Fun puzzle game
Great for GOT enthusiasts
Deliberately unbalanced
I have played this game for a while, I am level 30+, this game is kept deliberately unbalanced to get players frustrated. The devs consistently release new champions which break the game, the power rating for these champions seem to be arbitrary and low. Sansa and the night king are 2 prime examples there is no battle log so you can’t figure out a way to counter them and will instead pay for one of the many packages on offer. These packages also spam you on opening the game (usually 5+ popups before you can even play). This review is very similar to many others, they don’t care. Save your time and your money and play something else.

Really enjoy the game but whose decision is the updates?!? You’re making chances to things that are fine yet haven’t included an upgrade to buildings so even moderate players sit with max iron and no food. Crazy decision making

Great game and I managed to retrieve existing saved game
Can't get good, can only pay
So this is weird, but there is no battle log, so you can't really understand what's going on, why you lose raids to players with considerably lower power... but then you get a pop up that for a mere $149 you can get... aaaand it's all clear. You're not meant to be good or enjoy the game, you're meant to be frustrated and reach out for your wallet. The entire industry is broken, we went from paying for games we loved to play to paying for games that deliberately frustrate us. And with that realisation, uninstalled.
I love this game but…
I love this game and have been playing for quite a while but the game needs more content, I’ve already completed everything including all of the events multiple times and I completed the main game in under a week. The game needs both new chapters and definitely new events. Another thing the game would benefit from would be clan rewards, e.g. the top 100 clans get a good reward, the top 1000 get a decent reward the top 10000 get a semi-decent reward. Other than that the game is great, that’s all I have to say thanks.
Don’t get too attached to characters
I wanted to love this game, even spent a few gold on it in the beginning, but they are ALWAYS CHANGING the characters and their abilities. I was building a stamina faction, and with this latest update they’ve nerfed the bonus and changed every character ability. Not spending another dollar - why invest in anything if they’re just going to obliterate it?
Would get 5 stars if it weren’t for the freezing
I’ve been enjoying this game a lot, but the random freezing and losing out on flags is really annoying. I have a top notch iPhone and all updates up to date. There’s no reason for this to be happening.

Slow but fun
Love the game but the slowness of the combat really kills me. I wish it had a x4 speed instead of a x2 speed. Sitting for 10 seconds watching animations to finish is really annoying.
Repetitive
Progression is slow unless you pay for it and I’m bored of the same events all the time so I’ve now deleted it! My whole household was in an alliance together and everyone has deleted it after saying the same thing! Really does have potential if more effort is put in to new events
Constant nerfing of teams is killing me
The game is good if left alone. You spend a lot of money investing in a team, only for it to be nerfed and weakened, for game designers to bring new characters in, to encourage you to spend on them. If I buy something, I expect to keep, not get a lesser version further down the road

I can’t remember when was the last time that I played a PvP battle without bugs. It came to the point that it’s equally frustrating and annoying seeing how an “invisible” character that you ALREADY killed,still attacking you and using their special abilities against you. Reported it a couple of months ago:they said it will be fix on the next patch (and never happened) reported again,same answer. Regretting spending money when I started playing (which was actually fantastic and well maintained).

Forced adverts are ruining the game
Was going to give a five star review but in the latest release we now have adverts that we have to watch before we can access summons that we have earned through gameplay. There is no button to bypass these adverts which I find extremely frustrating in a game that I was happily paying for the gold road pass each month. I won’t be doing that in the future. Very disappointing.

A fun way to spend a few minutes but the game is very limited and has few variations. Definitely not worth spending money on.

Fanatic game very addictive
Bugs galore, poor support
This could be reasonable, but the team developing it con't seem to have a clue how to go about testing things before releasing updates. At times it's almost unplayable now, as they keep adjusting things (in theory to level the gameplay) without fixing previous bugs and just making things worse. They also keep adding more and more characters to the game, which means that if you want to raise a new character to the level of your existing characters, you either have to spend several months doing so, or spend thousands if you don't want to wait. Very much all about maximising profit than keeping the existing customers happy. And support is a joke. A very obvious AI engine that simply restates what you said, apologises and says either things will be reported to the team, or you'll be connected to a support person (which has never happened).

really fun i love the auto mode but i wish there was a way to recycle heros so i can get my resources back. edit: i’ve played the game every day since it came out and have not spent a single dollar. pretty fun sometimes gets a bit stale but the challenges are fun and have decent rewards! still really wish there was a way to recycle heros to get resources back 😔
Don’t bother unless you like spending money
Like every other game of its type, success lies behind a paywall. FTP teams at 93k might level 20+ and routinely losing to players 10k might weaker than I purely because they’ve spend a few quid. Unbalanced, unfun and now uninstalled.
Ok game
The game starts off great but in no time you will have to spend money to upgrade ur characters to progress further. If you don’t the progress grinds to a halt really fast. It’s a shame really. I was having a lot of fun up till then. I refuse to spend money on mobile games. It’s a never ending cycle.
Great Game
Not many mobile games that don’t force adverts down your throat but the only way to watch an advert in this is if you want an extra free summon or the likes. Constantly getting content updates too. The events are fun and the whole experience feels very balanced. Even as you progress more and more there’s still a good amount to do each day. My only criticism is that this game wasn’t available years ago haha!

Great game, just wish there was more levels and the rotation of characters to collect where better, I have loads of tokens saved but haven’t spent them as the rotation of characters to try to get haven’t been good enough to spend my tokens
Pay to win
It’s a good game with enjoyable characters and features but there are negatives. The speed of gameplay when you’re attacking is SLOW especially in the dragon fights. It’s frustrating having to wait 5 seconds before you can make your next move. Then there’s the pricing….unbelievably high prices of “special offers” or summon tokens with some at £49.99+ just for 1 legendary hero. Game has potential. But it’s pricing people out of playing.
Buggy
Specifically the alliance assault. Put the effort in, finish top of the leaderboard. Open the chest. Nothing in it… great. Happens every time. Also, though this is a minor issue, there is no countdown shown for your energy being refreshed so you just have to sort of guess when you might have enough.
Not happy with new update
Wow just updated the game,I’ve just noticed that I had quest going on completed the first round off game.was about to go in on second round as I updated it the game decided to remove the quest not happy at all,lost all my coins n upgrades and All so my quest coins have all gone 😡🤬😡🤬

取り敢えず静観
先日、最高レアキャラの回復スキル倍率を1/100にナーフすると言う、聞いた事も無い様な調整がなされたが一週間弱で再調整された。 調整後の倍率は元々に対して約1/10と大きいが、他のキャラと比較すれば未だ許容範囲。 （瀕死のキャラを完全回復させて更に余る位の壊れスキルだったので、ナーフはいずれされそうだった。） ただ、上記を含め告知はアプリで確認しづらい。 一時はメールで来ていたが何故かローカライズされず全編英語。 結果、何か来てたら自分で更新情報を確認する必要があるのは外国製のアプリだなぁ、と思う。 反面、実装直前のキャラがアプデの度に先にデータインするので、予め入手の取捨選択が出来る大雑把さは割と好き。 アプリ内の設定＞サポート欄から運営にチャット形式で質問や要望が送れるので（自分は今回の件で意見送った）、不満が有るならさっさと送った方が良い。 くれぐれも感情的にならずに、という点は留意して貰いたい。
Cash Grab.
Pure crash grab pay to win nonsense. It’s a shame because there’s so many interesting legendary characters on here but impossible to get without paying tons. And if you do get them with a shard you need to get them at least 3 more times to actually unlock them making it impossible…
Fun game but !
Enjoying it so far but progression quickly gets blocked by running out of points which can be refilled by paying so giving those that pay a large advantage. Also when you save up gold to open 10 character points at once you very rarely get any decent character shards. Feels like Game of Disappointment quite often especially when you keep getting bloody Bolton characters ! Just did 20 summons and did not get one of the 7 upper characters in the set just all low ones. Progression in the main game can be frustrating too as you come across a completely overpowered character like Jon Snow (on hard) who kills off your characters very quickly, even grinding to level up your characters doesn’t help much so makes the game frustrating.

Character levelling
I would recommend letting people level their characters up without needing to get them again since f2p is nearly impossible, and allowing people to level up their characters without needing to collect them again to enhance them would make it abit easier this wouldn’t make a huge difference as people who have the character higher star will still be more powerful due to the buffs u get enhancing
Could be better..
The game works well and the battles are decent but there’s not much to do once you’ve completed the chapters. Getting Legendary characters promoted to break level 50 seems impossible so find myself using epic characters more. Need to auto kick guild leaders that have been inactive so someone else gets a chance.
Not impressed.
Lovely graphics but is just another matching game with a different name. I also found the game very laggy on my iPad.

Not fun enough for the time and effort
Felt very grindy and predatory, and the match 3 puzzle isn’t engaging enough to hold interest. Other games have done it better.

Not a bad game, enjoy battle system and various modes. However, constant pop up of IAP is distracting and irritating. Should be on the side where you can access if you wish and use as you need. Also, impossible to get legendary without IAP.

The developers are clowns! They mess with your teams strength and make it almost impossible to improve unless you pay to upgrade. But even then they mess with the characters figures and makes the game hard to like. Developers are the issue with the game sadly

Very good game love it so far would like to see more events and other things to do with alliances not much to do when it comes to team work plus I think the higher you get should drop better rewards just finish some hard game modes and didn’t get any better rewards just some feedback to look into
Pay to win, so unbalanced.
I had high hopes for this. Have been playing since it got released, am level 27 and even paid for a Goldroad. But it's designed for you to hit a wall and not progress. The devs got generous and gave us (I'm assuming all of us) 50 Grand Summon Tokens for free. So you'd think that'd be huge right? Wrong. Just a ton of common shards and enough to activate a legendary with one star, that I'm not bothered to use because at level 50 they are less than my other level 50 legendaries. So nothing basically. While I appreciate the freebie, looking at the price of the packs, it's perfectly possible to spend £50-£100 and get very little, if anything in return. It's mostly just common shards that do absolutely nothing. Calling it pay to win isn’t even accurate, you would have to pay HUNDREDS, probably THOUSANDS to be near the top. The odd purchase now and then won’t do anything. About to give up on this unless there’s a major update and rebalancing.
Potential
This game is can be pretty fun, and I’ve spent a lot of time playing it, but there’s some problems. Like many people have said, after a certain point it requires a lot of grinding to progress, and can really feel like a pay-to-win sometimes. But more easily resolved is how weak even the legendary characters can feel, and how many hoops you have to jump through to get character shards!!! Even if you have a bunch of tokens, you might have to wait a month for the character you want to show up again!!! It feels like this game could be a lot more enjoyable and engaging with just some minor tweaks. I’m really hoping the devs aren’t afraid to adjust things, and that my naive faith in gaming developers won’t end up crushing me again! :D
