My ID card isn’t out and I’m currently using the Récépissé while waiting. The platform doesn’t recognize it. Secondly, there’s an issue with inputting date of birth. I’m unable to use the app for these problems.

Terrible development.
This app was clearly supposed to be a game changer but it’s so sad that it’s programming was very inconsiderate. Once you input personal information like email and number, it’s impossible to have it changed. Also during verification if the otp Isn’t received, it’s impossible to get one as there is no “resend code” option this has to be taken care of, I also noticed it’s not possible to delete an account after creating one again, this was very disappointing. I would advise the developers of this app to take time out and reconsider their career options. Thanks and have a nice day 🙂.
