Wow
I just started my violin and I’m already better then my dad and brother my mom is also helping me but wow this is amazing
This app is rigged
I played a note it did not show anything even it was tuned I have never seen such a&7+’8;* app in my life
Pushed to review
I’ve not even struck a chord but I’m asked to rate the app
Pay!?
The first lesson is great free and fun but the other ones you need to pay unbelievable
Too expensive
I would really keep this app but its too expensive! Im only on bowing basics but i need premium already:(
Violin school
This app is real good anyone can play violin on this app
Tuning problem I broke me d string
When I was tuning the app wouldn’t work and it kept telling the wrong information like my d needed to be tightened I don’t know what the strings exactly sound like but in the process it just snapped my d string if I could I would give it 0 stars I do not recommend getting the app also every time you open the app it asks you to pay for a subscription
Amazing but.....
This Is such a good game!! But one thing is to play most songs you have to get Premium and it sucks fix that pssss
Not very accurate
Where to start its a nice idea but the bouncing ball you can’t really see as its white on white background. And you need the ball or you have zero accuracy. Sound wise I have to plug into an amp and it still cant hear the violin nor tell the difference between just the open strings. Its super frustrating and you have to wear headphones if you want to listen to what the song is your playing or the app doesn’t recognize the violin. Pretty disappointing app as I have used a piano, drum and guitar app which I just go back to playing, leaving this app frustrated I need to use the others to regain what I lose trying to use this app.
My thoughts
I just loved that I was able to learn the basics but I do not like how much that I most pay to keep learning after the first lesson
.
Love it so much it makes a lot of sense and is one of my favorite violin app now❤️
Not worth it
I broke two strings while the whole time the timer was telling me tighten it even more. I can’t even get back in to cancel my subscription. I guess I’ll just have to contest the payment with my credit card. Don’t get this
Great teacher
We love the tuning board and it’s really helpful for kids are just starting the violin. The only complaint so far is my daughter is hitting the notes spot on and it is sometimes not recognizing it.
Why I don’t like it
Tells you the wrong stuff when tuning and can make you break strings
Great app but..
So I got this app because I wanted to start playing my violin I got. This app has great things but.. if your looking for a free app this isn’t the right one. I’m not saying this because I don’t wanna pay it’s just I don’t have the money to. They do have free songs but you already have to know how to play, it does teach you how to play but you have to pay for that!
The violin teacher
Hey,this teacher is off to a great start!back to violin!!
Heavily Disappointed
It was my first day playing the violin again after 10 years. I want to play something nice and easy. I downloaded this app thinking it could help. I was immediately bombarded with signing up for their subscription services. Once I passed through it I listened to their intro videos and got to my first “lesson”. I tried playing along but nothing was being picked up. I tried everything to only figure out the app is a scam. Not only doesn’t it desperately ask for your money it also asked for a review immediately after I initially opened the app.
A really fun way to learn the violin.
I was learning for about two weeks before I tried this app out. It really helped me with my sound very quickly. I would really like it if they made an update to show the stars you got on the lesson. I wanted to go back and get better scores on the ones I didn’t do very good on. However I had to pretty much do all lessons over again because it does not show you on the lesson. I will change to 5 stars if this gets added.
Why are most things premium?
I enjoyed the basics, i’m a beginner violin player. However the rest of the lesson are premium which require money.. i mean the app is okay i just dont like how everything is premium
Good but ?
Not any popular song opinions to play love the leader board but over needed better songs (for free !!!!!!!!!!!)
Violin Sonata No. 1 in G Minor, BWV 1001
Excellent
⚠️⚠️SCAM SCAM SCAM⚠️⚠️
I CANT EVEN LEARN THE VIOLIN BECAUSE OF THE STUPID SUBSCRIPTION FEE
I like this app
But my tuner doesn’t work
I kinda feel uncomfortable about the ai thumbnails
Ok listen I know I hate ai but I prefer real violin teachers
CHRISTIAN MUSIC PLSSS
It would be amazing if they added some Christian pop music, like some stuff from Forrest frank
🎻❤️
👍
This is a scam
I signed up for a free trial and tried to cancel but couldn’t figure out how because they make it really difficult to see where. So, within one hour of seeing that it charged me $170, I contacted apple to get a refund and they said I wasn’t eligible. I hate companies that, instead of creating a quality product, scam people. 10/10 would not recommend.
Love ittt
But I don’t have money
.
Si enseñan vien pero no tienen subtítulos
🎻
the app helps me learning for the violin but once i finished lesson 1 i was up to lesson 2 but i realized i had to pay. as a child i dont have any credits. thanks
Grapefruit beginners
So if this is a really good app for beginners cause it shows you through the basics of violin also I haven’t even got to the boat and I already finished two songs
It says it’s better than my lessons but it’s not
I was playing all the correct notes but kept on saying I was wrong, and mind u it was all open notes but it still kept saying I messed up over and over again.
A good tool to support practice and provides useful warm-up exercises
I progressed through the lessons quickly. It’s quite easy to spend half an hour or so playing without really noticing the time! But this means I’ve reached the “lessons are coming soon”. This is very disappointing (hence 4* not 5) as I’ve enjoyed doing them up to now. The exercises are brilliant to use as warm-up tools. There are, however, plenty of reinforcement tasks and songs to play and actually, any playing is good for learning and improving.
Enserio?
Me decepciono grandemente..
Asking to unlock with premium
Im 11yrs old and this app keeps asking me to unlock with premium. I cant pay for that and so cant my mom or dad
Good.
Good
Don’t get scammed
This was supposed to be a free trial and they will charge you the second you sign up. And it is really bad at teaching..
For total newbies only
I have been playing the violin for most of my life and achieved UK Grade 8 some years ago. I was hoping for something to use to improve advanced bowing techniques. This definitely isn’t it. For anyone at the very start of their journey who is unable to afford a regular teacher, what I’ve seen of the app would appear to be a good start.
Ehhhh…
Now, at first I was REALLY HAPPY to start violin, my school had loaned one out, and I was learning. The next day? it didn’t help me refresh. All the songs were too fast even though it’s the first course. Personally I think this app is removing its reviews, but in my opinion? A lot can be done to improve. I spent 5 hours, slowly trying to improve, and at first? It went well. But then it just kept THROWING songs at me. It “listens” yet it says I’m late when I’m not. Alongside that the metronome needs to be louder. But so you do know, this doesn’t fully help you. It just rates your playing, and makes you feel pressured. I really hope this app improves because it’s one of the few ones on here. If this gets anywhere then sure, I’ll write a better review but for the meantime, this is not a great app. I get I’m only a beginner but I need HELP not just a bunch of songs for me to realise how horrible I am.
Slow
The app is really slow but the lessons are great
This is great
Love it! Love it! Love it!
HOW ARE YOU GONNA TEACH ME ONE THING THEN MAKE ME PAY FOR THE REST
1 STAR

Fun and easy to learn
Not so great
No where on their app information do they tell you that after 6 days you have to pay. They only tell you once you start installing the app. Disappointing. N plus they do not show you with the bow how to play the D string. They only show you with the finger which is not exactly the same.
It’s ok, but not more. Terrible on iPad.
I got a three months free subscription with a new violin. It’s ok when you’re a beginner. The stuff is explained well. However, on an iPad it’s terrible. The notes you play don’t register properly and you get a lot of errors while playing. I have to play the notes a bit earlier than the rhythm would suggest, then it works better. I had somebody who could play violin try the app….same result. I will use it for a short period now, but would never buy it. Update: I found a way for me that works now. I wear headphones on one ear to listen to the music examples and listen to my playing with the other ear. That way, the iPad is registering the played tones better than before. Working now but it’s a bit of a ho-hum…. I gave it one more star now.
Fun game
Fun good great lessons
Totally useless
I just wanted to practice scales. This thing just wanted my money.
Excellent app for all ages
Very good app with excellent features to walk you through the basics for beginners learning violin. Suitable for children and adults alike with a friendly, professional and knowledge music teacher. Super duper!
Minor Differences
Whenever I play the CORRECT notes, it doesn’t detect it even with my microphone on. I would also like to do more lessons WITHOUT having to pay for it. Sorry, bad review.
Bonne appli. Mais!!!
Sa ce déroulait super bien jusqu’à la deuxième leçon ou la traduction ce fesait une fois sur deux et à la troisième seulement en anglais. Moi qui est pas bilingue j’ai pas u le choix de canceller mon abonnement!!
