Functionally Brilliant!

Asked for help, no response.
On August 7, 2026 I sent an email to Borderleap Support. I had completed 46 of the 48 puzzles in this collection. One being the locked puzzle at the end after all other puzzles are completed. BUT I could not open puzzle #4 “Landscape At Saint-Paul-Les_Durance”, must have been some type of Glitch? I have followed up 3 time since, no response. This was a difficulty task and I would like credit. Beware if you need help.
Nice, easy puzzles, an art education—but one glitch
I’ve been enjoying the puzzles of Impressionist painters, Van Gogh, and his contemporaries. I’d like to see more historical painters included in the galleries. It’s interesting to study the paintings brushstroke by brushstroke as you assemble them. One of the paintings, though, will not load: Landscape at Saint-Paul-lez-Durance by Paul Camille Guigou. Because I can’t open that painting, the last painting in the gallery is locked. Can someone please fix that?
Poor functionality, beautiful images
Whoever created this app seems never to have played with actual puzzles ever in their life. You can’t get pieces that clearly fit together to stay attached unless they’re on the right locations, and tapping any piece already on the board makes the piece menu shift to a blank space where that piece was dragged from - what on earth is the point of that? You can’t have pieces overlap either, so when you have half a dozen linked pieces, you have to move them all one by one if you find a piece that goes in one of their spots. All this is really irritating, which is a shame because the images are fantastic, including a series of Van Gogh paintings at the moment. Fundamentally unplayable.
Great game, missing some marks
I absolutely love Masterpieced, but there are some bugs which have really been frustrating. I’m unable to complete the available puzzles as some have become stuck and fully lock up the game. This happens across multiple devices, so it is something which is tied into my save data. Given I’m 3 categories away from completing the game, I don’t want to reset my entire save for a “maybe” that this would be fixed. The achievements also do not work. I have completed most of the puzzles available in the game, and yet I have zero achievements in Game Center. According to support, an update is coming next week, but that their answer was 3 months ago, so who knows.
Good App, one issue
Landscape at Saint-Paul-lez-Durance does not load. It appears to have Dow loaded but gets stuck on the loading screen. Otherwise app is great.
Impossibly hard
The pictures are all greyscale with the middle completely blurred out, and as soon as you place a puzzle piece it disappears. As a result, you never have any frame of reference. Way too frustrating for me.
Game Center achievements not working
The game is a lot of fun, I really enjoy the dreamy visuals and atmospheric music, only complaint is that after playing for years, the Game Center achievements recently stopped tracking despite completing more galleries. I hope this gets fixed soon!
Masterpieced
Just a question. Why did u get rid of the close button for exiting the puzzle if u want to stop or take a break? I find the only way to leave my puzzle if I want to come back to work on it again is to close the app. The exit button was really convenient when it was available. Otherwise I love this game! Please bring back the exit button. Okay I really liked this app until u got rid of the home/ exit button and now I’m having a really hard time getting back to my puzzle that I started. I can’t get back to the gallery so I can choose the set that I was working on completing. It feels like I’m jumping through hoops just to get back to the puzzle that I was doing but unfortunately I can’t seem to get back to the Home Screen to choose which one I want to play. No matter what option I choose it’s not the one that I want. I might have to delete this app since the exit button is gone. Like I said in the last review, it was a lot more convenient when I wanted to choose what puzzle that I wanted to work on. Very disappointed.
Frustrating
I love this puzzle app, but it can be really frustrating at times. It freezes up if I choose the “wrong” puzzle or gallery (after completing a puzzle or gallery) - even though I choose one of the listed options. General instructions would probably help to avoid some issues.
Stunning, relaxing, and meditative
I played this a while ago and downloaded it again because I missed it so much. It is so soothing and gorgeous, with talented artists from around the world. The music is very meditative. Beyond that, the words on each puzzle are beautiful. The game plays flawlessly. I’m very grateful to the developers for this app. If you want to regulate your nervous system or are dealing with any dysregulation challenges, this is a brilliant app for that as well.
Love it
I love playing this at night as it’s totally relaxing. I love the music and it really helps me get to sleep. Tonight though the music is stuck on one track constantly repeating. And it’s very annoying! Any help to fix this would be greatly appreciated
Good game, one issue
Love the game, love how customizable it is. I changed my settings to make it as close to just playing a regular puzzle as possible -- no text, no background image, no faded puzzle pieces. I just wish there was an option for a dark mode for the puzzle building area rather than just for the unused pieces. I like to play at night to wind down before bed and the only options are either have the glaring light of a thousand suns in my eyes or turn my brightness down so low I can't see any of the pieces. Oh well.
Annoying Text mode
The middle of the puzzle is so faded you can’t see it, requiring you to switch to a text mode where there’s an overlying message that you use to align the pieces. I The text is incredibly ugly and jarring, alternating dark/light colors at the puzzle piece boundaries…it completely yanks you out of the zen experience you were just sinking into at the start of the puzzle and destroys the experience for me, so much I just can’t use this app. Devs, please make it an option to leave the center UNFADED so we are not forced to rely on the text mode if we don’t want to. Or at the very least, find a way to make the text less migraine-y to look at? Thanks!

So close to perfect
While I still love the puzzles themselves, I’m sad that most of the music I enjoyed listening to is gone. Still like that one song, but it’s kind of monotonous.

Would be nice to be able to see entire picture before starting a puzzle or be able to refer back to the full picture.

Beautiful Puzzles
Please add more puzzles! Love this app. I so much enjoyed the Van Gogh and Van Gogh Contemporaries collections. Would be amazing if perhaps Degas or Chagall could be featured next. Update. It’s been almost a year since any new puzzle collections have been added.
Can’t reach the developer
I love this game but had a question for the developers and this seems to be the only way to reach them? I appreciate the new galleries featuring famous artists, but will there be more galleries offered by modern artists? I particularly love the undiscovered artists!
crashes after loading
MBP M1 Max 64GB crashes during loading screen. even after rebooting and reinstalling. l
Great game, but…..
It tells you how to jump to a new puzzle in the same series, a new series, or the next puzzle in the same series. But it doesn’t provide an option to return to the gallery and choose a new series. The game randomly chooses a series for you, that’s irritating.
Meh
It’s ok but the puzzle pieces are all in black and white and it makes the puzzle very difficult to do. You have the option to have the picture in the background but that makes it too easy. I like it without the picture in the background guiding you but making the pieces black and white ruins it
Don’t like forced text mode
I don’t use text mode but the forced fading make it a pain to do the puzzles. Especially for van gouh content. Not interested in reading the old tortured genius stereotype story which makes me envious and angry.

Puzzles No longer download
Are used to love this game it was very tranquil and relaxing, but for some reason the presence of stopped downloading so no longer able to play the game. My device and OS are supportive and have tried deleting and re-download nothing seems to work, it’s such a shame.
Love This “Game” — Needs Replay Option
I love this game but it needs a way to replay the puzzles. Plus more puzzles are needed. I’d even be willing to pay for more puzzles. Please give us a way to replay favorite puzzles and add additional puzzles in our favorite art styles!
Sooooo frustrating!
Nice pictures but so annoying that the map constantly moves, unbelievable that this was not picked up during testing. Please release an update to fix the map in place!
Gotten boring
Used to have interesting artists and art but not so much anymore. Disappointed. Was my favorite way to relax before bed.

I really liked this puzzle game when I could choose which puzzle I wanted to do. Now it chooses for you. Bummer! I will not play it as much and may stop all together. PLEASE CHANGE IT BACK!!!!
Beautiful puzzle game!!
I absolutely love this game! It’s quite lovely, and I enjoy all of the artwork. My only complaint about the game is not being able to pre-download groups of puzzles to work on while I’m not in a WiFi network area. This game would help me with my anxiety on planes, but needing to connect every time I want to do another puzzle. Please allow us to download more puzzles for offline. Not all of us have internet access everywhere we go.
Battery Drain
Love the concept and very addictive! Apart from some minor control issues the biggest problem is battery drain. While running the app I can run my IPhone 14 Pro Max battery down by almost 50% in half an hour. The device also heats up considerably. Is the game that graphic intensive?
Replay puzzles
I too would like to know if you can replay the puzzles. I tried deleting the app & reinstalling it but the puzzles came in completed. It’s a great app & lots of fun but I would like to see new puzzles or the ability to replay the existing ones. Thank you.
Calm and Relaxing
Great for winding down. The Van Gogh partnership is great! The new audio tracks really start to hit a peaceful trance after a while of playing.
I can’t use this app until you change it back
I love these puzzles but when I finished my first puzzle since the last update I can no longer select which gallery I want to select from next! Please go back to the old approach
Too controlling…
I played this game to the finish, loved it, so just reloaded it. I can’t believe that I now get one chance to choose an artist and then I can’t return to the artists screen. Please fix this. This is a beautiful game that is naturally educational as well, but the new navigation is very limiting.
Too much struggle to move pieces!
I have played many puzzle apps and built IRL puzzles and never before have I encountered one so difficult in moving the pieces into location or shifting them. Drag time is bad. Sometimes when I’d try to move a piece the whole page would move instead. This is on my iPad. And even if I find two or more pieces that fit together apart from the puzzle (like one can do in real life and in other puzzle game apps) when I correctly join them they don’t stay joined together to move as one “block” as one would do in regular puzzles or other puzzle apps. That aside, the pieces move more easily in the sister “Patterned” puzzle app.
Was nice
I first downloaded this game a few years ago and loved it. Music was great, game ran smoothly. Recently updated it and it is sooo laggy now. Pieces don’t move and then suddenly pop into place, the tray of a pieces won’t respond to scroll and the music is not as nice and relaxing as before. Hope they fix the bugs soon!!

So fun and a new way to see art
Frustrating
Found it really frustrating the way the side panel constantly jumps to the location of pieces that you touch when you’ve placed them in the puzzle and they aren’t in the correct place. It was annoying then having to try and scroll back to the piece that I wanted to place. Also hate that it magnetically drops pieces in place and locks them if you happen to luckily place them randomly where they should go and that they don’t connect if you place the correct pieces next to each other but in the wrong location. A lot of unnecessary scrolling and dragging and dropping. These things make it annoying and I found I was more frustrated than relaxed.
Great, but no real change in difficulty between puzzles.
^^ I can do the puzzles fairly quickly, and am not noticing any real shifts in the difficulty of the puzzles. My current favourite galleries are Colour of Life by Philip Sue, and Blue Hour Passage by Shaylynn Wong.
Nothing special
Same as the rest of the jigsaw apps except this one has an annoying zoom feature that has a mind of its own. Just let me place pieces without the map moving about. Not sure how this flaw got past alpha testing.

I do like the pictures and storyline but I cannot suffer the music issues which is no music at all. I look the profile on Apple Store is great which I can hear the music but when I download, I cannot! Too depressed, I was really like it.
Enjoyable game
This is a lovely game to play - beautiful illustrations and graphics. However 2 things that would really improve the gameplay - 1) please can we have the option to just have edge pieces shown rather than pieces all being mixed in together. Also 2) could we have an option to lock the puzzle screen ? I agree with reviewer @warrywabbit that the puzzle moves and if you don’t pick up the puzzle piece right then the whole screen/puzzle area moves. Please can you fix this ?
Complexity doesn’t mean a better game
I was looking forward to the game coming out but the extra elements added take away from what could potentially be a great game. Switching between the two modes is annoying to complete the puzzle and the text doesn’t add anything. If you want to keep the text add that in when the puzzle is completed. I can understand the developer trying something different but it just doesn’t work and takes away the beauty of the images and what could be a relaxing game. Please update with a mode which is a puzzle and nothing else.

It’s pleasant enough to play although scrolling through the pieces can be infuriating as half the time you end up unintentionally picking a piece up
