- Setup is confusing for beginners
AMAZING!!
This app is so helpful for daily reminders to do things! You can make tasks for upcoming days or the same day and it even syncs with the notion apps and the apple reminders app. You can add a widget on your screen either the reminders and cross them off daily! This app is amazing and I would highly recommend it for anyone!
After update, does not sync with other devices
After updating to the latest version, my data no longer syncs properly across my devices. Changes made on one device are not reflected on my other devices, even after waiting, manually refreshing, and ensuring both devices are connected to the internet and signed into the same account. I have also tried restarting the app and my devices, but the issue persists. Sync was working correctly before the update, so this appears to have started only after installing the latest version.
Simple, easy, effective.
The app is really easy to use and it’s very self explanatory. The reason I give it a 4/5 stars is because it does not have the option to add an image or attachment to a task. Please incorporate this! Don’t let this app die!
tricked
the app just took away my widget in the middle of my focus session(yes im interrupting it to write this) the whole point of this app is the widget, so i guess im switching back to ticktick now :/ it was a great app while it let me use it, but it wont now, didnt even tell me
Wish it was free
I wish it didn’t cost $10 to unlock all the features, but I would still say the app is worth the price.
Incredible
This app has organised my life better than none before
Paid the $10 and Now The App doesn’t work.
Paid the fee to be able to use it as a widget on my Home Screen. Conveniently, as soon as I do so, I can’t input any tasks without the white ring or blue arrow freezing my screen. Frustrating and seemingly such a simple function. Arguably the CORE function is adding tasks to a list and now I can’t even do so. Deleted and redownloaded, restarted phone, cleared data, and still NOTHING.
This might potentially kill the app
The app is great I’ve been using it for a while having the check list as a widget. Now it’s making me pay to have that feature. The app is perfect but this new feature will make me look for another app and might kill the app as I think people won’t want to pay a monthly fee for a check list when other apps give it for free. Please change this
Love the app, bad support
I absolutely love everything about it but ive had several issues connecting my workspace to the point i felt the app i paid for was unusable. I managed to fix it myself after several attempts to reach support. They should really update the notion api version too which was is partially why my app didnt work. Its a shame bc the idea is golden. Would love to see bigger widgets or if its impossible, work around it with dual widgets to make a full screen one

Pay to win
Was great, but what used to be free is now paid.
Fills a gap.
Finally this solves my need to get notion tasks and apple reminders in one place! The minimal interface is nice but you really have to be a Notion user already to understand the integration and get the most value. One gripe: Apple reminders repeat status doesn’t sync so you can’t tell which tasks are set to repeat in Reminders. The app seems to kinda make up for this by showing it as completed and then after a while it shows up on the new date. I understand this may be a limitation of apples api, but in that case it would be better not to show Repeat “never” and just grey it out or something
No longer works
This was mostly nice before, but recent updates have made it stop working. When you try to add a new task it spins and never does it. Also it’s incredibly frustrating there’s no easy way to change the date of a task to “Today”, just “Tomorrow” or “Next week”.
a little too bare bones for me
I wish there was more customization - like sorting/filtering/showing more properties, or being able to move around groupings. For instance, I have tags like "do this week" or "do this month" and they don't make sense alphabetically - let me change the order! I've tried changing the titles to manually move them around but nothing's working.
Simple & good.
Does the job it's meant to perfectly, with no extra fluff.
No widget
I’m seeing everybody with. Widget but it will not let me add one or even show up in my add widget section on my iPhone 17 pro
Great app! One issue though
I love this app! It really helped me organize my tasks without going through my busy notion setup on my phone screen. The issue that I find kinda annoying is if a task’s status is in progress, and it has a reminder, a notification won’t be pushed. If change the status to not started it’ll notify me. Really hope this gets fixed. Thanks
App not working
Bro, your app is really cool. The UI is beautiful. However, the Notion tasks are not working. I do the integration and my tasks appear; I can complete them and everything works fine at first. But after about 3 minutes, right after completing the integration, my tasks disappear from the app. I can’t find them anywhere. If I refresh the tasks, it says something like “Synced 67 tasks,” as if it’s detecting them, but they don’t appear in the inbox or anywhere else in the app. It’s a real shame because the app is great, and I would have definitely paid a good amount for it if it worked

Amazing App
amazing app honestly, I dont write reviews but this with reminders is so good🤞
Don’t buy
Paying 12 dollars for a app that doesn’t even work. When I tell you I’ve tried everything I’ve tried everything to simply get daily tasks I create the task label it daily it doesn’t show up the next day I tell it to repeat every day of the week it never appears next day 12 dollars for something that should be so simple just putting a task on the widget that I can check off every day but no. Idk if your meant to create it every day but I’d assume not if there’s options that literally say to repeat it just doesn’t make sense and doesn’t work would not recommend
The best notion mobile experience !
This is easily the best way to manage notion tasks on mobile with a slick clean interface and easy setup. My only ask is that there was a way to edit content but understand notion uses a richer editing experience - Maybe add support for text fields in additional properties. Or at least make the ‘open in Notion’ more prevalent so editing is only a single click away? Thanks for a great app!
Facing issues syncing tasks
I tried to follow the steps to connect the database. But when i nested the database again, the tasks were not updating in the app and the notion at the same time. Can you please tell me what to
Streak
I love this app. You can maybe add a streak so if you do a task everyday the streak would increase
Issues with app
The data bases aren’t syncing properly each time I try to add a data base it gets stuck one process and I can’t proceed. Am starting to think this app is just a scam
Best to do app ever
And I’ve tried a lot of them. I love that they use the standard iOS design! That’s major, and I think reinventing the wheel isn’t necessary. The only reason this gets 4/5 stars is because the widgets and the today view don’t sync properly with Apple’s Reminders
❤️LOVE IT SO I BOUGHT IT
Finally someone has created a clean minimal interface to quickly work through todo lists! My only gripe/feedback is that the largest widget could fit at least 4 more tasks vertically. I use the smallest font and closest text to get as many items to fit as I can and the empty useable space at the bottom would be greatly useful. To the creator and developing team 😘 you are helping me get through school and I love you 😄
A Scam
My database has hundreds of overdue tasks, this app says I only have 15. Scheduling multiple tasks at the same time? Oh, it can’t handle that. It will only generate one. Want a reminder to appear for a task? Eh. Sometimes it will, sometimes it won’t. They released this to the public way before it was close to being ready. It’s a scam to get your money. Think about it, would any app worth its salt only charge a $7 lifetime fee?
Duplicates tasks
Really like the app however recently it’s started duplicating my daily tasks. Only need one but I’m getting 2/3 of each.
Not worth my money
I recently purchased the Sync app with the goal of streamlining my task management by syncing my to-do lists from both Notion and Apple Reminders. While I appreciate the concept and clean design, I’ve run into a few issues that are limiting the app’s usefulness: 1. Apple Reminders Syncing: When I check off a task within Sync that originated from Apple Reminders, the completion status does not reflect back in the Reminders app. This breaks the two-way sync expectation and requires me to manually update tasks in Reminders, which defeats the purpose of syncing. 2. Incomplete Task Visibility: Not all of my tasks from Reminders or Notion are appearing in Sync. It’s unclear what the filtering criteria are, and there doesn’t seem to be a way to troubleshoot or manually refresh task sources. 3. Notion Integration: The requirement to use a Notion database table to import tasks is a bit too rigid. Many users (myself included) prefer using simple Notion pages with the built-in to-do list blocks for ease of use. Supporting these simpler to-do lists would greatly improve flexibility and accessibility. 4. Ring Widget Functionality: The ring widget designed to visually track task completion is a nice touch, but it doesn’t seem to work as expected. It doesn’t consistently update as tasks are checked off, which undermines the visual progress feedback. I see great potential in this app, and I’d love to continue using it as my centralized task hub. Fixing the sync issues and expanding compatibility with simpler Notion to-do formats would go a long way toward making this a must-have productivity tool. Thank you for your work so far—looking forward to future updates!
Love the app, can’t tell if it has flaws or I’m dull.
Everything has been smooth so far. Love the apps design and functionality. With that being said, I can’t, for the life of me, figure out how to actually get the widget (I have the membership). I don’t know if it’s bugged or where else to go. The app doesn’t show up at all in my widget list.
Minimalist perfection
The app is simple and easy to use and love the integration with reminders. One suggestion I have is if possible, could you please add whisper ai integration on device only for voice notes/reminders? This would be an awesome feature to have. One more thing not sure if I’m missing something, but if you could make the large minimalist widget be able to be add to a large widget stack that would be great. Looking forward to any updates, great job.
Be upfront
Why bill me to use the app later, it’s useless now
Why do my set notifications only stay in the AM time?
I have many notifications set up but all of them are set for pm but they are all going off at 4 am how do I fix this I’ve tried to change it but it just reverts back this might be a bug but I love the app so far
Nice minimalist app but widget doesn’t work as advertised
Nice minimalist app but the widget doesn’t work as advertised. In the screenshot on the App Store, you see a minimalist no frills widget that gets crossed off with a strike through. However when I installed the app and created the widget, what I got was a widget that basically looks ugly. The font is way too large, and has a radio button next to it, a far cry from what I came for.

Sky is the limit
This app is exactly what I have been hoping for. I migrated to Notion to consolidate my PKM & task list. Moving from ToDoIst, I quickly noticed limitations and features I was going to miss bringing everything into Notion. With SyncTasks, that gap was quickly filled. Between Apple’s native Reminders app, Notion, and SyncTasks, I have everything that I want and need to seamlessly maintain my productivity system.
Pay for widgets
Bro 7 dollars so I can see “do laundry” on my home screen are you high
Exactly what I was looking for
I have been wondering why despite setting dates and deadlines for tasks in notion, why it doesn’t send me notifications for them. Then I realised it doesn’t recognise these pages as tasks. So I went looking for an app that does this, and eventually landed on this. Which was exactly what I was looking for. Turns my already created database into a To-Do list without messing anything up, without creating anything new. Thank you Easlo!
Unable to link to Notion
On the app, you see a video and repeat on how to connect to Notion. The first slide seems easy enough, I just can’t seem to find the open source database drop-down. I only see rename, edit view, copy link to view, duplicate. Granted I am not too familiar with Notion and tried clicking the three dots to check there. Can’t seem to find it. Currently just using the app for my tasks, but I have to do the extra effort in updating it on my Notion as well.
Beautiful App
The first productivity app that rivals Things 3 in its beauty and simplicity. Awesome
Paid Widgets
I loved this app so much then they implemented having to pay for widgets, I feel before this app was amazing because it wasn’t just forcing for funding such as BreeZip on Microsoft. I felt as if this creator was genuine and felt for the people but now I see it was otherwise. I understand the need to fund a project, however in the ways you try to go about this might just ruin the app itself.
this app is good one thing though
i love it cause it’s simple and helps organizing task, however i wish there wasn’t a subscription to show you tasks on the home screen however it’s not that expensive i’m broke so yeah
