Pass before, it used to have more attractions, like the hop on hop off bus used to be included, and much more, the wax museum too. I still think it’s a good offer, and value. I’m taking my Grandaughter for a weekend trip, and I know she will enjoy it.
Can’t even use
Was going to use for my trip to Seattle but app won’t even open I just get to sit at a white screen.
Broken integration (update)
Quite a useless app - doesn't load in your ticket, you end up having to view them via your browser anyways. Update from 1 to 3 stars - integration worked after multiple link attempts via email confirmation.
Exceptional app
This app is very helpful in organizing such a stressful trip! Thank you to the creators of this app!
It makes reservations without warning
The museum doesn’t ask you to confirm it only books it
User friendly
It is very user friendly. It’s my first time planning a trip and this has helped me plan better!
A cynical waste of your time and money
When this shower advise you to “book in advance” DON’T do it until you’ve checked out what you’re committing to. You may well find your ticket entitles you to a fabulous wait in a 3/4 mile queue which has you mooching about the sidewalk rather than entering your promised venue. This has happened to us at the Natural History Museum and also the Liberty Island ferry in NYC. We held out for the museum, but walked away from the ferry when a one hour wait took us half way along the queue and WAY into the afternoon. Basically, this is an exercise in manipulation and exploitation. You should ONLY buy this pass if they offer it with a money back guarantee if you’re not satisfied. For the record, I’m not satisfied and I’d very much like my money back. Please.
Highly recommend!!!!!
CityPASS saved me so much money!!! I also got to see so many interesting places that I had no idea were even in this city.
Useless
Can’t get past the verify email screen to add tickets purchased on website, now printing everything off so I have offline back up. Sort it out.
Amazing
I was able to plan a very affordable trip with lots to do. Glad I found this app
Useless App
No way to link the tickets purchased online. It will send the link to your email app but clicking the verify link will not launch the app
