Snapshots
Cameras work very well with excellent footage. Any reason I don’t seem to be getting a snapshot notification to my phone when I previously did.
I stop being good!!!
I want to keep my eyes open on the cameras on my cell phone that I no longer use but every 5 minutes the windows close and it tells me "the video recording has failed, please try again" and so every 5 minutes, a few months ago I could have the application open 24/7 but now I have to be pressing for it to reconnect.
Please fix latest patch.
I like my camera, and it works well, it records and stores 24/7 footage. This latest update, however, is glitchy. It creates gaps in recording and makes camera turn randomly.

Voice Alert
It’s good app but you should add more voice alerts because the app is glitching the only thing needed is adding more voice alerts

Room to improve
The camera seems fine for the price. The app features are there. However the execution of the playback is lacking at times which makes it frustrating to review activity.
Watching feedback is terrible
The camera’s seem decent and the app won’t let me watch the videos after recording. That defeats the purpose of having cameras.
Disappointing
App keeps failing to load events and needs to be “refreshed”. Live camera viewing also keeps failing. I have to keep closing and reopening the app and that doesn’t always help either. CloudEdge with my other cameras works much better.

After updating IOS, this app will cause issues. Cannot do “View Multicam”, app freezes and crashes. Very inconvenient. Customer service is responsive but issue still present and was told to wait for resolution.
Need support for cameras configured on CloudEdge
This app must be enhanced to support previous versions of Dekco cameras that were supported on CloudEdge. Otherwise there is no point in sticking to the same brand of camera if we need two apps for two cameras.

Very difficult to scroll thru dates, only seems to move one day at a time. No search button. No help features.
Great product
I had the old version of these and just about have replaced the old ones for the new. I like the 24 hr recording to chip. I wish it had a way to if one camera detected someone appearing that it could set the other camera to be looking in the general vicinity to continue where the others left off. I didn’t find any place to send a feedback to the manufacturer. Only one was for the app and the link is broken.

I can’t scroll through the video! I basically just have to sit there with the footage on 2x the speed to get to the time I want. It’s really annoying, please change this.

It’s not helpful
I thought this was a good camera until I realized it was no good I purchased the 30 days so I could go back and review my surroundings This camera was no good don’t record I stay in a neighborhood watch and I was embarrassed when they needed footage of something and o couldn’t provide it plus it don’t let me see nothing but when u go outside I couldn’t even see my dog when he was running around They took my money I can post videos of the truth
Please fix
Good security cameras haven’t had any problems until recently I am unable to view live camera video when I am not home, which is very concerning if i ever need to check on the house or anything. Please fix this it did not do this up until now and i’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the app.
Not consistent
Camera not consistent in capturing events. Also doesn’t work fully with Alexa. Doesn’t send motion detection to Alexa.
Amazing!
Got these cameras because I didn’t want expensive monthly fees. They have exceeded my expectations with all the things they can do, not to mention customer service that is easy to contact and very responsive. I look at buying more in the future.

Definitely good, but alot of room for improvement
Motion detection is a bit iffy, sometimes it just stops working for a few hours, sometimes it wont stop recording trees just flowing in the breeze. I would appreciate also a bird mode, so it can detect birds and not detect plants life moving in the back. Also there should be a next video button when watching cloud videos. There should also be a way to keep the lights on at all times, same for infrared.

The new update has got to go. It is not practical, and not good. It’s horrible. Bring back the older version.

The cameras also provide a lot of coverage and notifications/movement tracking are pretty consistent.
These belong in the trash
It does no good to buy cameras when the playback and live view fails to play every single time. Complete garbage. Will never waste my hard earned money on this brand again. This should be illegal!!
Bad update
Now I can’t move previos videos forword and back 🙄 I can see just previous detection but I used to move back the video even if there was not any event
Easy to install easy to setup
We bought two cameras easy to install and easy to setup had a few questions for customer service and they were great helped me quickly anyone having an issue installing probably shouldn’t be installing them there selves.
Horrible
I have had nothing but latency and poor performance 90% of the time. I have 98% WiFi and it’s still horrible. I reinstalled, made sure I was on the correct WiFi, no matter what I do, it’s good for a day or two, then it keeps going back to being spotty. I try to move the camera in the app and it takes 5-15 seconds to move, which is not helpful when trying to look at something quickly. I hope this gets fixed with an update.
Two Apps needed
Purchased DC4L, can’t get them to sync with CloudEdge, loaded the Dekco App and it won’t scan the QR code and had to set up manually. Now it won’t let me set up the second camera. And I also can’t add my two other cameras, so now I have two use two apps. This needs to be addressed to include all models of cameras.

Does not have 24/7 access to video. Only events that the camera designates as recordable.
I no longer have access to 24/7 playback. If I want to see what happened before or after an event it's just not available. Not to mention the fact that it doesn't capture everything it tracks as a recorded event. I can get home and the light will turn on and the camera will follow me, but there is no recording or way to look at it. To me this is an absolute failure as a security camera, I am both disappointed and frustrated!!
Could you change the notification sound?
The app was good, the camera not that clear but the the price still good, main bother me is the notifications sounds, I hope they can change one, that’s just bother me every time.
