Fraud this app is fraud
I was trying to send money to a family they was quick to grab the money but not release it the cancel my Oder n keep my money
Doesn’t work between Canada and United States
I added this app so that I could send money to my son and my daughter and you have absolutely no way to send it to Canada. I live in the US my kids live in Canada. You have all kinds of foreign countries, except Canada your neighbor. So you’re getting a two star rate I think it’s a great idea. Unfortunately, you’ve added countries that nobody cares about.
A little confusing.
Needs better instructions related to what to expect as you work through the app. Like have the recipient’s phone number and identification information on hand before beginning your transfer.

Don’t bother using Chat box
Just a nightmare. If you want to pull your hair out, curse and swear use this app.
Wanting to try this out
I just saw this app today and wanted to try it out but after looking at the reviews I wanna ask. Do I really have to wait for a certain period of time before this app actually works so that my recipient can get it from the store? Also how secure does this app keep up with ppls money so that the true recipient can receive it and not someone else?
Locked out
I’ve used this app for years now and now my account is locked out. Not even customer service knows why. Very strange since I can’t log in to even get a reference number

Worst service in the business
I actually did not know there were services this bad out there. I have no idea how they can have almost a five star rating. The process is extremely slow. It took one full day just for them to request the transfer from our bank. After the request was made Ria keeps it held back for four days until they release it to the person that’s being sent to. I would not recommend this service to anyone and will not use it again myself.
Excellent way to Send Money
I have had a chance to use the Walmart2Walmart service now a half dozen times and I have to say that the process is very user friendly and safe. I haven’t had any negative issues with recipients not getting there money and the transactions are quick and effortless.
Almost 7 hrs and still hasn’t gone through
Sent a transfer at 8:57am, by 3:51pm still not available. CS says it will be available today but don’t know what time. Don’t waste your time with this app.

Estoy muy contenta con su serví porque este es mi tercer envío y ha sido una atención excelente . La entrega ha sido rápida y sin ningún contratiempo, los costos de la transacción son razonables y accesibles. Anteriormente estaba batallando con el otro proveedor de servicio .
Pesimo
Pesimo servicio envie una transferencia de 50 dlls a mi abuelo y la pusieron en revison me comunico por chat y me transfieren con un agente me dice que mi transferencia ocupa unas preguntas y me han marcado pero no contesto que marque yo asi que llamo y cada que marco me dicen que si ocupan algo me llamaran, llamada que nunca llega y tampoco quieren regresarme mi dinero de verdad que pesimo servicio tienen y todo por $50 dlls

Not useful, complete waste of time
I went to send $115 to my friend. Transaction in progress, then canceled with no notice or explanation. Started another transaction. After waiting 25 min, longer than the advertised 15 min, I chatted with cust service in the app. Said the transfer was in review and that shouldn’t take longer than 2 hours. After 2.5 hours I entered the chat again. Rep said was escalating. After another hour transaction canceled w/no explanation. Went back into chat, was told I need to call the fraud department through cust service. Called and they were closed for the day. Called the next day and was transferred 6 times over 45 minutes, until they transferred me back to the original phone tree! At that point I hung up. Completely useless waste of time and effort. Would give negative stats if that was an option.
3 business days to transfer
I thought this was instant. It takes up to 3 business days. What was most upsetting is customer service told me it would take a few minutes and to check my email for verification. So if you need money fast, this is not the app.
Warning..Don’t Use
I used this app to send money to a friend in Omaha Nebraska and Walmart store #4138 refused to let her pick it up. Said she needed her information on file even though she had a valid drivers license with the correct name and also the pin and order number for the money transfer. Would not recommend using them ever. What should have been an east transaction turned into a nightmare. I finally called and requested a refund 😡
Slow Processing Time
Even though they took out my money from the bank, the person I intended to send it to cannot pull out the money. It’s been more than 5 days now.
