AI slop
Some of the earlier puzzles seemed pretty good quality but as I got further along the quality seemed to get worse and then realized they are AI generated slop images. Don’t waste your time.
I enjoy it
I do wish you could swipe left/right to see images. Preview feels like I’m cheating because it’s overlays the puzzle. Other than that I love it.
Fun until…
First dozen or so puzzles was like 2 hours a 400 piece puzzles. Doing all edges first then inside. But figured out how to do any puzzle in matter of 30 minutes max. I won’t say how but once you figure it out, you don’t even need to see the picture. Now it’s no longer fun :(
Can’t swipe up out of app
Really like a lot about this game but when you try to swipe up from the bottom of the screen to get to the carousel of open apps on your phone it just keeps adding puzzle pieces to the board. Would love that to get fixed and looking forward to more dynamic puzzles and more pieces available than 400.

"Network Unavailable The Puzzle Store is currently unavailable. Please check your network connection." The only Apple Arcade game that's a lie, Apple Arcade games doesn't need WiFi. Make a puzzle game with puzzles built in.
Love to play, but the constant ad pop-ups are annoying
This is truly one of my favorite apps, and doing the puzzles is so relaxing. But one of the reasons I pay for Apple Arcade is to avoid ads — and the constant ads for Mobility Ware’s other games are irritating and often cover up the options bar as I’m playing. They used to pop up and then quickly go away, but now they pop up and stay until I swipe them away. I agree with some of the other reviewers that a lot of the art is super corny and cheesy, but there is such a giant library of puzzles that it’s easy to just ignore what you don’t like and search for what you want. I love the robust features like choosing the number of pieces, rotation or not, etc. I would love some more challenge options. Another issue I have that I can’t seem to fix is the sync between my iPhone and iPad. I want to be able to start a puzzle on my phone and pick up seamlessly on the iPad but I have never been able to get it to work, even though I am logged in to the same account on both devices. I’ll start a puzzle on one device but when I go to the other it acts like I did not work on the puzzle at all. Overall I really enjoy this app but it would be even better without these glitches!
No way to contact support, can’t download to play offline
There’s no way to contact support for problems with the game. The new puzzles won’t download even though my internet is working fine. We pay for this app and the one before Apple Arcade which required you to purchase puzzle packs. So why can’t I download them to play offline? It says there is an option but it never works! PLEASE FIX THIS! This company is kind of sketchy.
Stopped loading
Loved the puzzles - for a couple months & it’s now stopped loading. Uninstalled & reinstalled, same problem. Would rate higher if it would continue to work.

Disappointed can’t play
Loved this puzzle app however every time I try to download a puzzle pack or play an already downloaded pack it says no internet connection! It’s definitely the app as other games are working fine

Jigsaw Puzzle… Another Classic Locked Behind Apple Arcade
I used to love this game… simple, relaxing, visually satisfying… the kind of digital wind-down you could turn to anytime, anywhere. Back in the day, it was free and felt like a gift. Now, it’s tucked behind the Apple Arcade paywall… There’s no reinvented gameplay… no fresh innovation… just the same old puzzle boards now gatekept unless you subscribe. I didn’t mind supporting good games when they offered something new… but this? It feels like Apple Arcade is charging us for nostalgia… If the strategy is to take longtime favorites and repackage them without adding value… then Apple Arcade isn’t curating… it’s cornering. Disappointing move for a game that used to be about peaceful, free enjoyment…
Jigsaw puzzle
Moving pieces is sluggish. Number of pieces too low. Would like pieces to be 50-100 or more. Otherwise the puzzle pictures are awesome.
This app used to be great
The last update which indicated there were visual improvments, seems to have done the opposite. You used to have a lot more room on the sides to work out portions of the puzzle and group similar colour pieces which was very helpful, but not since the last update - sorry but I have lost interest in all the puzzles I had downloaded and looked forward to doing ☹️

Sync between iPads destroyed a beautiful game
I had this on two different ipads. A recent update synced the two iPads. It synced the puzzle packs, but not information on how many puzzles were completed in the pack, including not syncing that all puzzles were completed. Now both iPads are complete disaster with finished puzzles, unfinished puzzles, finished puzzles on the other iPad, all intermingled. I do not want to redo puzzle packs that I completed on the other iPa. Not quite sure of their logic of syncing puzzle packs without syncing the information about what’s going on with the puzzle packs. But this disorganization has really destroyed my enjoyment of the game.

Beautiful addicting game. Incompatible with iPhone swipe-up. To exit, first throw a few pieces around, eventually it will work.
Update
So unhappy with update that I’m considering unsubscribing to Apple Arcade. It’s the only app I use. Before the only thing that didn’t seem to work was ‘search’. Now it keeps on wanting to time me and other things that don’t interest me. The worst change is that the main sorting strips now show the pieces as huge! This makes the sorting areas, except for one, pretty useless as you can only fit a very small number in the sorting areas. Great if some people want the very large pieces, but a real pain for those who can clearly see the pieces. Include as an option. How can I go back to the previous version. Thank you, Marie James.
New puzzles won’t download
For some reason new puzzles are now not available for download on older iPads. Not sure if it’s on apple’s or this app’s end

The selection of puzzles is varied and has a style of puzzle for everyone. Most puzzles are very colorful.
Not happy with changes
I preferred jigsaw puzzles before you made the changes several months ago. Now it doesn’t flow/move as smoothly. Need option of how large the pieces are on the side — sometimes is good to see them larger as they are now to get detail, but it doesn’t allow for quick scanning of the pieces along the side. And I could go on. I will continue to try a puzzle every few months to see if things change, but at this point I don’t like playing. Prior to the changes I did several puzzles a day.

No Updates
Used this app since it came onto arcade but I haven’t had any new puzzles added for well over a month now! There used to be new packs all the time - what is going on?
Great game
This is a great game I play everyday, the only problem is I have completed objectives to unlock additional settings and modes, but there is no way to see those or activate them.

Horrible controls..
Pretty hard to do a speed run when you go to slide along the pieces and instead you pick up a piece or go to pick up a piece and you slide along! The tray goes off the screen when you move when you go down the bottom of the screen to grab and move a piece, you end up minimising that App. Interface concept thought out by a 3 year old! Awful controls to play quickly. 1 Star - no more.
good functionality, limited images
overall, i like the features, but i’ve played through most of the puzzles that i can stand to look at by now. increasingly there’s hideous AI art, and a whole lot of precious schmaltzy folksy kind of stuff. there are other landscapes, public damian art, etc., but it’s limited. seems like it wouldn’t be too hard to scrape public domain photography collections for more.

Fun but frustrating
I like the puzzles and love that I can do them without ads. However the granularity of the pieces isn’t as good as other puzzle apps I’ve had on my phone. The detail of individual puzzle pieces isn’t precise enough. Also, and this makes me crazy - it often takes multiple tries for me to “pick up” a puzzle piece and move it. Why is that? It’s very aggravating. The puzzle trays are fabulous though. I just discovered those!

Works ok, but looks shoddy and feels clunky. Not the kind of quality I would expect from Apple Arcade. Plus, some of the licensed art gives off really gross confederate flag-flying vibes…

Some Puzzles Pieces Don’t Stick
Great app except for some pieces not sticking to the adjacent ones. So you cannot finish the puzzle. It’s a bug in the app that is still not fixed.

It’s on Apple Arcade right? So that means all Apple Arcade games don’t have ads or “pay to play” forms of gameplay. This is full of ads and you have to watch videos to do most puzzles. Doing the puzzles is incredibly stressful, it’s so unpolished, you can loose pieces off the edge of the screen, it’s more of a chore than fun and that’s not even describing the menu!!! It’s actually a really unpolished, unprofessional and shoddy game that doesn’t deserve to be called a “plus” version nor should it be on Apple Arcade as it’s setting a bad example for the rest of the games available. “Free Jigsaw” is a much better game, no ads, plenty of jigsaws and you can do your own images! Nothing is “unlockable” and it’s a pleasant experience all round.
To relaxing in a good way
I honestly love this game. The features are spectacular. I really recommend it. You can change the music. It is just great.

Still no puzzles larger than 400 piece counts?! Come on! Challenge yourself to do this! Give us a real challenging piece counts. Pro tip: largest piece count available on iPhone is currently 1600 i challenge you to beat that!
