Can’t Even Use the App
I really don’t know what happened because this app used to work. But now I can’t even make events or add multiple emails. Any of the features that used to work just don’t anymore which is a real shame because this was a genuinely awesome app to use.
Please Update Differentiation
Please change the color or way of highlighting the day you have clicked on that you are trying to schedule something on. The date you are looking at below the calendar (in single day view) needs to stand out more than today’s date so the two match in your brain. The number of times I have thought something was today all the sudden because the big number in the corner and the one highlighted on the calendar are red is really stressing me out. Also I have often booked something on a future or past date rather than today because I thought I had today’s date selected and that it was today’s schedule showing in detail.
App Crashes on Startup
Maybe phone is just old or underpowered (iPhone XR), but the app keeps crashing when I try to open it. At some point I updated to one of the newer iOS 18 updates and it started working fine, but I updated my phone again recently and it doesn’t work anymore. It’s a shame cuz I like Notion Calendar otherwise and I would 100% delete Google Calendar if Notion Calendar had a Week view on mobile. Until the crashing is sorted out I can’t use the app at all.
Brilliant but so laggy
I love the app but it is painful to use on the fly because it is so laggy! Tapping into events in the future, or tap and drag to move an event, and it lags to a point where it thinks I’m creating a new event.

Used to be great
This app used to be great but no longer works reliably. The month tab wont open, and my events from future weeks won’t load. I have deleted and reinstalled multiple times to try to fix it, but nothing works. It’s really a shame as switching calendar apps will be a lot of work, and I don’t feel like I can trust Notion as a company anymore.

Great at first, inconsistent alp
I have genuinely never written a review before but this app frustrated me so much I had to. This was great at first. i was putting in my classes and it was super helpful to track what i had, what time, and where. until it just didnt work? the app would bug and sometimes put classes when i didnt have them, or just have them completely disappear. especially when you are creating a calender the first two weeks are all janked up and theres no copy event feature so you'd have to redo everything which was tedious. i fixed everything the night before- lo and behold it was messed up again in the morning. i tried the duplication feature and you wouldnt be able to see the dupe until ~20 minutes swiping through on the app or the next day. i tried the "update all events", wouldnt work for the already messed up events. these issues have occurred to my friends as well so i know it isnt just a screw up on my half / not understanding the app fully. this doesnt work as intended, great for highschoolers but i would recommend college students using a more competent app.
Needs Work
I love Notion and I'm glad they're expanding their apps with mail and calendar. However, I don't understand how your calendar app only has 1,2 or 3 day views. In 2026, it should be mandatory to have a monthly view as well as agenda, and other views like literally every other calendar app. This doesn't seem like a very difficult add or fix so I don't quite understand the logic of not having it upon initial release, but hopefully they add it soon. Other than the interface modifications the app functions well and does what you need it to. If they upgrade the interface I would certainly give this this 4 or 5 stars.

Recent Update BROKE Task Management
I’ve used this daily for a long time. An update about three weeks ago broke the one thing I relied on most. My task database is connected to the calendar. Every task shows a circle you tap to complete it. It used to fill in, and the task stayed on the calendar as a record of what I did that day. Now the moment I tap it, the task vanishes from the grid entirely. The record isn’t deleted — it’s still in Notion with the box checked. But my calendar now erases my day as I work through it. I finish four meetings and the day looks empty. That’s the opposite of what a calendar is for. Nothing about this is documented. No release note, no setting to turn it off, and on iOS there’s no way to change which view the database is connected to, so there’s no workaround from the phone. I spent an evening tearing apart my own database looking for a mistake I didn’t make. If this was intentional, make it a toggle. If it’s a bug, please fix it.

J’adore l'application et son design, mais la seule contrainte est qu'elle n'est conçue que pour l'iPhone. Étant une grande utilisatrice de mon iPad, c’est vraiment dommage que cela ne fonctionne pas dessus pour l’instant. Une adaptation iPadOS ferait passer l'application à 5 étoiles !

This Notion Calendar has been amazing. It has already changed my life and how I arrange my tasks. I've spent tons of time figuring out different ways to manage things, like: 1. Kanban 2. To-do lists 3. Different types of timeboxing 4. Trying different OKRs (you name it) Through Notion Calendar, I finally realized it is impossible to have good time and to-do management without linking tasks to a specific date and time span. This is somehow the best tool for me to do it. It would be extremely great to have this on iPad as well, with full compatibility and support. You know what I'm saying, right? So please, if you see this, please do it. Or otherwise, you can hire me to your team, and I will help you do that.
I am an absolute fan of Notion!
I love notion and I always get comments that I should be working for them. I also HATE the IPad interface. The iPad app should be more like a web version.
Pretty good
Nice basic calendar that is super easy to use. Syncs instantly with multiple of my Google calendar accounts. Missing a monthly view though, which I think is necessary in a calendar app.

So slow to open
This app is great but takes legitimately ten seconds to start. Nothing quick about it. No other app on my phone takes anywhere near this long to start. Going back to the Apple calendar.

Super clean and integrate with Google Calendar.
My go to software for desktop and phone. It’s just a little cleaner and integrates with Google Calendar so I don’t miss anything.
Unusable
I used to love this app, and I still rely on it on desktop, but the iOS app is now fully unusable for me. I’m unable to do the simplest actions like create a new calendar event. Once you open, you can’t close it again. I feel like nobody on their team actually uses it.

Unusable
I love Notion, but Notion Calendar is by far the worst calendar app I’ve ever used. iCal is never properly synced up, app is so unintuitive, and you can only view max 3 days at a time. Like are you kidding??
Needs an “Agenda” view
Really like the clean look and ease of use. Just wish there was an agenda view in the mobile app.
No week and month view
I use this calendar on desktop and it’s great. But as an iOS app it’s insane there is no week and month view, which is all I use. Will be sticking to Google Calendar for mobile and notion on desktop. Hoping they update this soon.
Great UI but no IPad app is a massive oversight
I use notion calendar on all of my devices to coordinate my different calendars between school, work and personal events! UI is easy to use and integration with notion tables is great but no iPad app is a crazy oversight with no updates in sight. Seems like an odd thing to gloss over especially with how long it’s been since the app has been released.

Can’t love it til it works on my iPad
I was so excited to use this to keep track of my multiple calendars, but without iPad compatibility this isn’t a flexible enough user-experience for me.
Reminders
On the mobile app, I can’t put reminders for 1 day prior etc. I would rly appreciate that feature.

The screen doesn’t adjust itself when being used on iPad, it only uses a third of the screen when on landscape mode. Using the 11 in m3 iPad Air

Lack of features
Lack of customization for widgets. It would be nice to have different calendar visible for each widget. Lack of monthly view. Calendar view names dont match with the desktop version. Great potentials, but overall lack of features
Notion Calendar
This app is truly excellent; it is completely free and helps me organize my schedule, especially helpful for someone like me who works full time while also studying. I don't worry about forgetting anything because I can simply log every event into the app, making it incredibly useful.
Disappointed in Recent Updates
I used to love this calendar, but recently it has been abhorrent. It freezes after 4 seconds and becomes completely unusable, I click and nothing happens. I’ve already tried deleting the app and reinstalling it. Hopefully
Great, just needs some tweaking
It’s basically a more integrate-able Google Calendar. And it’s especially great if you’re already deep into the Notion ecosystem. There are some very small things that I know will be worked out in the next year or two. Like the ability to drag and drop all-day events to another day, specifically on the IOS app. It works great on windows. Plus some other things that I don’t have the time to mention. Otherwise, I would’ve left a 5-star review. :)
add a monthly and weekly view!!
i previously downloaded and deleted this but notion calendar is so fantastic on desktop cause you can integrate google and your notion databases but it’s silly to not have a monthly and weekly view on phone as people want to see what’s going on ahead and if you need to have anything ready for certain events. please add a monthly where you can see a mini preview of each day similar to google calendar.
