Tout va bien sauf que les limites de transfert journalier sont bas il faut passer à 5000€ jour et aussi annuler les frais quand on retourne l argent à son compte personnel

MTN Mobile Money
Is it that you people no longer want us Anglophones to continue using your app or what? Because most anglophones are mtn users and for almost 5 months now i am unable to transfer to my MTN mobile money, i keep getting account not found. You don’t expect that someone who’s contacts are majority MTN users should go and register a new sim card under orange just so i can be able to transfer money with your app. For 5months now each time i call customer service they’re always saying they’re working on it. For 5months??????????
Not bad for a start
Topping up via mobile money operator is still buggy. The receiver (M2U money in this case) seems not be sending the request to MoMo to get the entered amount by customer, thus, I get no prompt from MoMo to authorize transaction. Could you fix this, please? I’m loving the App!

Très satisfait de cette application elle facilite les transactions et les frais de transactions sont gratuits. Grâce à elle je crédite mes comptes et ma carte prépayé surplace dans mon bureau. Plus besoins de me déplacer
Tres nulle
Vraiment très nulle cette application, nous sommes samedi . Depuis j’essaie désespérément de ravitailler ma prépayée pour payer mes pubs fautes de quoi elles seront interrompues demain mais c’est impossible. L’application bug a tous les niveaux et ce n’est pas la première fois, je suis très déçus

If you want to experience disappointment while transferring money, I advise you to rely on this app. It consistently presents various issues. And I see UBA is doing nothing about it. Very poor customer service when it comes to client complains. It is time to try other banks

M2U c’est la chimamelure de l’application avec cela plus besoin de sortir pour aller faire des dépôts , retraits etc tout se gère sur place avec ton smartphone.

Transactions would fail and customer service would ignore you and even though m you have proof . I sent money it did not even appear under pending and now it’s been gone , customer service sees and do nothing this is a big disgrace ,

The app deserves 0 stars. Customer service is zero and the app won’t allow you perform any transaction. And you can’t even talk to a real human being about it.

The app only allowed me to top up. I can’t withdraw to mobile money or send to my bank account. Now my money is just stuck in there
Paramètres et Activités
Pour moi, premier fut un exploit mais le deuxième se fut un bug mais bon rien de grave . Notons aussi que les paramètres à remplir ne sont pas très adéquats au système Camerounais et les cartes prépayer de UBA n’arrivent pas à ce connecté au système M2U money . Pour moi c’est fluidité du service qui rendra l’application plus efficace. Je vous donnes 5 étoiles parce que je sais que vous allez y arriver 🙏🙏🙏
Money transfers failing
Thé app features are so good but they don’t work properly. I remember a day I bought in a restaurant with my friends sent money to orange money it showed sent but I had to wait for over 1hr. Nothing happened. I called the customer service and they told they will solve the problem in 24 hrs. At that moment I had to make calls to Borrow money and pay my bills despite having money . The restaurant owner looked at me like I was playing one them as they did not even know about this app . Another incident I wanted to pay my bills and the Payment methods keep showing transactions fail for both networks available . I had to persist for 2hrs nothing . Thanks again to a friend who helped me out . I am still using the app believing it will e better and why not t best I Believe if such a problem is sorted users can trust the service and it will be our own PayPal (plus ) in Africa . Thanks
