Nobody should use this app called Noupia they scam people
Hello everyone my full name is Youngwe Jerry Tambe a user of the app called Noupia .I want the whole world to know my experience with this app.The owners or creators of this app debited $36 from the card I was using and refused to return the money instead they asked me to delete the card and then told me that I should create another card paying another a sum of 2500frs .When I asked them about my $36 that they debited from my card they replied to me that they will send the money to my Noupia main account of which it is more than months now Noupia have not refunded me the money of which they accepted to refund.At this point why should a legit company take money from users and later finds it difficult to refundnack the money,?This money that was debited from my card was not even authorized by me cuz I didn’t do any online transactions instead I planned to make online transactions a week before Noupia decided to debit the money from my card.So please share this review with everyone who does online transactions using virtual card and so Noupia is not to be trusted .They are no more legit because if they were legit the money the debited from my card without my approval would have been returned back into my account and why should they remove money from users card without the users approval .Please share this post with everybody on all the social media platforms.Let us bring this App down because the app is no more beneficial to us.I will post on all the social media platforms so that the whole world can see and know that Noupia is a scam.

About Noupia virtual card
It’s really cool with Noupia, I meaning everything is great, their charges are low and I have use the service for 2 year about 3 months now and all my funds are secure any time I do business transactions. I just pray they don’t charge. 👍
Very very very poor customer service
This app has almost no customer support. It asks you to leave a message and you never get a reply. There is no live support and the support page doesn’t even exist for you if your account has an issue. I tried to buy iTunes. Kept failing. And surprisingly my account gets blocked. There is no way to reach support or use any of their service. How does a financial platform not have support at allll??
Upgrade and Update the System
Noupia is a great app and I love how simple and easy it is to use. It has eased many online transactions for me and I’ve been stuck with them ever since. But it’s been yearrsss and no update. The app isn’t smart— it reacts to an instruction after a while and the whole app display looks unserious. This is heartbreaking because the app is bigger and better than it looks and operate. It needs to look its part. You did a great job, do it again. Thank you

Bsr je suis frustré par cette application. J’avais créé un compte bien fonctionnel mais après je me suis déconnecté, la reconnection devient quasi impossible pourtant je n’ai sauté aucune donnée.

I made a deposit to this app to be sent to my card and it’s over 2 to 3 weeks now and I still haven’t received. After submitting several complaints I still haven’t gotten any reply from them.

Recharge Failure
I deposited money into my account a day ago, the money has been deducted from my main mobile money account but my Noupia account balance has not change yet. How long do you take to recharge an account? I have been waiting since yesterday and nothing has entered my account in the Noupia app. This should be rectified immediately. Thank you

Amazing.
So far your services are outstanding. I mean it’s simply the best of its kind. I’m loving it because the Noupia service is something I see still in development and it just keeps getting better after every update. When I first got the app it was buggy and laggy but the latest update fixed about 90% of that which is impressive. The reason why I didn’t give a 5 star is because of one request I have. I know it’s a difficult one and personally it doesn’t matter how long it takes. Let’s be able to receive payments via PayPal.
