Every time I send money it always bring a error message and that I have to call customer service and they always tell me that I have to wait and I’ve sent money 4 times and all 4 times it says action required so I don’t understand why I always have issues and when I call they just tell me to wait. At point Remitly is better since I’ve never had any issues with them.

Service is good but, apps like Remitly constantly outperform Barri in payouts, every dime adds up and Barri seems to take (skim off the top) the most!

I’ve been using this app for more than 3 years but recently the last couple of months i haven’t been able of paying for tv service in Mexico every single time I try to make a payment a message error shows up saying that for the moment my transaction can’t be processed I just wished this issue could be fixed soon.

I sent money to another country and it turns out that the money was withheld they couldn't withdraw it after I called customer service 3 times and they didn't help me at all the truth is I don't recommend it I had a very bad experience

Unable to access
I’m trying to login and it’s stalling. It shows that it’s trying to load or refresh. I tried deleting the app and than downloading it again and still it won’t open. I’m very disappointed as it worked very well before in the past.

Muy mala aplicación, he realizado 2 envíos y lastimosamente las dos veces me han hechos cobros dobles, hablé y me dijeron que es culpa de Mastercard que ellos como barrí no pueden hacer nada , o sea porque no arreglan eso llevo 8 días esperando mi reembolso y nada, he usado otras aplicaciones y nunca me había pasado eso , así que si hacen un envío con una cantidad grande prepárense para tener el doble de esa cantidad en su tarjeta, si no se las van a sobregirar.
