Playing issues
I don't really know what is going on with your app. You are a media company but I have to go to YouTube to watch previous cast. I am not sure why. Great job on the news cast but your app is horrible. You would be better to just direct people to your YouTube page.
School closings
The new app has the school closings. Go into settings and set to favorite. It is there.
One sided
Not any fair reporting on state or federal issues, always left leaning. No real investigative reporting
No Updates
This app is not updated on a timely basis. Weekends are really bad.
Needs Fixing Wouldn’t have given this app any stars But it wouldn’t let me take back my one star
This app needs an update badly It makes my phone overheat every time I use it. It doesn’t have a settings option to adjust the lighting
Less isn’t more
Disappointed. Completely new app and the school closing notification feature is gone. Time to see if wnem or weyi are better apps.
Crappy App
This app is not user friendly. Weather radar is junk and never works.
Horrific
App is so ******* bad I can’t even read stories without this app taking me to a random browser link I did not click on trying to install malware on my device. If we pretend that isn’t happening, then we can pivot to the embarrassing amount of spelling and grammatical errors in almost every one of ABC12’s news stories. It’s almost laughable until you realize actual money and a certain amount of trust is invested in these stations. Now we can move to what stories they are actually covering. And it’s ******* asinine. Super biased news source, **** this place.
Junk App
Locks up way too often
Update
Keeps crashing. I give up. Now watching Channel 5 News mobile with no problems.
Disappointed
Very poorly written app. The school closing links don’t work. When trying to submit a closing the save button is black just like the background so you can’t see it. I don’t think the programmers tested the app at all. Hardly usable.
Poor quality
The links never work and when they do, it stays on the same page that you visited whether it was one day ago or last year. Then, when you try to refresh, it keeps showing old data. Frustrating as heck.
New app
Since the new app update, we can’t even get the news! Very disappointed.
Terrible Update
This new update is awful! Either go back to the old app or employ new developers. Not user friendly, confusing, and did I mention…terrible!
No more school closing preference!
Not happy at all with the new app!!! Where is the customizing if being able to get notified when your school is closed???? Schools are closed today and can’t even bring any school closing up :( Look like it will be time to delete app and check others tv station apps!
