It Stopped Working Properly
This app started working smoothly, but suddenly it stopped working for tuning some of the strings. I bought the subscription and it still didn’t work properly. I’m disappointed.
It’s great.
I really like how it allows me to tune it to the right frequency. Really makes a difference in how I feel after playing my lyre.

Seems different for violin
I’ve used this for running my ukulele and enjoyed it. I finally dug out my old violin to tune it up, but the D string tuned with this app sounds a whole different note to tuning videos on YouTube. Not sure if the app is wrong or I’m doing something wrong.
Quite good could have some improvements
Been using it for a few days now after my harp teacher recommend me it. It's a really good app although I do wish there was an option where you could manually change the note your playing because sometimes I'm playing a high g and it's coming up as A but other then that it's an amazing app highly recommend just keep an eye on what note it says your playing (Edit) I thought hmmm maybe it just isn't picking it up because it's to lose or something idk because I just got a new harp and I haven't fully figured it out and guess what my string snapped I'm really upset and i dont really know anyone who knows how to fix bloody harps I've only ever played my schools harp so I've only had to tune it like once week but now that I've got one at home it's already broke I'm beyond sad and I hope this will be fixed along with the idea of a future of manually changing the notes
Easy to use, reliable tuning app
I’ve used this app since 2012? I think? A long time. It’s always been great, very reliable and simple to use. It worked in a noisy orchestra pit for my harp which is impressive. Highly recommend!

This was my favorite tuner for years but I had to stop using it. There were inappropriate ads on the bottom of the screen and I use the app with students.

Good Sensitivity
Between my two tuner apps this one is definitely more sensitive and accurate. The only reason I use the other one more is because it lights up the whole screen green or red which makes it much easier to adjust while I’m playing, while this app only lights up a small dot. But that really is such a small complaint and this one is my go to for pre-rehearsal tuning and the like, where I want to be accurate and am not trying to see the tuner out of the corner of my eye.

Expect no functionality unless you want ads or to pay for a subscription. Hard to full test before getting pushed into the sales funnel. Features look okay, design is rather dated. Deleting right away.

I play the violin but I’m not the best at tuning it. I was hoping to get an app tho could listen to my violin and tell me if I needed to tune it higher or lower. If you are looking for the same thing, don’t get this app. Having it listen to your violin cost money. It was also confusing for me to use.

The drone tone stops playing after about 10 seconds making it very difficult to use to tune effectively or play scales. I wish it would play until I turned it off.

Fine but the drone keeps stopping

My guitar was perfectly in tune, but I needed a chromatic tuner for drop tunings, like drop d. It made my guitar seriously out of tune. My B and A strings were horrendously out of tune; almost sounded like a bass. Please, save your money for a chromatic tuning pedal. It’s more accurate than this.

Transposition is not available so for other instruments like clarinet it’s useless. Still solid tho

The app was great but the ads that come up are inappropriate -boobs clearly visible under thin lingerie-and there is no way to hide them! Not safe for kids!!! Deleting the app now! This is disturbing.

This app has always been the best- so simple and easy to use. however, in the last week it does not hear the correct notes and is insistent my violin G string is an A, D string is an E, etc. i do not know if this is due to an apple update but other tuning apps still work so it is not my microphone.

So I used this multiple times and most of the times i have it just doesn’t tune my violin and it’s not like 5 or 8 times it’s more like 30-40 times and it’s just not right. I would use a better app like clear tune. Thanks
