Of the mini money sending apps I have used this is absolutely the worst Many one to two day delays and they get the same excuse and same lie every single time

Terrible customer service
This app has the worst open chat customer service. I was connected with customer service a couple of times and they did not help at all besides being rude and answering late. Besides that, I wanted to use the same debit card to have someone else send money under their name because of an emergency but they don’t allow anyone to use the same credit card in two different accounts.

Originally thought it was a scam
Originally rated a one star but changed to 4 star. I sent 300 usd to family in Mexico in urgent need. I only used this site over established players since they were the only ones who listed the remote agent in the remote town I was looking for. My family member told me the local agent could not find the money using the folio number after being notified by Sharemoney that the money was sent. I thought it was a scam so I started a ticket using the robot assistant in the app, eventually a human service member contacted me in the same chat saying they would reach out soon. But they didn’t. The next day, I decided to personally call the agent in Mexico to check if the transfer arrived before going to my bank to dispute the charge. The local agent in Mexico told me the money was now available. I still canceled the transfer by calling the Omnex group 866 phone number since my family no longer needed the money. The transfer was canceled upon request and I received a refund in my bank account after 3 days. I strongly recommend a ‘cancel transfer’ option in the app/website and an option to accurately track a transfer status instead of a wishful “ready”. I only recommend this app/site over moneygram or Western union if a remote agent is not available since this app/site seems to have a large pool of agents not listed with the big players.
Not very happy
This is the second time that your service has failed me. I am beyond upset at your service. You may have better rates, but at what cost? Anyone thinking of using the service just be aware that your transaction will not go through. It will just stall for days and the excuses multiply. There is hardly any customer service either.

I just discovered this app yesterday so I can use it to send money to my relatives in Ghana and I regret using this app because I couldn’t sleep as they took the money off my bank and did not send it to my relatives recipient in Ghana…. I tried another transaction and they took off $52.99 and I have sent this money twice yesterday and today which in today is gonna sum $105.98 and yet still my relative hasn’t received the money yet…. I have tried to get intact but still nothing… I don’t want issues and don’t make me doubt for this Is my first transaction so at least treat me nice to do more business than to scam me 😡😡😡

It takes more than 24hrs for money to be transferred to receiver.
Do not use this company. It will just stress you out. I have been calling and chatting the company. Past 24hrs and my family still has not received the money i sent to them mind you I used my debit card so the funds was deducted right away from my bank. My family needed the money and they still need to wait. I thought this company would be good compare to other company. But it is not.. again do not use this company.

É melhor pagar uma taxa mais cara em outro aplicativo do que ficar tentando logar nesse aplicativo que precisa abrir uma 4 telas até chegar na senha salva. Todo aplicativo quando você entra a senha já fica salva. Até aplicativo de banco você consegue acessar sem dificuldade. Esse aqui você tem que clicar no campo de login e escrever o e-mail porque não salva. Depois de clicar no e-mail tem que clicar no outro campo que é o da senha pra poder abrir outra janela Pra pesquisar ou digitar a senha mas como eu tenho a senha salva eu preciso clicar em outra coisa pra poder abrir uma janela que vai me perguntar se eu devo abrir outra janela pra escolher a senha desse aplicativo e depois quando abrir essa janela eu vou ter que pesquisar no campo o nome do aplicativo até encontrar a senha que está salva e assim poder entrar no aplicativo. Chega a ser inacreditável como chega a ser difícil você apenas logar no aplicativo. É melhor usar outro… O moneygran é top por exemplo.

Warning: You May Lose Your Money
I had a terrible experience with this app. I attempted to send money to a family member, but instead, the app sent it to someone else’s account number. As I have done for a couple of years, I used the "Quick Send" option, which pre-populates fields for convenience. However, instead of directing the funds to my relative for cash pickup as intended, the app mistakenly sent the money to an old account number I had previously entered for a completely different person. To make matters worse, the bank in Mexico accepted the funds but refused to give them to my relative, as that account no longer belongs to anyone I know. When I contacted customer service to request a refund due to this obvious app flaw, they suggested that my family member go to the bank and figure it out on their own. This app is dangerous to use. The risk of losing your money is simply too high.

Slowest Transfer platform ever
Do not use except you want your money to be held for days. It seems they use the money to trade before sending to their customers. I fell for them twice. And I experienced the same challenges twice. I am never using it again. And I will advise you not to use it too.
