How can I make a payment with your card and it’s failed weeks later I’m trying to withdraw my funds it keeps saying and my balance is cleared? Are you guys serious?

J’apprécie vraiment cette application. Son concept est excellent et l’expérience utilisateur est déjà très agréable. Je pense qu’elle a un énorme potentiel et j’espère qu’elle continuera à évoluer. Comme elle est encore à ses débuts, je souhaite simplement encourager l’équipe à continuer à améliorer les performances, à ajouter de nouvelles fonctionnalités et à rester à l’écoute des retours des utilisateurs. Je suis impatient de voir les prochaines mises à jour. Merci pour votre travail, et bonne continuation !

Pretty good app for virtual cards ,top notch and fast assistance,swift confirmation and subscription services,only problem is the charges are too high,work on that.

J’ai bien aimé l’appli au début . Mais actuellement je n’arrive plus à faire de transaction. Le service client ne répond jamais et m’a carte virtuelle est en maintenance depuis un bon moment.

Je pense que vous devriez améliorer vos services en ce qui concerne : * Le fait que l'on ne puisse pas changer de numéro de téléphone même s'il n'est plus opérationnel * Qu'on ne puisse pas supprimer un compte ni modifier ses informations personnelles * Qu'une personne ne puisse pas avoir 2 comptes avec 2 numéros différents Bonne soirée à vous.

Withdrawal problem
I don’t understand what is happening. When I want to redraw, my transaction is always canceled. I can’t even remove any amount . Everytime I try to redraw the cut me charges and my balance keeps reducing because of charges and I don’t redraw any money at the end. Solve these problem

Referrals don’t work. I referred a user who created an account subsequently. I Got no reward! Still show 0 on my referral tab. Also payments on apple platform refuse to work for some reason. I tried buying some storage but my card kept getting rejected.

L’application peut mieux faire et augmenter les plafonds de recharge. 500.000XAF le mois c’est un peu limite pour certaines personnes qui font beaucoup d’achats en ligne. Et les paiements en ligne sur les sites ne passent pas depuis quelques jours. Bougez vous l’équipe PAYSIKA

They keep deducting money from my account for their own system services that has nothing to do with me they are all scammers I don’t recommend Paysika card to anyone it’s a very bad app

This is the highest digital scamming I have ever seen. I advice no one to download this app and even use it for transaction. How can my transactions be declined but the thief still deduct my money without no explanation?

My honest review on the Paysika
Good app . I like the fact the card can subscribe to Netflix unlike other cards I have had issues with before . But one thing you got to solve is the mobile money top up issues . Can’t top up some times when I need money in the card urgently. Apart from that the card is very good
Don’t use this app
These guys are not serious at all. For more than a month now these guys are supposed to refund my money to me after they have confirmed that they will refund it they never did. I have written several times and nothing. Suddenly they used an excuse to say my card was deleted and that is why it is delaying after waiting for more than 1 month. I suddenly understood that they won’t refund me again and I uninstalled the app on my phone. Please if your money is missing on this app then forget it!!!! They will not refund you!!!! I thought I could use this app, once more they are all the same people. I just thank God that they amount they have it’s not much.

Je suis satisfait du service car il fonctionne bien, retrait rapide, dépôt rapide, pas de soucis à ce niveau. Mais mon problème est que, j’ai acheté une carte USD et la conversion USD - XAF est incroyable. 1 USD = 690 XAF. Donc pour faire un paiement qui était de base situé à 36000 XAF par là, je me suis retrouvé entrain de payer 42000 XAF. Une modification par rapport à cela serait excellent. Bon courage.

Download this app at your own risk, in case of any payment error, they do nothing for a refund, even when your mobile agency refunds them the money they still find excuses not to give your money! How I wish they could band this app, is all a scam! If you can't do one, then do well to work on your refund policy and ability to solve issues!
